RUDE, INSENSITIVE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NICE DRESSES BUT NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM My daughter bought a beautiful pageant dress. The lady who assisted us was incredible. From the first fitting before we purchased the zipper kept getting stuck. I believe it was an older dress, nonetheless we bought it. We came back as advised 3 weeks later to hem as the dresses are made very ping to accommodate alterations. Due to COVID19 her competition kept being moved. My daughter stayed the same size 2 but we would have her to try the dress each time we got a notice that the pageant was on. It was concerning because the zipper always got stuck at the same place. My daughter's competition is next month finally as COVID-19 restrictions have relaxed. We called the store and requested to speak to the Owner to request they replace the Zipper as the dress with alterations came up to $800. CAROL who answered the phone was so RUDE and DISMISSED my request. I am on the way to a seamstress to pay for the zipper replacement. I doubt I will get a return call from FRANCINE, the owner based on the brusque treatment from CAROL. I would try CAMILLE LA VIE which is where we have since bought 4 other Pageant dresses with excellent customer service. read more

I came in in need of two types of dresses for two different events and left within two-three hours with everything I needed, including a pair of fabulous shoes. I had the most pleasant experience this week at the Woodfield Plaza store in Boca Raton. I was apprehensive about going in to look for a dress for my daughter's wedding because I am overweight and my self esteem isn't the greatest right now. A friend had mentioned I should check out their inventory. I actually walked by the store just peeking inside. And the door was locked. I didn't realize it wasn't open for another 15 minutes ! My luck began when Hermes opened the door and welcomed me to come on in. She was a true delight patient and caring to my needs. I had already purchased an MOB outfit previously online from a different store but wasn't thrilled. I was blown away by her knowledge and ability to pick out the perfect dress. Hermes even took photos of me to send to my daughter. Found out they didn't have my size in the color I needed but she immediately found it at one of their other locations in plenty time for the wedding. I was overjoyed. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life than when I did in this store. So many kind ladies except one who never even smiled at me. I was just looking around at prom dresses and asked to try one on and the lady the entire time was dry spoken and never smiled. After I tried on the dress, which the entire time she stood there as I showed my sister and stared at me with no expression, I closed the curtain to change back and SHE OPENED IT. I said I was still changing and closed it again and mid taking off the dress she OPENED IT AGAIN. I was so excited to look at these beautiful dresses and try one on and she was so mean and dismissive. If you're not 100% buying a dress as soon as you walk in don't even bother going. She even hovered around the entire time I was walking around the dresses and looking. (I wasn't even touching the dresses). Make sure that you read the fine print on returns. They do not issue a refund under any conditions- only store credit under some , but not all circumstances. There are signs through the store stating this, but the wording on the signs is small. So if you buy a handbag, or evening dress and your significant other or your friend says it doesn't actually look good, you may not be able to return it or even get store credit. My girlfriend and I went shopping 2 weeks ago for a gown for her. The woman who helped her was awesome. She told them she would buy dress and be in 2 weeks for alterations. They said ok. While she was away, my girlfriend tried calling to set up appointment and Mario Pucci's phones were down. When she finally got through they told her she could not get her dress altered. They were extremely rude to her and so was Francine. I have spent a lot of money in this store but will not step foot in there again. They slap a FINAL SALE on the recipet for all dresses. I can understand a final sale for a custom order dress but for one off the rack , is terrible. In addition, be careful ,because the dress that was sold to me is from many seasons ago, not even current. The sales person will pressure you into buying the dress and they will all make you feel like you look amazing. In the end they are just trying to get a sale because they are all on commission!! I need a dress for a wedding this coming weekend, and I was recommended by a friend about this store. I am a very fast shopper, and ready to buy. but once I stepped into the store, I was reminded by 4 sales associates the store will closest 5, but I had 20 minutes. No one helped me. I was yelled at when I tried to put clothes back. she said, you are ripping the clothes. The other one said she was only trying to be nice, but there is no nicety about it. Needed a dress for my daughters. The Jovani dress had snags and pulls, but it was the only one in my size. Mario Pucci offers 20/. off on their website and free shipping, but in the store they refused to take any money off and the dress was visibly damaged. I left very perturbed and was still outside in the lot when my sales lady Deborah came outside and offered me 20/. off. Originally I tried on the dress with cups and advised me that I can have them. When I walked back in the store (visibly upset) to make the purchase, I did not get the cups as promised. My sister was in the area and went back in to tell Deborah she forgot to give the cups. She said she had to ask her boss. My sister told her she already asked the boss that day. She came back saying he said no! How rude! They sold me a dress that belonged on the sale rack, acted like they did me a favor by giving me the 20/. off that is available online, and refused to give the cups as promised. I had already returned home to New York, so at this point there was nothing I could do but give this review. A most unprofessional and unpleasant experience! I will NEVER come here again and I will certainly let everyone I know hear of our visit. I suggest to a friend that we come here to look for a mother-of-the bride gown. We were greeted by a sales rep who told us she would someone else to assist us. No one ever came. The dresses are packed in on the racks and it's difficult to get a good look at them. We found several dresses and another sales rep. told us to wait until we saw that there was an empty dressing room. Having never been here prior to this visit, we were not familiar with the dressing room procedure. There was no system to indicate if a room was being saved for someone, so when we saw an empty room, we took it. My friend was trying on the dresses when the first sales rep (a young black women) came over and started yelling at my friend in a most unprofessional, disrespectful and simply deplorable fashion stating she had that room reserved for someone else. The OWNERS daughter of the store opened the curtain on my mother while she was trying on dresses!! She was half naked for everyone to see her in the store!! The girl ASSUMED and accused of us of taking pictures of the tag and told us to go elsewhere as she took the dresses away from. It left us shocked and extremely offended! For someone to open a curtain WITHOUT KNOCKING while naked in the middle of the store is absolutely UNCALLED for. If you're going to accuse a customer of nonsense at least 1) have your facts straight and 2) have some class while doing it. Anyone that goes here will be wasting their time.
