It s hard to believe these products have 24% oil as sold by the salesperson in the store. I already sent an email to the store and I am waiting for the reply. I hope they can at least replace these two products by a another one (different brand).

The store is always clean and organized, with shelves fully stocked and rarely any clutter on the floor. Yesterday, I visited for a quick consultation at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist assisted me immediately. They recommended a few items to help with a terrible cold and sinus congestion. Their advice was spot on, and the OTC medication they suggested worked perfectly!

I don't know how they get away with such blatant violation of trademark, trade dress and copy-write laws, but they are not exactly selling this stuff out of the trunk of a car, so clearly law enforcement has better things to do. I entered the store ready to buy Flowers by Kenzo. Their product was such terrible version, it could only be sold to someone who had never smelled the real thing. At least 49% of me knew if I bought anything, it would be counterfeit. But the salesperson was so nice and "helpful", I eventually bought their version of Bulgari Omnia Crystalline edt. It smells very good, although I have no idea how close to the real product it is. (The sales woman was pretty awesome, hopefully she someday uses her powerful intellect for good...) They don't let you handle package until after they ring you up, put it in a plastic shopping bag and send you on your way. This is because the packing is very cheap, like paper, not cardboard. After removing the plastic overwrap, the box literally fell apart and the product started to tumble out (luckily I was seated when I opened it). The packaging appears VERY close to the real product, except for the type font on one work "Omnia". All the other marks and colors on the box are very close to the real box. Excellent workmanship, guys! The only person who might be suckered by this place is someone who is totally naive (young, or unknowledgeable (like me) and purchasing a gift, etc). Perhaps some of their fakes are close to the real deal, and a knowledgeable person could save some cash, but frankly, their prices are pretty high for fakes. (I paid 50 bucks, I found Macys sells the real product for 80.)

I found a pair that fit but the price sticker was missing. Sonlie was working in that department and was very helpful. She replaced the missing sticker and then helped me look for additions options. She even went into the stock room to see if there were any that hadn't been put on the shelf. The store was well organized and clean for a Tuesday mid-morning and I was able to find everything ai was looking for. They also have a great variety of high end sunglasses for under $100.00

They took me to Nordstrom Rack where they picked the best sneaker for me . Brooks glycerine sneakers and I kid you not , these sneakers are like walking on a cloud . At Nordstrom they were reduced to 90.00 which is a good deal for this excellent sneaker . Nordstrom rack has some nice clothing as well and I think I will be coming here to shop more often .
