My hopes were smashed today since the clearance section at this particular Old Navy was miniture compared to other locations throughout Broward. Staff were friendly and chatty. I usually find ribbed tank tops that are clearanced from the summer but none here for some reason. Anyways, while browsing I saw an oversized Old Navy Hi - Bounce Balls machine (see video). I dropped in a quarter and excitedly watched the multi colored rubber ball roll down the winding path and drop into a bottom cup where it was grabbed and the bounced it on the floor all the way out the front door. Nice store with ample selection, consistent pricing and good customer service. It is pretty big and located inside the Coral Ridge Mall, just a few steps from the north entrance. When I started shopping for one of those men that pretty much has "everything," and always says: "Please don't get me anything," I was a bit overwhelmed, but then some cool t-shirts caught my eye and I found the perfect one that celebrated his birth year from the series, Stranger Things. On this Saturday afternoon, it was pretty busy with three attendants at checkout. Although mine appeared to be rushed, he was seasoned and worked the customer line efficiently. With some time to kill, I strolled into Old Navy just to browse around to see what they have and how much the items were going for. There was a time I was an Old Navy fanatic...I mean the majority of my jeans and pullover sweaters came from Old Navy. The casual and modern styles of their clothes are of good quality and are reasonably priced. These days inflation has increased the prices, but you can find weekly sales & promotions on selected merchandise. For about a month I was on the hunt for rompers and it had to be a particular look for me...light material for this sweltering heat and looked flattering on my body. I browsed through a few stores and didn't find anything appealing, until now. With the help of a store employee, she showed me the rompers that was in stock in three different colors. I took a handful of rompers in different sizes and tried them on in the fitting room. Yes, these rompers will do. I liked the fit, I liked the colors, and it had 40% off the regular price...score! Now I gotta find some accessories to go with the fit. read more

Most of my shirt wardrobe comes from here. Either as a gift from my wife or an item that I find on the clearance rack.I like the Palm Tree prints and the occasional flamingo print shirts.The clothes are of good quality and long lasting. How have I not done a review of this ON location? I've probably been here dozens of times. I'm an Old Navy Shopper -- I get their emails and their promotions/ads. Although I don't have their credit card, I have one from one of their sister companies which can be used here -- it's well worn...as you get the same discounts. I love that by spending money on things I probably would have bought anyway, I get reward certificates allowing me to treat myself in the future. I shop here for me, for my husband, and for family members. Over the years, I've given my nieces gift cards for many birthdays and christmases... The thing about Old Navy is that I always find something here that I like. They have a good clearance section, if you have the patience to dig through it. I've found some inexpensive clearance dresses that I've used as nightgowns or beach coverups for under $10. Their work out wear -- leggings, sports bras, etc. -- are well made and have pretty coordinating colors. They're my go to place when I need new sweats or a hoodie. And in the summer, they always have some light cotton floral dresses in the current trendy patterns at a great price. I've even found some cotton short sleeve shirts and some holiday t-shirts for my husband. The best time to come here, of course, is when they have their big sales. Today everything in the store was on sale up to 60% off. And if you spent $75 they gave you an additional $25 off. Can you say Merry Christmas from me to me? My girlfriend got some of her holiday shopping done for her mom and sister. Don't tell. Shhh... A lovely sweater... and a cross body purse. Typical Old Navy. If you've been to one you've been to them all. This location is clean- nothing really out of sorts or messy except for in the clearance section. The clearance section is pretty decently size for those of us who like to rummage. The checkout lines here are the longest ever. It loops for days and there only ever seems to be two associates working. Sometimes I have left the line just because the deal I found wasn't worth it. Other than that it's an Old Navy- no different than any of the rest. read more

I check by here once every month or so. They usually have great clearance prices on fashions for everyone. The clothing quality is decent, this location is usually well stocked and the store is clean with a helpful staff. The only downside is if one shops on Saturday or Sunday, be prepared to wait in line about 10-15 minutes to pay. My hint here would be to shop when items are on sale and when they're offering "super cash" which are basically coupons towards your next purchase. As of this review, they're offering $10 super cash for every $25 one spends. BTW, I'm leaving today with six men's shirts for about $44 and got $10 in super cash towards my next purchase read more

