I haven't been to a Loft store in a while and decided to stop in today. The store is very neat and well kept. I enjoyed browsing. The displays were nice. I just didn't see any clothes I was interested in purchasing. I did purchase two spare pair of sunglasses to keep in my car. The sunglasses seem pretty high quality and the style is ok by me. They also have a lot of variety of jewelry items. The store was pretty busy. Employees keep the lines moving quickly. They have a good amount of staff which is great. This store has a lot of good promotions. I think their prices are very fair overall. read more

While I've always been a fan of the Loft in general, this particular store disappoints me and it boils down to its customer service. It's no secret we're in a pandemic and hours of operation have changed for many of the stores therefore they have them posted out front for customers like me to take note. So Loft basically heckled me into buying online and when I received the order, there were a few items I needed to return. Return shipping is a ridiculous $7.95 meanwhile the Loft is around the corner from my house so I decided to make the short trip. I checked the hours and Lofts hours were 12 to 6.... I arrived at 4:50 PM and the door was locked. I figured there were too many in the store and they were waiting for people to drift out before letting me come in. I was wrong. At 4:56 the store employee comes out and tells me they are closed. I mention the hours say 6 PM but she tells me that from now on they will be closing at 5 on Sundays. I could have made a stink about it because the sign clearly showed 6 and in any case I was there prior to their closing time, but I decided I would just bite the bullet and humbly walk away. This to me is poor customer service. She knew I wasn't there to shop, I was there for just a return and I was there within the time they should have still been open. I took note that Mondays and Tuesdays they had a later closing (7 PM) and decided I would go the next day after work. I reached out to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens via IG so they could update the Loft store hours accordingly and not further inconvenience customers. The next day I show up at 6:10 and they're closed. They changed their hours once again and went from 7 PM closing time to 6 PM. At this point, I can't win. It's my second time there to make a return and I'm unsuccessful. Now I'm obviously suuuuuper annoyed and vowing to never shop Loft again until they have free returns by mail. A regular customer gone because the one employee couldn't handle my return when I showed up on a Sunday at 4:50 PM with a sign that read closing time at 6 PM. I went for a specific item and ended up with another. So begins this tale... If you know me, I love dresses. Finding a decent one though is tough. LOFT is usually a staple for me as I have quite a few dresses from there. While their dresses were beautiful, they weren't what I was looking for. Already being in the store, I spotted a gorgeous parka and it was on sale. I couldn't resist. Fonda, the associate, was a real doll in helping me find and try things on. While the dress didn't happen, the parka did. I was originally between two parkas, but I ended up with the green one over the blue. The blue they didn't have in my size, but still, no regrets. I went to Chicago with my green parka and it kept me toasty warm. I'm now looking into potentially ordering the blue parka online (if I can convince myself that I absolutely need it). At any rate, LOFT saves the day again, although unwittingly in a way I wasn't looking for. Cue the laughs. read more

I enjoy shopping the petite section at Loft. Last time I was there they ordered a dress I wanted to be delivered because they didn't have my size in stock. I was pretty happy with the customer service and found the staff to be friendly. The clothing is always up to date with the latest colors and styles. I find Loft to have good quality overall. The accessories are cute too. The only reason I don't shop here more often is that I don't enjoy the parking situation. It is a pain getting into Pembroke Gardens on the weekend. Finding a spot even in the back is a huge victory. read more

A lunch with the girls has to end with shopping... right? While at Pembroke Gardens a walk was required after a wonderful lunch with a group of high school friends (and no we're not mentioning how long that has been) but I will say one is a friend since we were 4 years old... yeah, that's a long time! We didn't just come into Loft, we continued our party. We are all capable of dressing ourselves but why not dress one another (figuratively). "Hey, I like this but it would look great on you... go try!" Being that I am the smallest size in the group, everything petite is sent to me. I was in and out of the fitting room soooo many times. I really wasn't planning to buy anything but ended with multiple really cute dresses and a top. This was fine but top the sale prices with an additional 40% off. Yeah, I hadn't planned to shop but felt like I got a lot for the money. I'm a fan and will be back! read more

Last week, our Governor for the State of Florida opened us up to Phase 3. Schools are opening in a week or two, why would your retail stores close at 6 pm on a weekday? That is absolutely ridiculous with 70-80 percent of your mall occupied. Some of us work in the healthcare system and do not have the luxury of not working and being able to get to a store at 6 pm. I completely understand not being opened until 9 pm... but the restaurants are open until 10 or 11 pm with no social distancing. Very confused!!! read more

Well, last night I decided to put a dent in my Ann Taylor CC. So off I went. Bought 2 tops at AT , lovely . I then headed over to the The Loft at the Pembroke Gardens. Their selection was not inspiring but I was determined to spring into spring or at least try. I went thru the sales rack and found nice pants for work marked $44. (plus 40% off) winner- winner chicken dinner :) I selected my size and all is well but I noticed my size was marked $69. So off I went to the register with an armload of clothes and another pair of the same paints w/the reduced price of 44.00. With all the items in my arms I showed the girl the 2 exact same pants with different prices, you know to save time. With a bit of an attitude she told me the size 12 marked 44.00 was mismarked and the pants I want are 69.00. She said it like I was on the Price is Right "you still get 40% off". She also informed me that I could purchase the size 12 for 44.00 if I wanted but not the size I need. Does that even make sense? who does that? Ok, like yeah, I want to buy pants that don't fit , so I can save money? With all the cloths still in arms , that I invested time trying on. I just bought it all. As the transaction finished, and I'm collecting my packages. The salesgirl proceeds straight to the back room. I decided to go check out the rack again. Boom!! another pair of the same exact pants for 44.00. The salesgirl is no-where to be found so I asked for a manager. After back and forth and explaining, she gives me a refund of about $15.00 . Now this is not the worst situation . But I'm irked and it wasted my time and I dropped a lot of money at this store, so I don't need this. So watch your prices because some of the saleswomen really are not interested in what's best for the customer read more

There's no way around it they have HORRIBLE customer service. They have these young girl working there that have no idea of any of their policies. They had no knowledge on their products. They had a line at the register and instead of opening up another register they just stood there and chatted and laughed amongst each other. Not only that they charged me the wrong amount so now I'm back here in my lunch break. I will not be returning! read more

This is my favorite loft around my area! It is always clean, organized, and well put together unlike other stores you go into. Not to mention a well organized sales section. The staff is always friendly, polite, and attentive every time I go in! read more

I came in looking for a date night outfit and Amanda helped out diligently and patiently to find the perfect fit.
