After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. So I decided to call today directly and find out if I want to work with this office or not? So I called and talked on the phone with Eloa. She was very apologetic, pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time, answered all my questions with NO FRUSTRATIONS and lots of patience. I always have tons of questions!! Super excited about this and how the office handled everything so far, good vibes and verbal comfort! Set my appt to visit and consult with the DR, 4 months out, ouch just for the consult. Didn't like that, maybe up to a year for surgery. UGGG! Also, I don't like that I had to prepay for a consult to get an appt date, but who cares, I'm ready and serious! I guess if they need that for my appt to show my commitment-I'm down. She mentioned it also goes towards whatever you may choose to do within the office. I developed MRSA (a bad infection) which led to capsular contracture and lots of pain for a whole year. He, honestly, did NOT know what to do with me. He kept putting me on valium as a muscle relaxer and as an anxiety reliever. Eventually, I left to another plastic surgeon who fixed the situation appropriately. I'm sure he was very happy I went elsewhere, because he truly did not know what to do! Maybe, today he has more experience and would have a better idea of how to deal with negative outcomes.

She mentioned that I waited too long to come back upon which I had to remind her about her vacation. She opened a fresh vial and readdressed the entire forehead and "11's". It lifted my eyebrows and I definitely saw results, I was just surprised I could frown and furrow my eyebrows. I would do it again but only if it were far less expensive. I think she is a VERY honorable doctor and person and most likely I just have some sort of resistance to Botox. My daughter had similar results from her Dermatologist in NY and was told she "had a resistance", so I dunno I'm just putting 2 and 2 together.

Her staff worked diligently to make sure I got the surgery in a short amount of time and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Faierman has outstanding bedside manner and takes a true personal interest in each patient. Equally as important, she is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Faierman replaced my implants and did a breast lift. My results were beyond expectation and continue to improve weekly. I am happy to say that my scars are minimal (only 3 weeks into recovery) and the process was much easier than I expected. And I look amazing! I'm ever so grateful for finding her.

My nostrils were uneven and my tip cartlidges were EXTREMELY uneven which led to one side of my nose being higher than the other! I wanted the bulbous out of my nose and although it was reduced, it was still fairly bulbous. I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty and am liking the results. The new doctor said my tip cartlidges were not cut evenly and that contributed to my unsatisfactory result. With all that mean said, my original nose was a hard case so I won't be to hard on Harrell, I believe he did the best he could and that's all I can ask for.

I was referred to this office for my daughter to have her wisdom teeth out by her orthodontist. (Dr Diaz seemed to be tentative about her medical health issues and I decided to move forward) With that said, his staff was unprofessional in every manner, all they were worried about was getting upfront money even though, being insured. I wish that was the worst worst of it. We arrived for the procedure this morning to find out they do not follow Hipa/OSHA guidelines and like to make up their own rules. They wanted me to turn my minor daughter over to them with out a parent in attendance to go to what they classified as a pre op, start the IV when she was crying and scared, nor would they allow me to talk with who was performing the anesthesia. My daughter was visibly upset, crying and scared. No one should go under anesthesia in that state regardless of the situation. I asked to speak to someone to try and find a resolution. The Office manager came to me (who is the doctors wife per his staff) and the first words out of her mouth in a Confrontational manner was, what is my problem....I stated I didn't have a problem but wanted to talk about the situation and my daughters well being. Her response was either you do it this way or I'm charing you for this inconvenience. She then turned around and walked away while I was trying to speak with her with no concern. I don't know about other parents but, I'm not allowing my child, who is a minor, taken any where, while crying and upset, let alone go under anesthesia in that condition. They had no concern with her patient rights that she is legally allowed, nor able to speak to anesthesia, present to hold her hand and comfort her while she is prepped for the the procedure in a non- sterile environment. I asked the front desk staff to speak with Dr Diaz. After a 40 min wait they decided on their own, to cancel the procedure. It was a mood point as I would not of moved forward in that manner but, their ethical conduct is appalling!! let alone, no concern for the well being of their minor patient who was visibly upset and scared. Shame on Dr Diaz for letting such a thing happen let alone, the lack of concern for his minor patients. Do yourself and your child a favor by not going to his office. I have been in the medical field over 30 years and have never seen anyone treated in that manner let alone, their rights as a patient being violated. I will be reporting his office to the Amercian Dental Association. All the resistance makes me wonder who is administering the anesthesia let alone, the quality of care she would of received.

I paid $150 and then a month or so later I got an invoice for $150. When I met the nurse practitioner, she was pleasant. I picked up my equipment, dropped it off at the emergency room, and got the results via email, but they were vague. I wasn't happy about that. I felt like I did not get straightforward results, and it was a waste of time. I'm going to follow up because I was not satisfied with the outcome.

Oh my mammogram care time. Yikes. I wanted to run away far away when this comes around every year…read more I was so anxious. Took 2 Tylenols just in case. It is always so painful. Last year I cried. No lie. This time around I asked for the Hologic Dimension machine. I was surprised actually that it was so much better than the Simmons one. It didn't hurt me like last year's exam. It was of course just as uncomfortable like all testing but so much better. I left happy and pain free. Please use this machine more I will request it every time from now on. Hologic is the best. They are the leaders in mammography.
