I went in to buy boyfriend fit sweatpants (these are my favorite), while I was shopping an employee asked me for my name and asked me if I've worn the bf pants before. She said since I love them so much she thinks I would also love the flutter sweatpants. She kindly showed me the flutter sweatpants and asked me if I would like to try them on, she got me a fitting room and made sure to follow up with me while I was checking out. I wish I would've gotten her name because she made my experience great. I already love aritzia but her customer service made my experience with aritzia ever better. The staff was SO rude here. I visited this store yesterday (June 11 2025). The woman "helping" me repeatedly (3 times) suggested I try a size two sizes too big for me? She even went So far as to grab a dress that I did not ask for two sizes too big for me. When I couldn't find an item in my size, which I stated, she repeatedly suggested that I should try a size bigger. I'm not sure why she was trying to take a stab at my body. I know my size and I've been shopping at aritzia for years. She was incredibly passive aggressive, when I asked for help she was rude as if she hated doing her job. I felt so uncomfortable even being in this store. I don't remember her name but she appeared to be one of two staff "helping" customers out on the floor was Caucasian but tanned and had medium/lightish brown hair, a bit past shoulder length. This employee should probably find a job not in customer service, she is probably turning away a lot of customers at this location. read more

Aritzia has come to Aventura! Of course I have to bring to attention how expensive this place is. I knew it would be pricey but when I saw those price tags for simple pieces, I almost had a heart attack. Now with that out of the way, I must say that this is a shopping EXPERIENCE, which is why I'm giving 5 stars. I don't think I've had a shopping experience quite like this. I want to invest in more staple wardrobe pieces so I came in browsing for a bit before Ellie came to help me out. Now, if you're not a social person and don't love when associates come to help you, this is probably not the place for you. Ellie started a dressing room for me and even came back with some styled pieces for me to try. The store itself is huge and the fitting rooms are absolutely beautiful. With that said, the mirrors are outside of the changing room and you have to go out to see how the clothes look. Luckily, I was in the side dressing room where I only had to share a mirror with a few rooms. I usually hate this but this time around, I didn't mind as much, especially because the clothes fit so well. (Unfortunate for me and my wallet.) All the associates are there for you and act like your person stylist which made me feel rich enough to afford the clothes. I did walk away with a couple of blouses and a pair of slacks that fit perfectly (which is so hard to find for my height.) A great place if you have a pretty penny to spend and want a full shopping experience. read more

I cam here with my daughter and the clothes are very much on trend!! Totally in style and they do change with the seasons! Their clothes are sexy and cool so adults and teens like them!! Pants, dresses, shorts, tops and more!! I also like that you can have a seat on a couch in their big dressing room - so smart of them to do that. You don't have to 'wait outside' to see your friend or daughter's clothes that they are trying on! The store is beautiful and I will go back again at some point for myself!! Went to this location on 12/29/22 around 7:20 PM. The associate that was working on my exchange was very condescending/rude. Cashier number 109479. I'm from California, usually shop at the location in LA or Southcoast Plaza, never experienced such odd behavior. Kindness goes a long way, the behavior from that association wasn't acceptable at all. Please do better. read more

I received a gift card for Christmas and had the chance to shop in store since I was in the area. I typically have to order online. While the clothing was as expected, organized and I found some good sales, my shopping experience was not the greatest. I felt like I was being watched like a damn hawk the entire time I shopped. I'd pick up one thing, if I held it for even 30 seconds, an SA would gun for me and come grab it out of my hand (yes, literally) and say they'll add it to the fitting room. Hate the fitting room set up. There are no mirrors in the fitting room, so you have to walk out and basically model what you're wearing to whoever is in the waiting area before you even know if it looks good on you. Good thing I'm secure in myself. Also, every single time I came out to view the clothes on, an SA would run up to me asking questions or saying how great the item is. The commentary is excessive, I just want to try items on in peace. I finally told an SA that I was getting ready to come out of the room, when I opened the curtain, lo and behold, she was standing right next to the curtain waiting for me to come out. If the goal is to treat customers like thieves, they have certainly achieved it. Maybe it is this particular location. read more

The style advisor was very nice, but would walk into my dressing room while i didn't have a shirt on multiple times. also tried to sell me a bunch of stuff when i came for a pair of shorts (tried on pants). she came back with 17 items that i had no intention buying. appreciated the help but got very annoyed quick. read more

The customer service is horrible. When I went employees were so condescending and when i tried on a dress that obviously didn't fit me they kept trying to persuade me into buying it despite me clearly pointing out where it did not fit. This store has stupid return conditions. I bought a dress, first of all it turned out to be big and of very poor quality, like a $10 dress from shein. I didn't wear a dress and all the tags were the same as when I bought it. But the store manager refused to make a refund because she believes the tags were damaged. Strange return rules in this store and brazen sellers who do not comply with the return rules. read more
