It's proximity to the port and the Embassy Suites Hotel means that it gets a influx of tourists as well as locals looking for services, retail, and dining. The Harbor Shops are convenient to other top Ft. Lauderdale destinations like the beach and Las Olas Boulevard. The businesses in the Harbor Shops are arranged in an open air complex with a Key West architectural vibe and nautical theme. Parking is in the center. The plaza is anchored by a Publix. I have been here many times through the years, most recently to eat at Gilbert's 17th Street Grill. Other reasonably priced restaurants here include Joe's Cafe, Indian Harbor, Duffy's, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, and La Bamba. Shopping choices include TJ Maxx along with boutiques. There is an Ace Hardware Store, Total Wine and More, Massage Envy, Chase Bank, and Orange Theory Fitness. You can run errands and enjoy a meal all in one place. Whether you want a great meal, are a local ticking off your to do list, or are a visitor picking up travel essentials, The Harbor Shops will have just what you need.

This Publix-anchored outdoor, open air mall offers free parking and driving here is easily accessible. It's close to Port Everglades, the Fort Lauderdale Airport, hotels, and other SE 17th street businesses. The mall has a variety of stores and shops. Everything is here from groceries to a hardware store to clothing to wine. It offers service salons where you could get your hair cut or your nails done or even a massage. The mall gets a lot of pre and post cruise business. It's popular, so some times parking can be challenging. I've probably been here the most for the different restaurants -- from burgers to sushi. When I worked nearby and the weather was nice, I'd come for lunch and then stroll by the shops.

Took a big sniff of the homemade chocolates at Schakolad Chocolate Factory. The plaza is one block west of the iconic 17th Street Causeway Drawbridge. Sufficient parking for the amount of businesses and did not notice any EV spaces. The service and food at Ethos Greek was impeccable but slightly pricey, while one slice of cheese pizza at Pizza Piez was pretty good NY style. Searched for Easter gifts at the Dollar Tree but was unsuccessful finding the right one. Good plaza if you're in the area to find a good bite or shop til you drop after the beach.

We looked forward to shopping and ending at the Foodcourt- the Sbarro had a huge hot and cold buffet! The last time I was here was in 2014 when they updated the food court and it was fabulous! I've been reading about the new plans and how decrepit it is now. I decided to stop by after Church to see for myself I parked in the Orange Lot and came up the escalator and went right to Macy's! I was extremely impressed with Macy's. A huge beautiful store. Great sales and I actually bought a gorgeous skirt! So as I see the mall it's like having 2 separate malls the half in front of Macy's looks like a full beautiful mall! Today, because it was raining, it was pretty busy! The Apple store was packed! Some great shopping options! Free Parking! Then I went to the other side by the food court and Dillards .., now I understand some of the negative reviews.. Half empty! The H&M is amazing! Huge store! Dillard's is great! The Restaurants ate first class and were very busy! I ate at the Capital Grille. P.F.Chang, Seasons 62 and the Blue Martini' First, I would fire your Development Realtor! Aventura Mall will always have a special place in my heart…read more Growing up in Miami Beach we often would take the S bus down to Aventura and just hang out. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

From the moment you arrive, everything about this place feels elevated. The scale alone is impressive--it's not just a mall, it's an experience. You'll find an incredible lineup of designer and luxury boutiques, alongside popular brands, making it easy to go from high-end splurging to everyday shopping all in one visit. Whether you're browsing or on a mission, the selection here is unmatched in South Florida. What truly sets Aventura Mall apart is the variety. The store mix is perfectly curated--fashion, beauty, home, accessories--you name it, it's here. And it's not just about shopping. The dining scene is just as strong, with a wide range of restaurants and cafés that make it easy to turn a quick trip into a full day out. From casual bites to more upscale dining, everything feels thoughtfully selected and consistently high quality. Parking--something that can make or break a shopping experience--is refreshingly easy here. There are multiple garages and plenty of spaces, which is a huge plus, especially for a destination this popular. You never feel like you're fighting just to get in the door. The entire mall is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern, open feel that makes walking around enjoyable. There's also an upscale, energetic vibe that makes every visit feel a little special--whether you're shopping, dining, or simply strolling. This is, without a doubt, my go-to mall in South Florida. I absolutely love coming here--it never disappoints. If you're looking for variety, luxury, convenience, and a polished shopping experience all in one place, Aventura Mall delivers every single time.
