Came here to get my free birthday gift. The girl at the front counter gave me the three choices. Decided on a facial spray & lip balm. Then bought a pressed powder compact for $29. The help are so friendly here in every aisle and busy as usual.

The remnant of my Discovery Kit, plus my new skincare products from Dr. Barbara Sturm at Sephora.

I love this store and the customer service that I receive each and every time. Recently, after having been gifted the Discovery Kit from Dr. Barbara Sturm and quickly running out of the products, I came here to try to restock. Oh boy; Oh my; Oh brother! I had no idea what the price points would be for these amazing products for my sensitive Rosacea-prone skin.* The young lady I consulted with was knowledgeable and ever so helpful! Here's the bottom line--some products I can do without and they are cosmetic in nature--but when it comes to skincare, I will invest in self-care and work harder if I have to and avoid going to the specialist for prescription meds. #PreventionIsKey So, I made my purchase and almost ran over customers to get out quickly with my eyes closed so as not to spend another dime from all the wonderful things I glanced at in here. Withal, this is a fantastic store and my choice in Broward. *Please consult your doctor for your personalized skincare needs.

I bought a Dyson and no one was helping me. Only the representative from Dyson was helping and friendly. Not shopping there again.

Terrible attitude and worst service!! No one was friendly specially the cashiers!!! Not shopping at this location ever again!

Holy moly was this place packed with customers. Every big name brand cosmetic items known on earth. I noticed there was no shortage of employee assistance here - one on every other aisle, maybe for theft reasons, not sure. The skin and hair merch aisle I was familiar with since my undercounter bathroom is loaded with my wife's same stuff. Not the place to find deep discounts unfortunately but you should find what you need without going to Target.

I walked into glass when a lady broke a bottle behind me.

I asked someone for help she ignored me my foot was bleeding out and nobody gave a fuc* until I started getting mad. I will never go here and I'm def seeking legal action. Racist and also unconcerned with ppl bleeding the hell out

Once the card reader did work I did it's been well over $318 because my mother needed it however we will not be back.

On 07/01/23, the time was 20:49:00 8:45pm. I was ending a perfect day of make up shopping at the Sephora I recommended to my mother. My mother was there to travel to India for the next three months and I assured her we could get all of her makeup needs at the Sephora at Sawgrass 12 801. Upon ending this great make up shopping support system for cards shut down. A dark-haired Hispanic woman with long straight hair almost shoulder length let us know that we could only use cash, we said we would go and look for an ATM and come right back and she rudely says "well we're closing soon". After unsuccessfully looking for the ATM we decide to return to the Sephora to get what we can with the cash that we had on us instead of using a card. Once we return, we noticed a man has been successful with his card and we proceeded to try and do the same thing. We asked the woman if we could try using the card as well she instantly says "no" with no explanation. Tapping her foot as if she is highly irritated. My mother says we can at least give it a try, she responds "it won't work because he has a foreign card but OK"with a horrible attitude. My mother swipes her card and the system does not work. The cashier says "OK that didn't work so how much cash do you have?". My mother says " can we try ringing this up on the same machine that the guy used?". The woman with a horrible attitude says "no we can't". At this point, a blonde woman by the name of Maggie comes down and says "well we could at least try it" and thankfully for her we proceed. Before moving to the next register my mother asks "how did he do it, did he swipe it or insert maybe I can try it that way". The rude employee says "no because it was a foreign card", my mother says well at least let me try. We try the card, Maggie inputs a number from the manual she is holding, and voila the purchase is successful. Maggie was such a problem solver in the situation, and we so appreciate her for being present. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this store or any other stores to any of my friends family or colleagues. I was horribly disgusted by the lack of empathy, and to not care at all to go the extra mile for the customer. I myself will take a no without the employee even trying to see if this would've been a successful situation, however, it takes people like my mother and Maggie to have persistence, to remain calm in trying situations, and to be SOLUTION BASED when working in areas of customer service. Technology is not perfect and neither are people but attitude changes the entire experience of visiting a location that you highly recommended to a family member who is traveling for the next three months. It's important to know we did not mind the no, it's not what you say it's how you say it and it's the way you treat people that leaves a lasting impression.

    Belif products!

Came to this Sephora in my area and despite having to brave through parking at Sawgrass, the experience at Sephora once I was there was worth the hassle.

After waiting at the pickup counter for several minutes with no assistance, I walked over to the register for help. The employee, who identified herself as Rose, immediately accused me of going behind the counter to look through the packages. I never did any such thing. I simply told her I believed I could see my package from the customer side of the counter. Rather than apologizing or asking a simple question, she chose to accuse me. When I told her she shouldn't make accusations without knowing the facts, she argued with me instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. She then retrieved my package and demanded my ID in a rude, dismissive tone, without even the basic courtesy of saying "please." When I asked her to be more polite, her response was, "Do you want your package?" That is completely unacceptable from anyone in customer service, especially someone who claims to be the store manager. I asked to speak with the manager, and she informed me that she was the manager. As I left the store, I asked another Walgreens employee if Rose was indeed the manager. She confirmed that she was. When I explained what had happened, the employee told me that multiple customers had complained about Rose before. If Walgreens values customer service, someone in upper management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. A store manager sets the standard for the entire team. Rose's behavior was rude, confrontational, disrespectful, and completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism customers should expect. I will not return to this location as long as this type of behavior is considered acceptable.

She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, even while I was asking her a million questions. Lol! She was very patient and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. A little later Jay came in and he was also very friendly and helpful. The Patrick Ta foundation powders are currently on sale, but there wasn't a sign in the store indicating the promotion. I had seen the sale online, so I almost walked out thinking the deal wasn't available in-store. Luckily, Jay found the last foundation shade I needed in stock and scanned it, turns out it was on sale! I was super happy about that. Overall, the staff here made the experience really pleasant. Customer service goes a long way, and both Ashley and Jay delivered. There's plenty of parking outside, and the Sephora is located inside Kohl's, you'll see it right when you walk in. I'd definitely come back again!

Or offered to help . I don't fit the right profile. But that's fine. I'm pretty self sufficient. I was looking for some Clinique brand items. There was not a sign saying so, but I'd previously bought similar ones at the other store at an even greater discount. They have a price scanner here and I was able to confirm an additional 50% discount on the items I wanted. Woohoo. Checkout was easy and fast. I didn't need any help and I'm already in their computer system.

While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Because I needed correction from previous work in a very delicate area of the face, I researched extensively before deciding where to go. Dr. Greene is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with specialized training in head and neck surgery, and that level of expertise clearly shows in both his assessment and execution. Considering his education, high-volume experience with injectables, and the quality of care I received, I also found his pricing to be very fair. Between his expertise, excellent staff, and great personality, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Greene to anyone seeking skilled and thoughtful care -- especially for complex under-eye filler correction.
