Dania pointe is a great plaza with everything to do from shopping, restaurants, movies, bowling and comedy shows. I've been at this plaza several time for several reasons and I love the variety of things to do.

Booming entertainment and shopping district that was developed on the legendary old Grand Prix Race-o-Rama land and completed in 2018. There are some big commercialized businesses that provide a good mix here. Bowlero, Regal Cinema, Improv, 14 North Daiquiri, Its Sugar, Ulta, Coopers Hawk Winery, Firebirds, Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse and many others. Dania Pointe hosts several massive events that bring in thousands of people like the Craft Beer and Food Festival two years ago. Parking on the weekend nights are tight but free. During the weekdays for lunch, you usually can park directly in front of the business or at least close to the one you are visiting.

Lots of activity at Dania Pointe including a cinema, Bowlero, CT Cantina, Tommy Bahama Bahama, Coopers Hawk, ItSugar, and a ton of retail shops. Fun area for the whole family. Parking can be an issue but they do offer two free parking garages.

We always seem to visit around Christmastime and it's a breath of fresh air in the middle of a busy area. The shops are well maintained and the food options are pretty good. The highlight for me is the way they decorate for the holiday in their green space and the murals by local artists. Everything is very walkable and the ambiance after sunset is magical.

Such a great place to hang out with your family! Very kid friendly which we love. They have live entertainment on the weekends which is great. Restaurants, shopping and even a splash pad for kids. If they had a playground we'd probably never leave The splash pad would be fun but I've noticed that the water is too strong even for bigger kids. We took our toddler and he was eager to play with the water but he couldn't, same as other children, they were hesitant to go across or even get close to it. Parking is free and easy to find during week but you may have trouble during the weekend. Definitely a place we like to go to once in a while to enjoy a family day with our little one

Love love love! So hip and fun. A great walkable outdoor shopping area with tons of dining and shopping for several blocks. Parking is super easy in a large lot by Ulta and Hobby Lobby or in a garage closer to your chosen store. Lots of outdoor seating areas and live music going on here the night I wandered around. I came to get some last-minute items for an upcoming trip at Ulta and was so charmed a spent a few hours walking around and eating.

This is such a beautiful and well laid out shopping center. The first time I visited was in 2022 during the 2021 Yelpies at the Marriott AC Dania Pointe. I did not have a lot of time to check out the shopping area, but this last time I did. There are so many stores and so many choices! It's a nice outdoor mall where most of the stores have entrances out to the outside and most restaurants have outdoor seating. Just a nice relaxing atmosphere. Dania Pointe is an example of a modern lifestyle destination, with top brand retail shops, restaurants, entertainment, and events, complemented by two Marriott hotels, the Avery luxury apartments, and the global headquarters for Spirit Airlines. This beautiful mall is a short drive from Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Dania Beach. Right off I-95. Not far from the Fort Lauderdale International airport. Here you can shop at stores like Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Kendra Scott, American Eagle, Aerie, OFFLINE by Aerie, Sugarboo & Co., and Tommy Bahama and many more. Many people come here to dine at top restaurants such as Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, First Watch, Padrino's Cuban Cuisine, InRamen Asian Street Eatery, Haagen-Dazs, and many more..... If you are looking to eat at home, you can stop at the Sprouts Farmers Market, which features fresh organic items as well as regular groceries. There's a large Regal cinema complex as well....overall a great place to find pretty much whatever you want...from discount retailers like TJ Maxx to more trendy stores like Tommy Bahama and Urban Outfitters.

Dania Point offers a great variety of restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. This is the future of shopping experiences with a delightfully large and spacious layout of stores, restaurants, and entertainment! Ample parking lots with a large courtyard that features weekend entertainment such as live music, dancing, etc. Definitely worth a visit!

This place was wonderful to walk around and get your steps in! Ladies , highly recommend for our 10,000 steps and getting our kids TIRED. On Sundays , they have activities for the kiddos to jump around , dance and have fun! We went there on Jan 28th to see the Nike outlet but unfortunately, small kid sizes are almost always sold out! After speaking to the store workers, they advised me to come back during the week as they get kid sizes in all the time specially the weekdays. There's obviously less foot traffic so you'd have better luck then. If you have a 6-8 y.o. Those shoes sizes are almost always out of stock at that particular store ! A little hint. The more we walked around, we enjoyed Anthropology and Aerie and the many restaurants around. It's such a large space and they sure maximized the space to make it enjoyable for everyone. My only qualm with this "outdoor mall" where the bathrooms. ALL of them out of service or unavailable to the public and that's unacceptable if you want people to be around enjoying and spending $. We went to three different bathrooms for my little one and none where available. They were closed or dirty or unavailable somehow.

This is a great shopping center with easy access right off of 95 in Dania Beach Florida. They have many nice stores, restaurants, movie, theaters, and hotels. it's a nice place to spend the day or evening to do some shopping or seeing a movie or eating at one of the nice restaurants, they even have a comedy club, and some bars and they even have an area called the lawn where they have some nice events and live music. this is a fun place to visit.

Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

From the moment you arrive, everything about this place feels elevated. The scale alone is impressive--it's not just a mall, it's an experience. You'll find an incredible lineup of designer and luxury boutiques, alongside popular brands, making it easy to go from high-end splurging to everyday shopping all in one visit. Whether you're browsing or on a mission, the selection here is unmatched in South Florida. What truly sets Aventura Mall apart is the variety. The store mix is perfectly curated--fashion, beauty, home, accessories--you name it, it's here. And it's not just about shopping. The dining scene is just as strong, with a wide range of restaurants and cafés that make it easy to turn a quick trip into a full day out. From casual bites to more upscale dining, everything feels thoughtfully selected and consistently high quality. Parking--something that can make or break a shopping experience--is refreshingly easy here. There are multiple garages and plenty of spaces, which is a huge plus, especially for a destination this popular. You never feel like you're fighting just to get in the door. The entire mall is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern, open feel that makes walking around enjoyable. There's also an upscale, energetic vibe that makes every visit feel a little special--whether you're shopping, dining, or simply strolling. This is, without a doubt, my go-to mall in South Florida. I absolutely love coming here--it never disappoints. The Dave and Busters, BJ's Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Ross, City Furniture and Miller's Ale House have continued to stay in business but unknown if they are thriving. The Regal Oakwood Theaters is finally permanently closed and now the new ultra modern Regal Cinema has opened in Dania Pointe directly across the street. The Gold's Gym and the Big Lots are also out of business. There are several EV stations at the NE corner of the plaza. In my opinion, within the next three years, the Dania Pointe will eventually destroy all hopes of this plaza's lifeline.
