But I totally get what other reviewers said about Brian. I feel like he's a little over enthusiastic and willing to help in a good way but also one that could put some people off. When I walked in I was looking at the boxes for the type of Birkenstock I was looking for, and Brian basically dissuaded me from doing so and suggested that I grab a model from the wall and bring it to him for him to bring me a box from the back. I did that and Brian quickly brought me several boxes, and one of the boxes was my size. I actually really enjoyed that level of service and it made my shopping experience really quick. But I also knew what I type of sandal was looking for. I guess if you want to leisurely look around you might feel pressured by that.

Small legendary Steve Madden shoe store in the Pembroke Lakes Mall…read more Heavily influenced by an array of women's shoes, but surprisingly had a quaint section (not center store showcased of course) of really nice men's leather shoes for over $100.00. Several table and wall displays of Steve Madden merchandise including high and low boots, walking shoes, sandals, high heels, sneakers, sun glasses, socks, small purses and mens loafers. My wife's eyes were laser focused on the back wall that advertised 50% off and displayed several pairs of sandals. Fortunately for me, the original price was $99 marked down to $69 then clearanced out for 50% off at a final price of $35.00. The friendly diligent employee, Danaisa, assisted my wife in trying on the sandals and the purchase. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.

I've seen rude costumers, bit that is not something they can help. Overall a nice place to get decent clothes for both men and women.

Like most of the stores on the block you may have to wait for a staggered entrance, but it comes with a dedicated client associate who can guide you to where you want to go. Afterwards, I didn't feel like going home so I went to Sawgrass Mills and decided it was time to buy myself a bag since it had been about two years. It was a Monday and I was off from work for Diwali. There were no lines in no waiting. Yes there were customers in the store but no overcrowding and I got plenty of help. Maybe a little bit too much because I like to shop in private, but they did stop by to see if I needed anything every few minutes. The selection was amazing. I totally thought I was gonna buy one, but I totally thought I was gonna buy a different one and then I finally settled on this cute little black handbag that looks like something Jackie Kennedy Onassis would have owned. As I was checking out the cutest red wallet/card holder in red was sitting right there and I decided to purchase that too. It will be perfect with this bag in for the holidays. Honestly, I don't know the value of the items in the store, but I believe the prices are better than regular outlet shops. I just wanted to buy myself something because I was having a particular rough time and instead of turning to food I did the retail fix instead For a change.
