I found this to be very poor customer service especially since I wanted to purchase more clothing and I have been shopping there for years. They were completely inflexible. I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I returned to the store and not only did they exchange the pants but they gave me a discount on an additional pair of pants that I purchased. All I can say is WOW.
