walked in store on July 3rd mid day had 5 people in the store at the tim. one guy was helping a customer and there was a woman behind the counter long dark hair on her phone watching videos. I found a pair of boots I liked I asked about size and she had no interest in helping me. this was frustrating because I was excited to see this store flying in from dc on vacation. she ruined my experience and a sale. I will just have to order from on line. If you don't want to work or help people then quit your job. I was very disappointed. read more

Straight up horse lover store. The smell of fresh leather wacks you in the face as you enter the store. The boot selection is extensive with different leathers and fabric cowboy and cowgirl boots. In addition, they carry waterproof, steel and carbon toe boots excellent for construction workers and other hard working and hard playing people. They also have shirts, jeans and belts at decent prices. The blue jeans seem compatible with Levis brand for $69.99. Tried to buy a pair of cool Ariat boots for $200.00 but were out of my size so will check back next week. read more

We stopped in this Country/Western apparel store last time we were in the Sawgrass Mills Outlet center. There were two salespeople inside, both friendly, but not overly attentive. We looked around and saw a good deal of sale and clearance items. My husband wanted to try a shirt on and when he asked where were the fitting rooms, the lady just said...."back there".... Since we were the only customers in the store, it would had been a nice touch to walk us to the fitting room area or at least point to the area. They were more interested in chatting about their own things than serving the customer. Some of the items were well prices ... many 25%, 50% and 70% off...so if you are looking for something with a country/western style, this might be a place to check out.. read more

Our first time in this store today and it will be our last! While shopping in the mall today we were excited to see a Western Store. We thought it would be great to check out the boots. They were beautiful to look at. I wish we could have found comfortable pairs. The prices were great. My husband found a nice shirt. When he got to the register, the older blond lady said it was buy one get one free. I went to the clearance rounded and found a teeshirt for him that fit the correct price range. She said it wasn't on sale and was put on the rounder by mistake. There were four more there just like that one when I went back again. They said they weren't on sale either but she would give him 30 off! He was supposed to get it for free. He was disgusted by then and said forget the other shirt too. I found two shirts on the Women's clearance and brought them to the register. They were also buy one get one free and she charged for both!. I commented and said, " I was told they were buy one get one free at $9.99 total for both. Please just give us our money back and she credited back one of the shirts so I got two shirts for $9.99. Really? We didn't even try to get our Yelp check in offer of 10% off. All in all this could have been a better experience and they have lost us as customers. We will not return. Shopping should not be so stressful! read more

Very cute western boutique, which is hard to find in South Florida! I have shopped here several times, for boots and clothes and I'm really impressed with the quality, not to mention the price! This store has a great selection to choose from. The staff is super helpful when you're trying to find a certain item, or need some feedback on how something looks or fits. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews for this place because I have always had a warm welcome and a great experience. Beware...if you are new to horseback riding they see you coming. Intentionally steer you towards their marked down merchandise which is still pricey. We're conveniently out of stock for the reasonably-priced items and then slapped the all sales final caveat on at the end. Since I told them the specific type of riding boot the camp requested for my new rider, I trusted they would shoe me the correct style. Unfortunately they did not. I texted a photo of the boots to the camp owner who immediately told me the sold me the wrong style and told me to go back in and ask for the correct ones. I was literally only 20 feet from the store entrance when I turned around and tried to get them to do the right thing. Instead, they simply leaned back and crossed their arms and began repeating all sales final, but I could exchange for other merchandise in the store of which they were conveniently out of stock on all reasonably-priced items. I dont believe anyone likes spending hundreds of dollars on merchandise for a new hobby for your child only to feel taken advantage of because of your innocence. So I'm stuck with the mercy, but I was told about Dover Saddlery in Wellington. It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it. read more

Great customer service and prices! I found out about the outlet store when they followed me on IG. I already wear Ariat boots every day, so when I was looking for a pair of black dress boots for a wedding, I went there. I had my son and wife in tow after suit shopping for the wedding, and we walked in right before closing time. I had no idea it was near closing, because we were greeted with an open door, big smiles, and associates who patiently helped us. Some other stores were buttoning up and turning off lights, with their staffs taking no interest in letting people shop until close. At Ariat, the associates stayed past close and never rushed us or even mentioned that they were staying late to help us. I got an amazing deal on a pair of lace-up boots, marked down from around $400 to $50, and my wife left with a pair of moccs, a graphic tee, and a couple of tops. We only went there for boots for me. But we were really happy with the service, selection and prices. We'll definitely return and recommend it highly. read more

Terrible experience at this Ariat Store this past Memorial Day morning, seems like customer service and honesty wasn't a top priority. when I entered into the store I wasn't greeted, but seen two employees behind the cash registers having a casual conversation about something trivial. One of them was a young man that was tall and had a large build the other was an older lady that was short and had blonde hair. When I was towards the back of the store I seen a boot that I was interested in on display, the size that i wanted to try on wasn't in arms reach so i asked two of the employees for assistance over at the cash register, the older blonde hair lady approached me with an disgusted look on her face that made me feel a little intimidated, then I proceeded with my question which was can she take down a size 9 in these pair of boots and she did. I asked her if the store and any promotions going on she replied "yes an additional 20% off of marked down items " and I asked her can I combine it with the 50% off mall directory offer she replied "yes" I was pleased to hear that. I fell in love with the boots once I put them on, instantly felt great on my feet, which is rare for western boots. Went to the register to purchase the marked down boots. I pulled out my mall directory to get an additional 50% off and I was told by the large young man that i couldn't combine the 20% and the 50% offer. I was displeased to hear that so I made a decision not to make the purchase, and I walked out of the store. I've told others not to purchase from this store because of lack of customer service and honesty. read more
