I'd stop here again! This was the first time I've ever been in a Tory Burch shop. I was in the area of the mall making a donation for the Greek Orthodox Church in Fort Lauderdale. Afterwards, I didn't feel like going home so I went to Sawgrass Mills and decided it was time to buy myself a bag since it had been about two years. It was a Monday and I was off from work for Diwali. There were no lines in no waiting. Yes there were customers in the store but no overcrowding and I got plenty of help. Maybe a little bit too much because I like to shop in private, but they did stop by to see if I needed anything every few minutes. The selection was amazing. I totally thought I was gonna buy one, but I totally thought I was gonna buy a different one and then I finally settled on this cute little black handbag that looks like something Jackie Kennedy Onassis would have owned. As I was checking out the cutest red wallet/card holder in red was sitting right there and I decided to purchase that too. It will be perfect with this bag in for the holidays. Honestly, I don't know the value of the items in the store, but I believe the prices are better than regular outlet shops. The iconic Tory Burch store in the Colonnade Shoppes offering purses, shoes and jewelry for women. Just outside the front door was thick rope which formed a line to enter. A store rep was holding the door open and provided me with a store employee, Melody, who was mandatory to begin my shopping adventure. This process gave the store a professional red carpet feeling. Shockingly, most purses were 30% - 50% off including discounts on jewelry and shoes. I was trying to find a purse that the wife was searching for at the Boca Raton boutique store, which this outlet location did not have but close in appearance. I really like Tory Burch products - they're very stylish and reasonable to the purse. I ended up buying a crossbody purse which can be multifunctional. I like that you can use this purse during the evening if you're dining out or going dancing! They have adorable flip flops, tote bags and purses and more! Have been on a hunt for a new crossbody. Kept checking online & found nothing. Day trip to the Outlet to see what Tory had to offer. First, there was a line but they try to move you as quickly as possible. They assign a Staff member to assist you. My person was super nice & wasn't overbearing. When I did have a question, she was easy to obtain and knew her stuff. I came home with the cutest pink crossbody. I own quite a few Tory Burch items and they last. I've had one pair of sandals & a purse for over 10 yrs and they still look amazing. Worth the cost. read more

It's cheaper to purchase a bag online in most cases, the website is constantly running sales at 40-60% off. These bags also aren't the same quality you see from the website or in department stores. If you want a discounted bag that is the true quality, Nordstrom rack has the authentic quality at a discount. I hate when it's a bait and switch scam like this, especially having to wait outside the door for a "sales person" to escort me. Clearly that is just a security measure as opposed to true customer service. I had to make a purchase anyhow since I was in there to purchase a teacher's gift. This is a popular Tory Burch store that is perfectly located surrounded by many high-end Outlet stores. The Outlet location has Women's Designer Shoes, Handbags, Accessories & so on. The discounts range from 30% to 50%, which is why this store is always crowded. They also have some popular women sandals that they do not offer in their regular flagship stores. Surprisingly, they had all the shoes we had chosen in inventory. The store is well organized, they assign a sales clerk to you when you walk in the door that provides you with personal attention throughout your shopping experience. This location was by far the busiest we went into at this outlet mall, and more crowded in areas than I would have liked and felt comfortable in. We looked mostly at the front part and avoided the back crowded area as people were definitely not doing social distancing. They do require masks to go in, so everyone was wearing them, and we did hear an associate request that a customer pull her mask fully over her nose, which was nice. They have everything well organized for being so busy and having so many hands on items. They did also have hand sani and were wiping down the register between customers - so they were trying as staff members, it was just customers congregating too closely. Overall: B I'd suggest they allow less customers in at once or have a limit to each room having a certain number of persons to help out on distancing, but the store was clean and the staff was doing a good job. read more

