The selection of clothes at this store is great. They have lots of girly and pretty clothes. I wish I could fit into them. The prices are very reasonable. I believe this is a limited time collaboration. The rest of the store was great too. I like how there are employees around if I need to find something. There are many things that Target sells that other stores do not. I bought some limited edition Method soaps and frozen pizza made in Brooklyn. I am excited to try both. I am a member of their rewards program. I don't find I save much money with it. They have some offers in the app but it seems to be for items I don't usually buy. They do give you 5% off one shopping trip during your birthday month which I like.

Not much else to say except that it's a cut above other big box stores. The Oakwood Plaza was constructed on the same land where the old Six Flags Atlantis Waterpark…read moreexisted in the 1980s. In 1994 this plaza became a bustling shopping extravaganza in east Hollywood for years until the Dania Pointe mega shopping center stole a majority of it's customers. The parking lot has adequate spaces to support the plaza activity. Entry into the plaza is simple off Sheridan Street and Stirling Road. The Dave and Busters, BJ's Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Ross, City Furniture and Miller's Ale House have continued to stay in business but unknown if they are thriving. The Regal Oakwood Theaters is finally permanently closed and now the new ultra modern Regal Cinema has opened in Dania Pointe directly across the street. The Gold's Gym and the Big Lots are also out of business. There are several EV stations at the NE corner of the plaza. In my opinion, within the next three years, the Dania Pointe will eventually destroy all hopes of this plaza's lifeline.

After that deed was done, we wanted to go have dinner at Miller's Ale House and try their Osso Busco. Dinner was excellent! We got our bucket list item done and we were very pleased that coming to Oakwood Plaza worked out so well. There are a variety of popular stores at this mall, like Ross, Michael's, Marshall's, Office Max, HomeGoods, BigLots, Mattress Firm, and many small restaurants plus a movie theater. We highly recommend Miller's Ale House! Great food and great service there. You will find that most of the stores have good bargains and varied selections for all family members. Yelp Review 2026 #218:…read more I was very impressed by this mall. I felt like I was in a different country with all the nice shops and eateries. Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Armani, Lacoste, Lululemon, Alo, Nike, Charlotte Tilbury, Apple, Sephora, Eataly, Laderach, etc. Restaurants include Japanese, Italian, Latin, etc. They have a food hall called Treats that has everything: Chinese, Japanese, pizza, Cuban sandwich, bakery, Jamaican, etc. But what caught my attention was all the artwork spread throughout Aventura Mall. From Takashi Murakami, Austin Lee, Robert Indiana, and 23 other pieces by different artists in a series they call ArtWalk. They're very dog-friendly. We saw hundreds of dogs and their humans - not sure if there was an event or if this was just the norm here. But it was fun to watch cute little puppies. I visited during the World Cup and they had an area dedicated for it. They had a pop-up FIFA store which had items I wanted but haven't found at the stadiums. The mall is bright with natural lighting during the day. Nice and cool which is a nice reprieve from the unforgiving sun and summer heat. It's spacious and clean.

The company now operates 1,483 stores in 37 U.S. states. I have a love hate relationship with this chain. Their prices are great and generally everything else is horrible. The checkout line is always long, the dressing rooms are disgusting, and they treat you like you have already shoplifted them. Still I keep coming back because where else can you find a dress for under $20 and I can find a gift for anyone on my list here. This Ross was a pleasant surprise. I stopped in because my friend got me hooked on sparkly, inexpensive, and surprisingly comfortable sandals by Andiamo. I lucked out and they had a couple of pairs in my size.
