Terrible Experience With Manager Diego at "Michael Kors" store in Aventura Mall, Miami:…read more My recent visit to the Michael Kors store in Aventura mall was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Diego. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

Now I'm out of 160$ and can't return or exchange this one. DO NOT COME HERE! I see why they don't accept cards because I would've definitely called my bank to dispute this dumb ass charge

I keep thinking about this pair of white shorts with gold detail down the side... so cute, and on sale for $40 down from $95! Too bad they don't actually want to sell anything here. There was only one person working... (I use the term 'working' very loosely). This girl was literally on the phone the entire time as if it was her gossiping social hour.. She never said hello to us, she never glanced over.. we stood in front of her at the register when we had questions and she wouldn't even look at us or offer to help, she just flat out ignored us and kept talking on the phone but in a whispering voice. We thought okay, let's browse a little more and give her time to say goodbye... But no, so again we tried standing in front of her at the register, said hi and excuse me and still nothing. Finally we said screw it and left and my friend said "you're very rude by the way"... but still no reply. If customers aren't worth their time, then they're not worth ours.... there are plenty of cute boutiques on the Mile now.

When I walked into the store my first thought was that I wished this was how my closet looked. Everything was so artfully arranged. The New Times has listed the Rabbit Hole as one of the best vintage stores in Miami. I almost left with a brown leather bag for $100 but I just couldn't justify the expense right now. I would suggest that when you bring things into either sell or consign that you make sure you get back exactly what you brought in...

We went over to the men's section as Jason was looking for a particular type of polo, which he didn't find, and unfortunately no one offered assistance, this store had many employees just walking around. After being felt uncomfortable, we left about a 10 min after arriving. Yes, we could have asked for assistance, but we were already feeling uncomfortable as we entered. Typically at the more higher end stores, you're greeted with a "welcome" by someone! We didn't find what we were looking for so we exited. Perhaps next time we may have a different experience, if we do, I'll update my review then.