This was my first shopping experience at this outlet location. When I look for a special gift, I can usually find it in one of the Colonnade shops at Sawgrass. There were more than a dozen patrons in line waiting to be ushered in when I got there. When I say ushered, it's not a play on words. Most shops have you go in as customers go out, but this one won't allow the next person or couple inside until one of their associates is available. While standing in line for about a half hour, they came around with info. on the merchandise on sale, along with a sheet that had a code on it. Most of the customers scanned it with their phones to browse while waiting. Once in, the happy and helpful store clerk helped me find what I was looking for. They had great deals on accessories, wallets, flip-flops, belts and bags. Despite the number of people in the store, social distancing was practiced by most. I had a very pleasant experience here. The store staff was very pleasant and super knowledgeable and helpful. While I was traveling, old faithful purse zipper broke. So I randomly found this outlet store to get a discounted price on a quality purse. I really like the styles at Tory Burch. It's modern, classy and elegant at the same time. I find that the pricing is higher than coach or Kate Spade which is similar class. However the style in the quality is definitely superior than the other two. The store staff was super helpful, I was very patient with me and gave me a lot of information on the bags as well as styling tips. Almost every woman I know loves Tory Burch! This outlet store makes it easy to get Tory's designer items at lower prices. Items are usually 40-60% off. Items include handbags, wallets, shoes, flip-flops, watches, perfume, and sunglasses. I paid a couple of visits recently and purchased a couple of handbags. I am a fan of nylon handbags as they are much lighter than leather and I can always count on Tory to have some available. There is not usually a huge variety of colors or shapes. However, if you come back a couple of times, you will usually find what you want. If you want leather, there is a much bigger variety. The store is usually crowded but the store has lots of sales associates and all are eager to help. After I picked out my bags, the sales associate went to the back to get a fresh one for me to take home. Checkout was quick and easy. I went in with the intent to purchase two pair of shoes. I was wearing a pair that I wanted to replace, and I've shopped here before at this location. The sales person Caroline was NEVER helpful. Someone else had to order my shoes from the back room, I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. When I finally walked out I was asked did the shoes work for me, I told them SHE NEVER BROUGHT THEM TO ME! I've been in this Tory Burch maybe 4-5 times since moving here about two years ago. If I could pick my own rating, I'd go with 2.5 stars. A lot of times I tend to get ignored by the sales associates in Tory, but on my last visit I did finally run into one friendly employee. I'm not dressed to the nines when I come in. I guess I got too used to life in California where they are less likely to judge your ability to purchase based on the brands of clothing you are wearing. Welcome back to east coast life!!!! ;-) This store mainly features handbags, but they also have items like jewelry, bag charms, sunglasses clothing, keychains, cell phone cases and a few other things. The other main draw to this store is the footwear section. I truly do LOVE their shoes, but they aren't cheap. A simple pair of leather thong sandals retail for $179, plus 40% off, so you are still looking at a price tag of about $107 (plus tax). Again, these are nice looking shoes, but flimsy and nothing substantial. Most of the shoes are sandals, but they have cute espadrilles and some other types of footwear mixed in. The bag prices are about on par with the nearby Coach Outlet, if not a bit more expensive. The difference is negligible. I can rationalize a pricier bag over shoes anytime. LOL The handbags are a bit on the trendy side, but not TOO bad. I can certainly see some of the totes being in style for 5-7 years. How long will they last? Well, that's a whole other question that I don't know the answer to. If you are a purse or shoe junkie, this is a great place to browse. I've still yet to make a purchase though. read more

I came in to the Tory Burch outlet in the sawgrass mall and it was absolutely packed! The merchandise was quite messy as well as it was hard to navigate the store because everyone had shopping bags, luggages, were blocking the paths and didnt move when you said excuse me! I came in looking for flats because I was in serious need of them and TB is the queen of flats. I am a shoe girl I wear my heels with pride and I spent a pretty penny on them, but I have never really given much thought to flats. Lately I have found myself looking for a nice pair of flats in my closet and all I have are heels! They have a lot of cute styles and there w ere all 50% off. The only drawback was because they are so busy a lot of the sizes are gone. I was able to get two pairs I loved, but it took longer than it had to. Still, there run lots of sales at this store. Finally, I made it to the store in the Sawgrass Mills. Parking is free when you come to the mall, this store was taking Covid requirements into consideration and I just loved it, because they didn't let people enter once they reach the capacity. So they have a lady standing up in the entrance with a hand sanitizer making sure people were cleaning their hands before they enter, they had all masks, and she let people in only when the capacity was good for us to go. As far as the prices, they are great it's an outlet store so prices are cheaper than everywhere else. And the lady who took care of me was so nice and so attentive. read more

