It is truly family friendly, with plenty of space to walk around, dine, and enjoy time together. Everything feels organized and safe, making it a great place to visit whether you are coming with family or friends. We went during the holidays and they had live music and a show, although they had a show with a lady putting fire in her mouth which I wouldn't recommend for kids to watch, the show itself was amazing, it would've been better to take that part out. Love that there is plenty of free parking around either at the garage or around the shops. Went to go and try some Skinny Louie which surprisingly the line was not long at all. Walked right in to order and only waited about 10 minutes for our food. Later went to the stage area at the middle of the shopping center to hangout and chat. I've came to Dania Pointe a few times - coming at night around 8:00pm on a Saturday I realized you will NOT get parking where the movie theater is lol. The parking garage is probably the best bet and there's ton of parking. What I liked about the parking garage is, they have security on golf carts riding around which makes me feel better about leaving my car there. There's a ton of restaurants and shops there. I've only been to a few but want to try more! It's a great outdoor mall to grab a bite to eat, see a movie, do some shopping and get a good cardio workout with all the walking! read more

There are some big commercialized businesses that provide a good mix here. Bowlero, Regal Cinema, Improv, 14 North Daiquiri, Its Sugar, Ulta, Coopers Hawk Winery, Firebirds, Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse and many others. Dania Pointe hosts several massive events that bring in thousands of people like the Craft Beer and Food Festival two years ago. Parking on the weekend nights are tight but free. This place is great! There's a big grassy hang out area with seating, entertainment, and shade... a great spot to have an ice cream or bring the kids. Shopping options are 10/10 with anthropology and a Nike outlet store. Restaurant favs are Coopers Hawk, Firebirds, and BurgerFi. This place has it all! I think 4 stars is right on target for Dania Pointe. They have a pretty good variety of stores to shop. I like there is a pretty good variety of restaurants as well. Some are hit or miss. The restaurants are lower priced to more mid scale. There is nothing real high end here. I like the comedy club. It is always good for a laugh ;) The shopping area is real convenient being right off I-95 and Stirling. It is not far from where I live and they have lots of parking. It does get difficult to park on weekend nights. I have heard they have live music sometimes outside but I have never attended. There are a couple hotels in the plaza as well. They are both very nice and new, being only three years old at most. I definitely suggest coming here if you have never been. They have an Outback Steakhouse and First Watch near the front if you are not interested in trying some of the more exotic cuisines toward the back. There is also a Brandsmart. Such a great place to hang out with your family! Very kid friendly which we love. They have live entertainment on the weekends which is great. Restaurants, shopping and even a splash pad for kids. If they had a playground we'd probably never leave The splash pad would be fun but I've noticed that the water is too strong even for bigger kids. We took our toddler and he was eager to play with the water but he couldn't, same as other children, they were hesitant to go across or even get close to it. Parking is free and easy to find during week but you may have trouble during the weekend. Definitely a place we like to go to once in a while to enjoy a family day with our little one read more

Love love love! So hip and fun. A great walkable outdoor shopping area with tons of dining and shopping for several blocks. Parking is super easy in a large lot by Ulta and Hobby Lobby or in a garage closer to your chosen store. Lots of outdoor seating areas and live music going on here the night I wandered around. This is such a beautiful and well laid out shopping center. The first time I visited was in 2022 during the 2021 Yelpies at the Marriott AC Dania Pointe. I did not have a lot of time to check out the shopping area, but this last time I did. There are so many stores and so many choices! It's a nice outdoor mall where most of the stores have entrances out to the outside and most restaurants have outdoor seating. Just a nice relaxing atmosphere. Dania Pointe is an example of a modern lifestyle destination, with top brand retail shops, restaurants, entertainment, and events, complemented by two Marriott hotels, the Avery luxury apartments, and the global headquarters for Spirit Airlines. This beautiful mall is a short drive from Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Dania Beach. Right off I-95. Not far from the Fort Lauderdale International airport. This place was wonderful to walk around and get your steps in! Ladies , highly recommend for our 10,000 steps and getting our kids TIRED. On Sundays , they have activities for the kiddos to jump around , dance and have fun! We went there on Jan 28th to see the Nike outlet but unfortunately, small kid sizes are almost always sold out! After speaking to the store workers, they advised me to come back during the week as they get kid sizes in all the time specially the weekdays. There's obviously less foot traffic so you'd have better luck then. If you have a 6-8 y.o. Those shoes sizes are almost always out of stock at that particular store ! A little hint. The more we walked around, we enjoyed Anthropology and Aerie and the many restaurants around. It's such a large space and they sure maximized the space to make it enjoyable for everyone. My only qualm with this "outdoor mall" where the bathrooms. ALL of them out of service or unavailable to the public and that's unacceptable if you want people to be around enjoying and spending $. We went to three different bathrooms for my little one and none where available. They were closed or dirty or unavailable somehow. read more

This is a great shopping center with easy access right off of 95 in Dania Beach Florida. This beautifully designed mall is huge with many stores and restaurants that you will recognize. It is still under construction but enough is completed for use. We were there to see the movie Thor at the Regal Cinema and to have dinner at Cooper Hawk. There are many photo opportunities also. Construction of luxury condos is still ongoing. I took an evening walk here every day during my vacation. It's walk distance from the hotel that I stayed. This place is beautiful and child friendly. They have splash pad for kids to play. Let it Snow at Dania Pointe . This is a family friendly event. The children love it. They looked like they were having a really good time. They have the event set up between the stores. With plenty of parking all around. The event ( snow) started at seven. I got there a little earlier. They had a nice setup with Snow and snowman that you can take pictures with. The snowman was really made from ice. It looked really cute. To the opposite side a big open space where children played. I saw this big shiny structure that looked like presents. Everything looked really nice. At seven o'clock this place rocked. The Christmas music started to play and it showed in Dania. They had a couple of Snow machines set up around so it was a nice show with fake snow everywhere. It was pretty magical. I liked it. read more

While in town for Spring Break we planned to go the movies at the Regal Theatre here and stumbled upon all of the stores and restaurants in this large, nicely laid out mall. They have beautiful lighting at night and a nice courtyard with seating area in front of Haagen Daz. It looks like they have something for everyone here and it's conveniently located just off the highway, near Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and even the airport. I cannot say this newish shopping center is horrible but I also would not choose this area as a first choice if I wanted to go shopping all day. There are a variety of stores to shop at and plenty of restaurants to dine at. Dania Pointe actually reminds me a lot of Pembroke Gardens. The first time I visited here was for Tommy Bahama. I was pretty excited because I had no idea Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters are located in Dania Pointe. I hate traveling to Miami to go shopping! There are some known chain restaurants and stores here but also some stores I have never heard of. There is also businesses with fun activities, like bowling. The whole center is clean and neat. The landscaping is on point as well. There is also security driving around on a regular basis so I never felt unsafe. We also attended events a couple of times. They have local vendors set up tables and tents to sell their products. It was very nice. We never had any problems with parking. If you cannot find parking immediately in front of the businesses, there is a parking garage behind Tommy Bahama. read more
