She spent a good 45 mins with me until we found the right option that looked great and within my budget! I'm looking for a Gatsby style shirt to wear with it which Brooks Brothers currently doesn't offer. But she told me once I get the shirt I could come back and she will help me select the right tie and pocket square to fully complement the look. The manager said that they only carry dress shirt sizes 18" or lower. No sale today.

One drawback is no returns even if you get home and find defects in the items. Selling items back to them even if you bought them a few weeks ago and not worn them is a crapshoot. Often they tell you they are not interested or offer you a tiny fraction of what you just paid them. If you enjoy spending time to find the occasional needle in the haystack by all means this is a great place to shop. Personally I prefer to go to TJMaxx or Nordstrom Rack if I feel like searching for a " deal".