The customer service at this Tory is horrible. We were excited to visit but found ourselves outside in 95 degree heat for 20 minutes in a line. Four people in the line in front of us and none of us moved for 20 minutes. And this is a very slow Wednesday. The male mgr was too into a conversation with another associate who was complaining about a customer. Customers were leaving the store but he didnt care to notice. He had a scarf around his neck that he played with. The people in front of us all walked off after waiting so long. Lost sales but he didnt care to notice! Finally he let us in saying in his walkie that there was only one sales associate on the floor so if she doesnt get to us then it is what it is. He didnt greet us or thank us for waiting. This is my first time ever visiting the Tory Burch outlet here at Sawgrass. Their showroom floor isn't as big as I expected to be with them being outlet store, but still had a pretty good variety. I went on a Monday which was actually pretty busy with that not even being the holiday. Upon arriving the staff greeted us at the door. The sales floor had really good pricing. Things marked that were for 40% off and some other items marked 50% off with an additional 20%. There were a ton of sales reps but one stuck out with her kindness and willingness to make conversation. Tori was very kind and offered a lot of help. She was there to help me with getting my proper sizes for shoes as well as other items I purchased. I toured the showroom and if I found something I needed more help on I looked for her. She wasn't over bearing. She was there but stayed at a nice distance to give me space to look around a little more. The deals this day was randomly great. I'm happy I stopped in after a quick lunch at a near by restaurant. If your here or near by stop by Tory Burch Outlet and be sure to ask for Tori. Update went into store on 5.7.18 with a friend while ton of sales reps were available they seem to have been skipping over us constantly... The best service I've had at a retail store. My salesperson was named Tory! When I spotted her, I knew she was going to be my salesperson because she was very patient in answering my questions. She was not concerned about my asking about price points of each group of items. I was there to spend my $50 birthday coupon from Tory Burch. So, I needed ideas on what items would get me the best deals. I can be very indecisive when it comes to selecting a purse. The time it took for me to decide, someone had walked through the entire mall and back. It was my first Tory. I wanted it to be special. So she helped me through my decision. She did not pick up another customer and walk away to never return. She always came back. She was always listening to my concerns. Great listener, with wonderful suggestions. Well, I decided on a special limited edition tote because of it's discounted price. I'm the savvy shopper always looking out for the best deal. It was fun and perfect for work. Practical and cute. When I went to pay, I added a second item I felt I couldn't pass up because of its usefulness and sales price. So, I bought the cute leather crossbody as well. It had the shiny Tory logo. I like this outlet more than the store since the outlet always has a sale duh! I always can find bomb shoes under $150 plus a bag under another $150. The customer service is okay, the check out register ladies are great. Their manager sir is hands on working and observing. Their shoes staff takes forever to get someone and pray they stay helping you. But the ladies try their best to help 50 people at a time. Their return policy is great too! I went there today and there are no problems with the store. I wasn't wowed by their variety of items but they offer just enough so no complaints there. What I will complain about is the POOR service. No one greeted me as I entered. I walked around aimlessly with a confused look on my face for 10 minutes in obvious need of help and NO ONE said they'd be right with me in a moment. I finally had to turn to an assistant who was fixing purses to ask for some help and when I showed her pictures of the kind of purse I was looking for she politely said, "We don't carry that" instead of offering an alternative. I found an alternative on my own and a new girl named Jasmine appeared to help me. Jasmine didn't have to do much, I was already going to get the purse, but at least she was well mannered and responsive. Jasmine was helping 5 customers at once while the rest of those girls were just there IMO. I won't be returning unless I am truly DESPERATE. read more

Tory Burch is pretty much Disneyland for every girl and for my yelp queen it is pretty much the same. Even though she hates to admit it she loves Tory Burch. On New Year's day we got to the colonnade at sawgrass mall pretty early and found amazing parking right outside the store but that is where the luck ended as tory had a long line with approximately 30 people ahead of us waiting to get into the store. As the weather was pretty good we were able to wait in line which was moving extremely slowly. The frustration was even more with the fact that the store inside was actually pretty empty. On top of that the cashiers were taking their sweet time in ringing customers so when we finally got inside I actually stood in line immediately just to save time as that line took another thirty minutes. So pretty much for me it was a one hour wait in line just to visit Tory Burch. Great store. Great Products. Horrible system set up for the customers. They get a 4 star and until and unless they can figure out how to get customers in and out more smoothly it will be pretty tough for them to move up. P.S. 40% and on top off that another 20% should attract even more customers so figure out how to sell your product without making the men wait an hour lol!!!!!! read more

