This plaza is BOOMING with yummy places to eat like Bolay, Five Guys, Burger & Beer Joint, Panera, Pei Wei, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, etc. There are also some shops like Walgreens, Home Depot, a boutique, and a jewelry store. If you're thinking this is a hang-out spot where you can spend a few hours, it's probably not. But there's a mall just one block over and other plazas nearby with even more things to do. This is the first one to open in South Florida. It drew crowds who were waiting over an hour to even get in. I ended up hanging out after to check out a few of the other businesses. If you like discount shopping, this is a great plaza. There are 46 businesses in this plaza. These include Ross, Marshall's Old Navy, Burlington, dd's Discounts, Dollar Tree, Shoe Carnival, #1 Beauty Supply, Rainbow Shops, and America's Best. There is also a Wawa, McDonald's, and Advance Auto Parts. You can pretty much get anything you need in this plaza making it very convenient for shoppers.

One would think that with all of the added residential buildings it would allow the retail shops and eateries to thrive but what we witnessed today was anything but that. Most of the retail businesses that were here one year ago are long gone and almost all of the restaurants were completely empty. Meter parking is tight but plentiful weekdays. After long walking in the heat, we managed to find a few interesting retro shops and great pizza.

The shopping center sees a lot of traffic from Oakland Park and the surrounding towns of Pompano Beach and Wilton Manors. It is also close to I-95. This shopping complex is massive with 38 businesses. The plaza is anchored by a Publix and I find it very strange that there is another Publix right across the street although this one was here first and the one across the street has a Starbucks inside. I have shopped at so many of the businesses in this plaza. I can pretty complete any errand here. Businesses I patronize include the Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, PNC, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin's Donuts, Five Below, Party City, and Uptown Cheapskate. There is also a Quest Diagnostic, Dentistry, uBreakfix, Smoothie King, H&R Block, USA Nails Spa, and Youfit Health Club to name just a few of the other businesses. The parking can be a bit of cluster especially by the Publix. The wide range of businesses make up for it though. Unlike a lot of shopping plazas in the area, they rarely have an open space. From places to eat, shop, and have services done, you can't beat the Northridge Shopping Center.

The Duffys white middle-aged burger eaters are not the type to forgive their already ingrained stereotype and the shitfaced crowd disembarking are just what they want to cement their discriminatory thoughts. I went to Hong's BBQ, one of the many tenants in this strip mall, but here you can also find a Subway, a specialty market, an eye care office, an indoor play space for the little ones, a violin academy, a coins and collectibles store, a bakery, a veterinary office, a Carvel ice cream store, a bubble tea place, a nail salon, and much more... Sitting at the corner of Stirling Road and SW 70th Ave, this area of Davie is busy enough that traffic can be a bit of a problem sometimes. A large US flag flies over the the western end of the mall, so that's an easy way to find it.
