While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Prior to Dr.Greene, I had never let anyone touch me with filler because of so many "botched" work out there. To put it frankly, I was just too scared. However, after seeing so many of his patients beyond thrilled with his work well I knew that if I was ever going to get my lips done it needed to be done by the best, a "Lip God" like him. Just take a look at his reviews here and his before and after pictures on his website and even Instagram. They speak for themselves. But there are so many more reasons to chose this office versus any other. For one, the entire staff (the PA, all the medical assistants, medical aesthetician, the front desk and office manager) are incredibly friendly, open and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you. They look out to make sure you are getting the best promotion or discount before you even ask (like I said always have your best interest in heart), tell you about points/loyalty programs like Aspire or Brilliant Distinctions that eventually gives you even more future discounts, give skin care recommendations, share their personal experiences, or just let you hold (squeeze??) your hand if you are scared. I've heard people sometimes complain about price, but you are not just paying for the product (which is pricey itself) here. You are paying for Dr. Greene's expertise, a skilled, master injector and trainer for the major injectable companies, the overall customer service and bedside manner provided by him and his staff, and confidence that you are in good hands. Also, you can feel safe knowing that you are getting legitimate, non-diluted products directly ordered from the manufacturers and not from the black market unlike some other places that may be the reason why they are able to offer extremely low price points. In the end, my philosophy is it's your body, your face. That's probably the last thing you should skimp on. Personally, I wanted a natural lip augmentation. I had decent lips already (at least I felt so) but my top lip was smaller than the bottom. Knowing I wanted a very natural look, did not want to do multiple syringes or visits, he used his artistic eye and expertise to skillfully place the product (Juvederm Ultra) to create the best results. Unlike other doctors who I have seen, he took his time and I fully believe that is why I barely had any bruising or swelling, but I also know factors like that varies per person. But I can at least appreciate that he doesn't treat his patients like a factory mill. He literally remembers every patient he has treated. When I have more money, later down the road I fully plan on getting it done again. Now that I have turned 30, I am also thinking about my nasolabial folds and Dysport. I know it seems like this can get addicting but he doesn't let any of his patients look fake just refreshed. In fact, I have had so many compliments from friends without any of them realizing I had anything done! The only other things I've tried from this office are Dysport with their Physician Assistant Holly which I loved even better than the Plastic Surgeon I go to in Coral Gables. Also, the PCA Peel with their Aesthetician and Medical Assistant Rebecca which did amazing things for my skin within a week. I haven't been there in a long, long time but I was introduced to two products from there that I cannot live without called Alphaeon Lash Serum (in my opinion better than Latisse and last forever with daily use on top and bottom lashes!) and my holy grail Alphaeon RHA Serum. I'd like to start by saying that the staff is great, very nice and the office is always very clean. I genuinely wanted to have the experience that others in the reviews had but I just was not satisfied with the results. I have had 2 syringes in the last 5 months both I paid around 600 because of discounts, they would normally be 700. I heard that the first time it usually doesn't last so when it went away quickly I thought that it must have been because of that, i went again about a month ago and completed another syringe, after a month the filler is barely there, I also have a small dent on my lip. Holly was very nice and said to come in for a visit to see if there was anything she could do, but the solution involved me paying for more product which I can't fathom getting after already spending more than a grand in 5 months. I thought that when she said that there might be something she could do it would be complementary considering I paid 600 less than a month ago. Nevertheless, I left kind of bummed about the whole situation. I saw that someone recently had the same issue so I thought I'd add my review. If I do this again I'll probably go somewhere more affordable, I have friends who do it for 400 dollars and whether it's my metabolism(which isn't very fast btw), the filler, or what ever it might be I'd rather not continue paying top dollar for my lips to deflate in 1-2 months. The pictures are right after my second syringe and the other pictures are right now, it has been exactly a month. They look like reverse before and after pictures. Update: I never called or tried to get in contact with Dr. Greene or Holly, even though they did contact me. Because I had already driven an hour for them to just try to charge me for more filler instead of actually helping to fix the mistake. I'll give them the benefit of doubt, maybe they would have truly helped if I replied after they contacted me over this review, that's not how things should work though. You shouldn't have to make an issue public for someone to take your concerns seriously. Anyway, I went to another injector who is a plastic surgeon primarily. I love my lips and 3 months later they still look how I wanted them to. I won't post info or pics out of respect I'm not trying to hurt anyone's clientele. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Super clean, following covid19 safety protocols and friendly staff. Although My wife was devasted that fillers may not be right choice for her particular under eye situation, she was very grateful to have Holly be honest with her about her options and not just push for unnecessary fillers until she spoke with an ocular surgeon to see what might be the best choice financially and esthetically. My wife ended up just getting some conservative Botox to lift her spirits and it was done quickly and efficiently. No trying to upsell more units than necessary on the Botox either.
