Searched for Easter gifts at the Dollar Tree but was unsuccessful finding the right one. Good plaza if you're in the area to find a good bite or shop til you drop after the beach.

Cool places to sit outside and just enjoy the Florida sun. High end shopping to feel like you owned the place!!! Even just a simple strip lined with palm trees for beautiful views.. and selfies!! Dania Point is an oasis! They keep everything spotless. The landscaping is meticulous curated to keep the high end appearance too!

In 1994 this plaza became a bustling shopping extravaganza in east Hollywood for years until the Dania Pointe mega shopping center stole a majority of it's customers. The parking lot has adequate spaces to support the plaza activity. Entry into the plaza is simple off Sheridan Street and Stirling Road. The Dave and Busters, BJ's Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Ross, City Furniture and Miller's Ale House have continued to stay in business but unknown if they are thriving. The Regal Oakwood Theaters is finally permanently closed and now the new ultra modern Regal Cinema has opened in Dania Pointe directly across the street. The Gold's Gym and the Big Lots are also out of business. There are several EV stations at the NE corner of the plaza. In my opinion, within the next three years, the Dania Pointe will eventually destroy all hopes of this plaza's lifeline.
