We have used Ace several times. The first time was when we purchased a new bag for our daughter's…read morekarate gear and I thought it would look nicer if we had her name embroidered on the bag vs our old method of using a sharpie. My husband thought we should try the place in the mall, but I thought that there is no way they could do the bag...all I ever saw there were shirts and hats. So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son. Ace always recommends the perfect font for each project and we are always thrilled with the end result. Amazing customer service. Amazing job! Amazing quality! Highly recommend.

My mom likes to sneak errands in by telling me, I do them the best :-/…read more So on one of my visits to Palm Beach she decides to unload a coffee cup box full of broken items to be fixed. I had no idea what to do with them. A quick Yelp search proved this was close enough to drop in. Walk in and one man is completely spaced out on an item that he's working on. I respect people that get nerdy AF about something they love! Another staff members welcomes me and asks how he can help. As soon as I tell him it's a repair he flags down Maurice and he's all eyes on me. Fills me in about the issues that he finds. Let me know that some pieces wouldn't be worth fixing. And shares all the options. Freaking great HONEST service! I pay, given a receipt and return a week later. When I returned the store was a little more busy. I take the time to eye some of the jewelry and bags displayed throughout the store. Cute unique items at a moderate price. Purchased my sister's bday/Christmas gift months early because I couldn't let that deal pass me. Every single piece that I gave him a week ago that was broken, bent, and dirty was returned brand new. Beautiful craftsmanship and he respects time. When I returned all the items to my mom she was ecstatic about the quick turnaround. Who doesn't like making their mom happy? This place goes the extra mile with customer services and deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

I explained to the service tech what was wrong and he immediately tried to sell me a $450-$500 full bike service. Absolutely INSANE. When I told him that I didn't really want to spend that much and asked if he'd consider addressing just the rear hub, he completely lost interest. I walked out, went to Alex's Bicycle shop just up the road in Weston. They knew exactly what was wrong, quoted me ~$50 for the job and would call me if anything changed. Less than 24 hours later they called to tell me my bike was done. They replaced the rear cassette for $40 and charged me $15 for labor. Trek service department is just shameful. Predatory service tactics like a greasy mechanic shop trying to upsell. BUYER BEWARE!
