What makes Covetique truly special is that they've dressed me through so many different stages of my life -- from work events and professional moments to date nights, girls' nights, and everything in between. Jackie just gets it. She somehow always knows exactly what I need before I even do. I don't even live in South Florida, but that doesn't matter. If I'm not in town, they ship pieces to me wherever I am. The level of service and attention they give their clients is exceptional. One of my favorite examples: last year I was in Puerto Rico and needed an outfit, and they actually found a way to have it hand-delivered to me. That kind of care and effort is rare. My husband asked about kinefe (spelled different ways in different countries). The owner said they have frozen ones now but expect to have fresh ones made in the future. He said many people have asked about this dessert. We came looking for spices and a few other items. We found what we wanted and a few things more. I even found my favorite halvah brand in a "flavor" that I had not tried before -- with almonds. This halvah is so soft and creamy. And the jarred closing makes it last longer. Although not too long with regular "tastes" (ha!). We explored the aisles. All sorts of food stuffs, cook wear, hookahs, clothing, cleaning items, candies, cookies, etc etc. My husband had been based in Turkey many years ago and saw a favorite beer from there and a lemon scented cologne he liked. If they don't have it here, they probably can get it. It's a large store inside. It was fun to browse. There was easy parking in the lot out front. I'm sure we will return...

She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, even while I was asking her a million questions. Lol! She was very patient and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. A little later Jay came in and he was also very friendly and helpful. The Patrick Ta foundation powders are currently on sale, but there wasn't a sign in the store indicating the promotion. I had seen the sale online, so I almost walked out thinking the deal wasn't available in-store. Luckily, Jay found the last foundation shade I needed in stock and scanned it, turns out it was on sale! I was super happy about that. Overall, the staff here made the experience really pleasant. Customer service goes a long way, and both Ashley and Jay delivered. There's plenty of parking outside, and the Sephora is located inside Kohl's, you'll see it right when you walk in.
