I saw the Mikael sequin dress online but wanted to try it on before purchasing so I called the store yesterday (Friday) to see if they had it. The girl I spoke to over the phone was so nice and so accommodating. She took down my information and told me the dress was available in my size and in both colors as advertised online and that they would hold it for me to try on in store. I asked her where the store was located and she indicated that it was off of Kendall Drive and SW 137th Ave, next to Dandy Bear. I asked her about the stores business hours and what would be the best time to pass by, and she told me they were open till 8 PM and that I should go by today (Saturday) because the dress wouldn't be ready till today (again, Saturday). I specifically asked about the best time because Lotus Couture is located right up the street from my house so I could have come to try it on YESTERDAY but she insisted it wouldn't be ready till TODAY. When I arrived to the store (literally less than 30 minutes ago - I just left) the girl at the counter told me they'd sold the dress yesterday and they didn't have any left! I am so upset about this complete disregard and lack of customer service. I would have bought the dress yesterday had the girl over the phone told me it was available, but she told me it wouldn't be because they had to pull it from storage and it wouldn't be available till today! I can't believe that I was stood up like this, what a TERRIBLE first impression. I had my heart set on trying on this dress and purchasing it for my trip to Vegas. Thanks for nothing Lotus Couture!

I was familiar with the owner because I follow her on social media and I was familiar with some of the staff - including Jenny! it was cool to meet them in person after seeing them online for so many years. Anyway, they gave me a bougie boutique experience! My husband and mother were with me - Jenny and Carin made room for them to sit and wait while I shopped...which removed any pressure for me to hurry through browsing (smart thinking ladies!!). I ended up purchasing a glorious bag. I will absolutely continue to shop with them online and expect to return in person very very soon soon!

The whole experience was strange, to say the least. An older lady in the store was filming me and behaving quite oddly throughout the visit. Instead of professional service, I was met with strange behavior and an overall weird vibe. She eventually recommended I go to "Rebag", which was the one helpful part of the visit. I wouldn't return due to the awkward treatment and lack of professionalism. I think she knew I was famous ? Very weird experience. Idk. - @dannywolf

The owner was incredibly kind and patient and took so much time helping me look through different options and trying to find something that would be just right. The boutique has such a beautiful selection of dresses, along with so many gorgeous accessories to complete a look. Everything is beautifully curated, and you can tell there is a lot of thought behind what they carry. What stood out to me most, though, was the personal attention and genuine willingness to help. I never felt rushed or pressured--just very well taken care of. I had a truly lovely experience and would absolutely recommend Miro's Boutique.

They also had amazing accessories, and clutches. The quality on everything was very impressive. I received tons of compliments on my dress by many people at the wedding and I highly recommended Miro's boutique to everyone. Not only do they have amazing dresses/clothing but the service was on point. Yvonne helped me out and was very patient with me. I'm a very picky buyer and I'm not a super model so only certain types of looks work for me. After trying on 7 different dresses I finally found one that I loved, thanks to Yvonne. I'm definitely going back there from now; I'm so happy I found this place.

I have Cuban ancestry and I am born and bred in Miami, but moved to Ohio back in 2019. My family are the only Cubans in the county, and some of the few hispanics or heck minorities in the entire county. Sometimes you have to represent, and I was looking for some tasteful decorations for my office. My brother also wanted the same. We definitely found that here. My brother bought a beautiful glass decoration of a sailboat with the Cuban colors for the sails, I bought a clock that said Cuban time. I also bought a tiny decorative mini cuban guitar... we also found some great home decor for our kitchen. This place was wonderful. One item we really thought about purchasing was a Cuban rocking chair, but shipping it would have been a pain. This place also has domino sets, cuban coins, cuban historical items, and some hilarious plaques and shirts with Cuban jokes/sayings. They also sell cuban coffee in bricks, as well as little snacks. All the store employees are helpful, kind and friendly. We talked and laughed the entire time as I told them how different it was up there. Again, it was a wonderful experience. This place made me feel truly Cuban!
