Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. I am then scolded, told those are new clubs, don't touch them, put them back. I say well yes obviously, and returned the club. Finally, after 20 minutes, I was then able to try the new quantum driver. I hit it for 5 mins, then was ready to try the mizuno. The guy who helped us was busy with another group. So I waited. When he returned I asked to try the mizuno. TO MY SURPRISE: he then tells me, you have to leave the booth. I asked Why sir? Do you think i am not able to buy the clubs? He responded with, we have another customer waiting, and you've been here 10 minutes. I just said ok, and left. Not worth my stress. Talk about losing an easy sale though. The store has had other locations before and moved to this location in 2019. They do a lot of business on the web and for league teams across the county. I was going fishing offshore with some family and friends so I came here to buy some safety equipment as in personal EPIRB just in case I fall overboard or the boat sinks 20 miles off shore. I chose the ACR Electronics ResQLink+ Buoyant Personal Locator Beacon for $270 and I hope to never use it, but if I do, it will be a cheap insurance policy for my safety.
