Stopped by in the evening to walk around and check out the area. Found a large parking garage agent to all the restaurants. Found the area to be very quiet for a Friday night. They have an area for the kids to run around and play. Several stores were empty and one big restaurant recently closed. The pizza restaurant was very busy would love to return to try it out. Also walked by an escape room that looked cool. Ford's Garage and RA sushi both looked crowded. Finally we checked out hurt donuts. A 24 hour donut shop. Everything looked delicious. Hope this area makes it.

The promenede at Plantation Walk is such a beautiful addition to the City of Plantation! There is such a vast range of restaurants, businesses, residential and surrounding hotels. I recently visited Un Attimo coffee and loved the ambience. Amazing coffee and a great place to work as well as enjoy a sweet treat. I have visited quite a few places there from Taco craft (amazing happy hour), Cracked Kitchen (my new go to for ice coffee), carrot express, Frank pepe pizzeria, Kobs Green Market, Tabasco Cigars & spirits, and Now spa. I recommend them all but there is usually live entertainment as well on certain days, so a perfect place to bring the family for dinner and ice cream. Not to mention lits of parking as well as Valet! You should definitely stop in next time you are in the area!

Just discovered Plantation Walk. Very pleasant surprise.

My husband and I very recently discovered this area. We are non-traditional Snowbirds. It's very nice area, we ate at one of the restaurants and enjoyed the little pavilion.

I came here today because I had some time to kill before an appointment. I had been here previously but didn't walk around much. The parking lot was pretty full. That was surprising since I was here around 2 on a Monday. Imagine the weekends. I would estimate around 40% of the storefronts are empty. They are still finding their way because they have been open around a year and a half or so. There are several.restaurants to choose from. Sadly Rock & Brews already closed down a few months ago. It feels like short, choppy blocks to me. I prefer Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines. Anyhow, Plantation Walk is very nice to walk around. Maybe in a year it will have some more oomph when more restaurants and stores are open.

Plantation Walk has events yearly but this one was the biggest so far. Parking was insane - Uber - but managed even with the main inner road blocked off. Thousands of kiddies everywhere with their parents during a "Trunk or Treat" festival. The South FL Jeep Club was here displaying monster Jeeps and a classic car show too. Candy was being handed out and scary themes on the cars and jeeps. I went to eat and drink at Rock and Brews and Fords Garage. Very fun just too many little kids.

Plantation Walk is a shopping, restaurant, entertainment, residential, and hotel center on the site that used to be the Fashion Mall which opened in 1988 on University Drive near Broward Boulevard, The mall closed in 2007 and was demolished in 2017. When completed, the $350 million development will have 700 rental apartments, 160,000 square feet of office space, and 130,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. I have dined at Maple and Cream, Rock & Brews owned by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS, and Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream. Also currently open is Tacocraft Taqueria & tequila Bar, Frank Pepe, a pizzeria, and Carrot Express. I am eagerly awaiting the opening of Ford's Garage and Crack'd Kitchen and Coffee. Also open is Kobs, a health food store and The Naples Soap Company, the only store on the east coast of Florida for the company. Parking for the complex is in the free garage or a few spots on the street. If you shop or eat here, a 1 percent surcharge is added to your receipt to fund future entertainment that will be held in the courtyard. Right now there are more coming soon soon signs than actual businesses open but I like what I see so far.

There are some new stores, plenty of parking, and it was overall clean when I visited. There's also a movie theater on site, although the mall itself has a bit of an old smell. The food court isn't very big and offers typical mall food like Panda Express, Cuban food, pizza, etc. One downside is that the food court is clearly understaffed. Most spots only had one server, which caused long lines despite the mall being quiet. I was on a lunch break and it took over 25 minutes for food. Some restaurants do offer lunch specials, which is nice for your pockets. I imagine it probably gets busier around the holidays, but if you want a quick, stress-free visit, weekdays are definitely the way to go.
