He is very thorough with every detail, keeping your well being at utmost importance. I've had a liposculpture procedure and have been receiving my botox injections with him to this day. So I moved out of the country and came home to Miami for a visit. My regular Dr. couldn't fit me in for a botox touch up so a friend recommended Dr. Salas. I like his manner immediately. He didn't rush, he really examined my face and explained everything, made suggestions and I was thrilled with the results. He immediately became my new Dr. I spent some time thinking about getting my breasts done, they had lost shape and sagged. My friends said get several opinions but I felt so confident, he was my only option. My friends also said to get implants since just a lift would make them smaller. I talked at length with him and Nurse Clarissa. She also was available for every question and would calm my fears. After discussing both options, I elected to just get a lift. It went awesome. I couldn't be happier and I swear I didn't loose any size. Still a 36D. I continue to trust Dr. Salas for all my needs. Had to come back and edit my post. I have to say I definitely changed my mind about his doctor. I believe he did everything in his power to make me a happy woman about my boobs. And so...