I kept asking if she could order my correct shoe size since they didn't have it in stock but she never gave me a direct answer and just kept telling me that they did not have that shoe size at the store. I have to be honest, they're great here. All of the staff is extremely helpful, and very customer friendly. Laura is perhaps the most kind and attentive manager of any designer store, and she is willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. The prices here are great. Granted, it's an outlet, so you won't find the absolute newest items most of the time, but if you don't need to have that sweater with the gold button instead of the silver button the day it comes out and you can wait a bit, it's worth it. They have excellent sales most of the time, and their Black Friday sale is fantastic. If you're a loyal customer and shop there often, you may even find yourself getting extra perks that you wouldn't even expect at a typical store (if you message me I may spill the beans, but I won't say anything in case they only intend it for a reserved few). While the selection doesn't really fit my style (it's women only, haha), the stuff they have here is really nice, and I do like this store much more than other neighboring, similar stores. It's worth checking out, especially if you aren't familiar with Tory Burch. read more

The ONLY reason why I'm giving this store 2 stars is because for some STUPID reason, someone had the dumb idea of only letting 6-10 people at a time in the store. Yes I agree safety obviously important, but on days that aren't Black Friday, the store is extremely packed to the point that you can't walk. So where are the safety matters during those days? And on the busiest day of the year you're only allowing 6 people at a time in the store. It's just ridiculous. I'm writing this as I wait in line and I've been waiting for more than an hour. Aside from that, the deals at this store are pretty great! But next year, please have someone smarter dealing with the crowd. read more

This Tory burch store is located within the colonnade shops at sawgrass mills (where all of the expensive 'outlets' are). The store is a good size with a mix of footwear and clothing and bags. The staff is so friendly, and I ended up being helped by one of the managers as it was very busy and the service was impeccable. I tried on several boots which was my whole reason for visiting the mall and he was so patient with me and my girlfriend that I ended up with 3 pairs! She ended up with 2 pairs of flats as well and she did not intend to buy anything. Milli was his name I believe. He brought us little water bottles and chatted and joked with is the entire time. I am not a mall person at all, strictly online shopper, but this was the experience I wish for every time I shop :) read more

Great classic wedges and stack heel pumps with the Tory Burch Logo. I find any shopping is best to go after hours and not in weekends. I go after work, so that what I am wearing works best with the shoes I'm trying on. After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much. I came in to look at the selection of clothes that I can wear to work. A sales associate approached me while I was browsing and asked what I was looking for, I replied by saying I need a few pieces I can wear to work. She surprised me and came back with a couple of dresses and a top, all in my size and I did not even tell her, how awesome is that! I will come back here just for clothes, as far as handbags I'd still go to the regular TB store and not the outlet. read more

Buyers, beware! Many of the handbags sold in this outlet are made specifically for the outlet stores. If you compare the high quality craftsmanship from the flagship stores or luxury department stores like Saks, Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, etc. you will notice the cheaply made knock offs of the versions sold for retail at the TB outlet. Please don't take my word for it. Buy an outlet handbag and compare online with the versions sold at the luxury retail or the flagship store. You will notice the zippers and straps/clips are made with inexpensive replacements, the leather quality is less durable, there is simpler stitching, and the bag will be missing the bottom metal stands (in order for the purse to be elevated to reduce wear and tear to the bottom edges of the handbag). A sales associate at the Tory Burch outlet did explain the handbag leathers produced at the outlet store were bought "on sale" from the suppliers. This explains why the quality of leather goods at the outlet are inferior compared to high end retail stores. Tory Burch outlet is no different than how Coach, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors operates their outlets. It's a new business model to bring lower prices to these expensive designers. It's important to remember, you will get what you paid for, a designer bag that is inferior in quality and will not last very long. My two last TB outlet purses, the buttons popped off (I was issued an immediate refund), and the second, the zipper broke (given store credit). Both purses cost approximately $300 each. I plan to shop the end of season sales at the luxury department stores because their TB bags are worth the expense **** not to include Nordstrom Rack or Off Fifth*** they only provide 20% overstock or unsold items from their respective high end retail stores. They had a great selection of clothes and shoes and reasonably priced.
