This is the 3rd time I have attempted to shop here and have been treated the same way every time. Today I looked through everything on all the racks and was never greeted, was never asked if I needed help, was never acknowledged in any way. I recently purchased clothing in their other shop nearby and was treated like gold. This is unacceptable. I will never shop in this location again.

The colors are gorgeous, it's made of the most delicious fabric, and the woman who works there was tuned into me don't ask me how. I feel like i will wear this dress a lot and i don't wear a lot of dresses so the price was worth it. The next day i wore the dress to dinner and the women i was dining with wanted to try the dress on because they loved mine so much so we went back into periwinkle. And lo and behold we met the owner of the dress company who was doing a trunk show for several days; the owner of warren and wade? Anyway i will always have fond memories of this store and this story everytime i wear the dress.

The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

I also wanted to purchase more clothing. The salesperson told me that since it was more than 21 days past the purchase date I could not exchange the pants. They have lost me as a customer. I found this to be very poor customer service especially since I wanted to purchase more clothing and I have been shopping there for years. They were completely inflexible. I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I returned to the store and not only did they exchange the pants but they gave me a discount on an additional pair of pants that I purchased. All I can say is WOW.
