She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, even while I was asking her a million questions. Lol! She was very patient and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. A little later Jay came in and he was also very friendly and helpful. The Patrick Ta foundation powders are currently on sale, but there wasn't a sign in the store indicating the promotion. I had seen the sale online, so I almost walked out thinking the deal wasn't available in-store. Luckily, Jay found the last foundation shade I needed in stock and scanned it, turns out it was on sale! I was super happy about that. Overall, the staff here made the experience really pleasant. Customer service goes a long way, and both Ashley and Jay delivered. There's plenty of parking outside, and the Sephora is located inside Kohl's, you'll see it right when you walk in. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Because I needed correction from previous work in a very delicate area of the face, I researched extensively before deciding where to go. Dr. Greene is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with specialized training in head and neck surgery, and that level of expertise clearly shows in both his assessment and execution. Considering his education, high-volume experience with injectables, and the quality of care I received, I also found his pricing to be very fair. I purchased Aqua cylinder hair extensions from the Davie, Florida location\. The first batch I received \(which happened to be on sale\) developed bond failures after only a couple of maintenance appointments\. The bonds deteriorated to the point that it became nearly impossible to reinsert the hair into the cylinders, making the extensions unusable long before they should have reached their expected lifespan\. When I spoke with Marlene, she replaced the hair\. I specifically asked whether the replacement was from a different batch because I did not want to experience the same problem again\. I was told it was not the same batch, although it was the only hair available in that length\. Wanting to stand behind my work, I removed and reinstalled the replacement hair at absolutely no charge to my client\. Unfortunately, by the second maintenance appointment, the exact same problem occurred\. The bonds were fraying, separating, and once again became nearly impossible to fit back into the cylinders\. When I returned to discuss the issue, I was told they had no way of identifying which batch the hair came from and that they had received no other complaints\. I was offered a refund for the cost of the extensions, but nothing for the hours of labor I donated to my client, the loss of income, or the damage to my professional credibility\. What disappointed me the most was not simply the defective product--it was the lack of accountability\. As professionals, our reputation depends on the quality of the products we use\. When a product fails repeatedly, we are the ones who have to face our clients, spend additional hours correcting the problem, and absorb the financial loss\. I was also told they no longer carry the cylinder extension line\. I don't know why they discontinued it, but after my experience, it certainly left me with questions\. This was not my first issue with Aqua products, and after this experience, it will be my last\. Buyer beware\. You may receive a product that performs exactly as expected--or you may not\. If you don't, based on my experience, you may receive a refund for the product itself, but don't expect compensation for the hours you'll spend fixing the issue, the services you'll perform for free, or the trust you may lose with your client\. Unfortunately, that's a risk I'm no longer willing to take, and I will not be purchasing from this company again\.