I am writing this review after arriving to Old Navy after a long wait due to Covid 19. The first thing I noticed upon arriving is not receiving a nice welcoming greeting by the girl standing by the doors. It looked like she was supposed to be there to say hi and good bye to the customers which she did neither with me. I had already walked in and started to walk towards the men's and I turned to say hello. All she could do was look at me with a sour face and tell me I walked in the wrong way. I was already in the store at that point and no customers were around so I wasn't about to walk out just to walk right back in. Everyone else in the store that worked there said hello to me and asked how I was. That was nice after my first encounter went so horrible. The lady in the fitting room was kind and pointed me to the front of the store to exit after I tried on some clothes. I received quick and somewhat friendly service at the register but unfortunately the girl didn't look very happy to be there as much as the door greeter. I left the store and as I walked out I looked towards the girl and she just stood there with that SOUR face and wouldn't even look at me. I understand these are troubled times but I am a kind person and I am friendly with everyone regardless of skin color. If these girls can't be nice to the customers due to whatever their issues are whether it be I am gay or white or have long hair etc.. they should find a different field to work with that doesn't involve dealing with the public. Kudos to the tall guy with the Glasses for going out of his way to be kind to me as I needed help finding the fitting room and he pointed me to it. Unfortunately, I wish I could give a better rating as that was my intention coming back but the first in and last impression on the place makes this difficult since I am risking my life as well just to buy some clothes I need. I am an Old Navy fan-where else can you buy clothing so inexpensive that even if you wear it once it's a win! Unfortunately, this Old Navy had a line to check out longer than the Great Wall of China. I would have waited, but I didn't have hydration or a sleeping bag on me. Even if I had a folding chair, I might not have been able to wait that long. I even looked around to see if they were selling tickets to the Royal Wedding or something , just to find an excuse for the long slow line. Finally, my legs couldn't take anymore-I thought I would get a blood clot from standing in one spot for so long, so I kindly placed all the clothes I was holding on the first available shelf and left. The store itself is the same old thing. I always go in for clearance, Especially shoes. The store itself wasn't busy but the line was really long to check out. There were two people working. My cashier was the general manager "Jeff" who was on his phone during the entire check out. He didn't call for next guest but was standing there on his phone. I walked up and had to interrupt his phone usage to be checked out. He never looked up at me. Had me so awkwardly standing there waiting for my receipt because he wouldn't pay attention to the POS. Myself having experience in retail, my manager would have murdered me if I was on my phone in front of the customers just to check the time or my lock-screen. He was on his phone casually. I hate this mall but am kind of in love with this store. It can be a pain in the butt to get to and the staff may be a little abrasive especially when making a return but the store is clean and well organized. I can always find what I'm looking for (most of the time I have to find said item by myself). I stopped in the day after Christmas for the 75% off sale but not much was on sale. The sale items also weren't marked well, it appeared that the entire staff had gotten to work late and hadn't had time to put the signs up in time. Overall, this is one of the favorite Old Navy stores and it definitely keeps the mall in business. read more

I used to work in an Old Navy, and know that this store could be so much better. 1. The check out lines are ALWAYS long. The store is chronically understaffed, or the staff is simply that inefficient. I never see anyone really on the sales floor, but there is always a fitting room attendant. If you're lucky, you'll be blessed with 2 checkout cashiers instead of the one person trying to deal with the line snaking out the door. 2. Their policies are inconsistant. My boyfriend went to buy a shirt, and I asked if it would be possible for me to exchange a pair of pants that I purchased in a different location. I explained that I had lost the receipt, but had paid with a credit card (they can do look ups as I remember from my time there) and the person in the store had not removed the security sensor from the pants. I spoke to a female manager who told me this was OK, that they would accept the return. When I came back, I was attended by an abrasive older man who told me that without the receipt I couldn't do anything because it had a sensor. I told him it was not my responsibility to take off the sensor, that it was the fault of the cashier for doing her job poorly, and that the whole experience had been a tremendous inconvenience to me. He tried to tell me that it was impossible to do the return without the receipt anyways. I told him I paid in card and he could look it up. After a lot of back and forth, he finally begrudgingly did the return. Seriously, why make your customers jump through hoops like this? Any look at my oldnavy.com account would show I'm an extremely loyal customer. This was my first experience in an Old Navy store in months, and I can say I'll probably never go back to this store again.
