I have been shopping at this Marshall's location for as long as they have been there. They have been through highs, lows and now highs. Before COVID everything was perfect. They had lots of inventory. The cosmetics section, stationery, seasonal and furniture but unfortunately during Covid like everyone else things went downhill. Even when things opened up they did not restock for a long time. I have been a loyal customer because I have never had a bad experience. The store has always been clean, the staff pleasant and helpful, adequate parking and it has a nice layout. Before thanksgiving I walked into Marshalls and I was in heaven. The store was packed. Fall and Christmas spilled all over. Cosmetics and clothing packed!! I was soooo happy. I went straight to the snacks/food section where they have cookies, jams, chocolate, spices, oils from all over the world. The shelves were filled with so much stuff. I had to force myself to not pick up everything I saw and liked. Now that it's close to Christmas I look around my house and 85% of my decorations are from Marshals. A Pinocchio from Italy, an owl from France, Martha Stewart ornaments and covers. I really like shopping at this location. I see staff that has been there for years. It's nice to walk into a store you visit often and see familiar faces. Right now I'm trying really hard to stay away lol but it's only 14th December and I have a lot of time left before Christmas read more

The cashier was the only employee I encountered here who wasn't completely rude. I didn't want to photograph employees, but two of them were sitting in rolling chairs, talking while blocking an entire aisle. They had boxes of stuff around them like they were supposed to be stocking, but as I stood there trying to get their attention to get something from a shelf, they only sat there conversing loudly. Needless to say, I didn't get what I wanted. Also, most of the cosmetics are open and dirty. I did include photos of this. I'd avoid this Marshalls. read more

I stopped here to check out the store and the men's section. The store was neat and well lit, nice staff working here. As I was browsing in the men's section, I noticed some comfy fleece lined slippers for less than $15! I had seen similar items at other stores for $30. Marshall's does a great job bringing good value to the community.... read more

Parking is a challenge because of construction in the surrounding mall parking lot. Plenty of working shopping carts. Shelves are neat and filled with merchandise. Competitive prices and sales. read more

I went for the first time today, and I enjoyed it. It didn't have the selection/size as some of the other Marshall stores, but it was conveniently located in a Publix plaza, and surprisingly, was spotlessly clean and well kept, and the employees were nice. Not crowded but plenty of shoppers. Prices I thought were a bit high for the Xmas stuff (17 dollars for a small pillow made in China, really?), but other holiday items were cheaper, depending on the item. The Xmas cards were beautiful and cost less than at most other stores. Got a good price on quality cookware, picked up an indoor rug made in India which was made well, and a very affordable men's shirt with a beautiful feel. I would go back, because the experience was nice. read more

Whenever I do my nails or hair, I always stop by just in case they have something new. I'll look around, and if they do, I'll get it. Today, after doing my hair, I went to get a pair of sandals and decided to look around to see if they had anything new. Tell me why I have three people watching me and I was not in the store for 10 minutes, one of the females pass me about 4 times on each end of an aisle( what!!!!) and then the man watching me, I catch him and he was so awkward he didn't know what to do with himself. I assume he works in the office, that's what his shirt said, and the other two ladies look like they were management. To make it worse, the next lady came out where the carts were and watched me after I checked into my Uber, and I waited for a good 6 minutes, so can you imagine? I was very uncomfortable; I felt unwelcome at the store and treated like I was committing a crime. I would never step foot in that location, and that's sad because it's the closest one. The cashiers were pleasant as always. read more

I haven't been in a while, but this update is only to post that this Marshall's has very nice restrooms. A foot -pull system on the door to open, 3-4 spacious stalls. I was impressed. I don't remember this about this Marshall's, but it's good to know. read more

Minimal selection of mens shoes compared to other Marshals. Store appears to be clean and organized. Pretty good selection on mens clothing. For some reason my complete review didn't post so im adding to what did. Small selection of mens clearance. I was not approached by an associate at sll in the 35 minutes I was in store. Thats a big factor for me in retail and customer service related businesses. Without the consumer associates have no job in this field. Overall store is nice by 3 stars for me. 3.5 if an employee would have said hello at the least. Okay I was just greeted by a male associate prior to checking out. If he wasn't full of sugar he may have just passed by like the other 3 associates did. Cashiers were friendly and polite. read more

I love coming to Marshalls/Tjmax/Ross for their good deals on brand clothing and shoes. This store was very organized and clean for the most part. The facial creams, cleansers, and makeup section always features products that are opened, taped back up or the boxes are crushed or the makeup is damaged. I feel like those products should be removed and not sold to there customers. I also felt like the selection of clothing and shoes was very limited. The service could also be better. Maybe great people once they come in and smile once in a while. read more

Nice clean organized I love this Marshalls every one is so accommodate and helpful even if some customers are rude they find the way to help such gem for this neighborhood the beauty area is nice clean organized good prices too employees make sure you come out with an smile. Five star is the lees I can give for great prices and great service. I hope this neighborhood appreciate this gem. Is else the private sales for credit card holders which I love. I love Marshalls. You can get such nice pieces of fashion at an unbeatable price. We went to this location on a Saturday night to buy a suitcase. The store was well kept, had lots of interesting items (even a kayak!), and we found what I was looking for. Checking out was quick also. read more

This review would have had four stars but as you read along you understand why I just couldn't give it anything past two. This was my first time to this Marshalls. I swung by really fast to pick up a tie for a meeting that we were going to have at work. They had a very big selection of ties, dress pants, dress shirts they had a vast selection of sports gear as well and a pretty big shoe selection department. I went to the back at the home section and found a surprisingly big Christmas Decour section at the back of the store. However, several of the items were broken or in somewhat of a poor condition because since these items are out for display people can simply touch them and not place them back correctly or knock them down and move them and damage them easily. I found a rustic looking Santa Claus for 14.99 that I thought was a steal. I get to the cash register and the teller was more interested in wanting to get me to apply for their credit card then she was in handling my purchase. When she went to pick up the item she dropped it and broke Santa Claus. Like seriously she broke Santa Claus!!!!! She drop the jolly good fellow and broke him into two piece. I felt bad for her at first but then then I reflected and thought to my self "I really wanted that Santa Claus for the house" The young lady was really apologetic and offered to help me find another one several times unfortunately I know that was the last one they had. I guess it's a good training opportunity. Hopefully this girl on Christmas will leave Santa some cookies to make up for it. read more

Honestly, I come here because it's right next to my Publix. Their shoe selection isn't great. The biggest reason I come to a Marshalls is to look through their clearance rack. I'm only really looking for the purple tags, which mean that it's a premium designer. Call me a brand w***e if you will, I probably am. Anyway, this store has a crap clearance rack. This probably doesn't sound like a three star review, but this store is great for passing time if I don't feel like going right into Publix. read more

I am a Marshall's/TJ Maxx Junkie. I cannot get enough of the amazing deals! This Marshall's is the closest to my apartment, so I definitely come here often. They have a larger than average shoe department and a very well stocked home goods section. The Juniors (yes, I still shop Juniors) section could be better. I often take a peak at this Marshall's when I come to do my grocery shopping at the Publix next door. read more

Terrible customer service. I'm actually calling their corporate office and I'm not even one to complain a lot.

This location opened a few months ago. This location is always pretty busy. Merchandise changes frequently so if you find something, grab it when you see it. Don't expect to find something specific, instead go in hoping to score a great buy and find. Things get picked over and chaotic quickly, so it's good to go in the morning when it's a bit quieter. Also check merchandise to make sure quality is there and that there isn't anything wrong with the piece. Always fun to explore and hunt around the racks for stuff. read more
