This boutique is simply FABULOUS!! I spent an hour or two there today and could not believe the incredible quality of the clothing, shoes, hats, jewelry, etc. Most of the items were barely or never worn. The layout of the shop, with the best designers by the entrance and the more moderate items in the next room, was easy for me to navigate. Having lived in Delray Beach for the past 22 years, I only sporadically stopped in to see what was available; however, since I last visited the new owner, Jen, has done a superb makeover of the boutique: It is light, bright, and well organized---Very, very classy. The fitting rooms are what you would find in an upper-class department store or tony boutique, and Jen and her staff are warm, friendly, easy-going, and extremely helpful. As I am always working and barely have time for any sort of shopping (except for Walmart for toiletries and cleaning supplies, and I usually make it to the mall about once per year), it was a pleasure to come in and go through the amazingly gorgeous outfits and accessories they offer here. I did a year's worth of shopping today in 2 hours, purchasing several gorgeous NEVER-WORN shoes: cream Prada pumps ($142), Chanel sandals with the "C"s ($281), brown Jimmy Choo pumps ($169), and some black Franco Sarto sandals ($29), as well as a pair of gently-worn metallic Gucci evening heels ($136). I also bought a gorgeous elegant-casual dress ($42) which was apparently from a Monte Carlo designer (the label indicated "Made In France"), a hot pink Calvin Klein sundress ($35), and a cream colored, gold buttonned Tory Burch jacket ($54). A Helen Kamminski raffia sun-hat with black ribbon ($41---quite insane, since they go for several hundred dollars, and this looked never-worn) topped it all off. I happened to be there on Second Time Around's big sale of 25%-off for shoes and 15%-off everything in the store. I have no need for more designer handbags, but the selection here is phenomenal. They also had lots of Lily Pulitzer, to look truly "Delray". This lovely boutique is truly worth the trip, and the $900 I spent here would surely have been the full-price-at-the-Mall cost of the ONE pair of never-worn chocolate brown Jimmy Choo pumps (which I never would have purchased, of course!). I LOVE this consignment store located in Delray Beach, Florida. I am obsessed with the things I find here! I have bought so many designer shoes here, including Chanel, Gucci, Tod's, and Louis Vuitton. The clothing is beyond amazing as well. I die every time I shop here. I scream at all the great items I find! The handbags are gorgeous as well. When I walk through the door, I don't know where to look first! The owner Jen is awesome as is her staff including Caroline! They are so friendly and it is fun to work with them. I love shopping at places where I feel so welcome and the staff and owner are so kind and lovely. The other day I found amazing Chanel high top sneakers which I had to have! Jen gave me a great price on them. I am obsessed! I absolutely love this shop!! I always find so many great pieces there, including many of my favorite designers and such a beautiful selection that's it's so hard to choose! The store is set up in a way that is not overwhelming like most consignment shops, and everything is clearly marked by size and price. Racks of small, med, large and xl, as well as groupings by color make it easy to navigate. They also have shoes, purses and jewelry so you can walk out with a complete outfit from head to toe. It's apparent that Jen the owner takes great pride in her store as well as her selection of clean, quality merchandise. This is one of the best kept secrets in Delray Beach. What a lovely little hole in the wall spot! Wasn't expecting the variety/selection they had to offer, all the clothes were hung up size accordingly so it made searching that much easier. If ur lookin for a luxury hand bag or some good quality jewelry, this is most definitely the spot for that! even though it's a consignment shop, don't let that fool you, this isn't your average thrift quality! everything was super duper clean, and quite frankly looked brand new! yet it's all second hand items, which I love because fast fashion is killing us, support local business and wear recycled clothes, not everything has to be brand new to make u feel brand new :) read more

I first found this unique shop while on vacation many years ago at their previous location just off Atlantic Ave in DelRay Beach and was delighted to find some really neat items. Each year on my trip to DelRay Beach, Second Time Around is at the top of my list for shopping - and, each year, I have found awesome clothes, shoes & accessories. Last month was no exception as I purchased "to-die-for" Italian-made sandals, among numerous other things.
