Cool face paint shop. Small space but it has the top essentials!!! I got a paint brush $4.50 Green grass face paint pod $7 Water base color they had several options and a Test Area to try out all the colors I also got a Amerikan Supernova copper glitter pod $7 Very beautiful pigment but after walking out I noticed the glitter transfer was terrible. It didn't stay in place at all. Might be good for only face makeup on top of an extra adhesive. Either way it's a beautiful color The person who helped was was very nice and knowledgeable on the products. Very cute spot looks like it has a lot of different things to offer for the kids read more

The most amazing and thorough customer service I have ever experienced!! Vanessa helped me with which products are the best for what I needed and directed me to their blog for videos on "how to". She must of been on the phone with me for over a half of an hour. I wish I had called her when I started my online search including youtube videos for what I needed. She would have saved me hours!! read more

I couldn't be more pleased with Silly Farm. I was desperate for a product and literally had to have it the next day. They were the only ones selling it who could even deliver it that fast. The shipping was expensive, but I was desperate. When I got the auto-reply, there was a note that said that if it was a rush, I should call if I needed it by a certain time so they could make sure it arrived. I called as instructed. First, a real person answered the phone! She was very pleasant as I explained the issue. She put me on hold, went to the warehouse to check and even went back a second time just to be super-sure it would be there the next day. It arrived the next morning as promised. I was thrilled. Then I noticed UPS had damaged the box -- pretty badly too. I was frantic. But all was well. They'd packaged it so well it was completely cocooned and safe from the abuse. To top it all off, after they processed my order, they realized whatever payment processing system they use online had grossly overcharged me for the shipping and refunded me $20. A lot of places would have pocketed that since I clearly already agreed to it. I never would have had a way to know if they hadn't, and I'm halfway across the U.S. from them. But they were honest. Top-notch customer service. read more

A friend and I one a lunch rush found this hidden Gem. Find it, it is worth it. The Web Site is one of the best, but I wanted to see the shop. So cool the Venue, tiny but everything you need in such a colorful place. Michelle was so sweet to help us in our rush, she knew everything about her store, so amazingly informed. It is nice to know the energy behind the Website and its amazing products! Thanks so much for keeping this world creative ! read more

I was an avid follower and loyal customer to Silly Farms' sister company, FABA TV. After joining FABA TV I began sending various friend requests to the artists whose style and execution impressed me on Facebook so that I could easily follow their work. When I sent the friend requests to the featured artists; I explained I was a FABA TV customer and that I really respected their work and would like to follow them. Very soon an artist I reached out to that accepted my request chose to make derogatory and inflaming remarks about my personal choice of a political candidate on my Facebook page and thread. This particular artist did apologize. She was the only one to do so. I reached out to FABA TV and asked them to please advise their featured instructors that they reflect on FABA TV and customers do not normally appreciate inflammatory or derogatory remarks about their posts on their personal pages. I asked FABA TVs' representative to please put my request before the proper party and simply ask featured artists not to do this. FABA TVs' representative chose to tell me that the artists they feature on FABA TV do not reflect back upon FABA TV and that there was no way they could ask the artists to sign something like my request to refrain from inflammatory or derogatory remarks on a customers' personal page on Facebook. Then another artist chose to denigrate the preference of my political representation on my personal Facebook page. I quite adamantly told this artist I did not appreciate her inflammatory remarks and not to do it again. This time the artist chose to tell me she felt quite comfortable doing so. Again, I reached out to FABA TV and got the same reply inclusive of the catchphrase, "can't we all just agree to disagree and get along." I told the representative that was exactly my point. All I wanted was a verbal request from FABA TV advising the artists that their personal opinions have no place on their customer's personal Facebook pages. The third time this happened I contacted FABA TV again. I reiterated all of the above but this time I asked who I could specifically reach out to as the representative I had been communicating with frankly told me she had no jurisdiction but she was sure the owner would agree with her. I must have asked 5 or 6 times for contact for someone in customer relations or artist relations...anyone who would simply listen to my concern and address the issue. This representative refused to do so. My conclusion was to tell the representative not to send me any more email communications or other correspondence including phone calls since my concerns were not given courtesy and my status as a repeat customer who even purchased a membership anonymously for another artist was apparently, not valued. The next step was to tell this representative to donate my 9 months of unused membership to someone randomly as I had no expectations of ever using the service again. Even if it were free of charge. In addition I would no longer purchase any supplies from Sillyfarm and I would never attend their FABAIC convention. The FABA TV system is out of date, has a surplus of performance discrepancies and is overpriced. The corporation does not value customer feedback in the least. read more

I bought a product - they sent a subpar item and refuse to refund me. The website shows a photo of an item they are not selling, not the size nor the actual contents. Horrible customer service. Not only do they expect me to pay for shipping but a restocking fee for their error.. and this they say is a courtesy since they do not accept refunds. I will never buy again and suggest artists buy from a smaller or more reputable company read more

I know Generic 5 starts. But this place is wonderful. I'm a face painter now. Something I got into to help my son and his stimulation. It just grew from there. They sell alot colors, dream palettes, brand name paint, brushes. Customer Service is really friendly. If you have a question about something they will answer it. I just can't wait to visit the store. Sillyfarm.com is the BOMB. I have ordered 5 times from here and never any issues. Youtube.com has a few tutorials they offer sometimes, They want us to sign up for Fabatv.com but I'm poor until I get the green light, tutorials online is all I can have. Glitter is wonderful 3 poofer bottles for 15 bucks!!! Wolfe, Snazaroo and Ben Nye! I'm in heaven and broke always shopping here. read more

Not only is this a great business for getting any item you could possibly need for face and body painting, but it is owned and operated by some of the best people you could ever hope to meet. The family owned and operated business is ran and managed by the kindest, loveliest people who will bend over backwards to help you, find what you need, and make sure you have only the best products. Next to the business, they host an annual convention that I've been happily assisting with for 5 years now. Getting to see the front of the business as well as the back side has made me appreciate the company and the family even more! read more

I have bought a ton of face painting supplies from Silly Farm over the years, and it was nice to visit their brick & mortar store in Florida. It's less of a store, and more of a show room which has about 10% of the actual stuff they carry. It is best to know what you want ahead of time so that you don't waste time looking for things they don't have. For example, I wanted a 2 oz bottle of Pro's aide and they only sell teeny bottles or jumbo bottles of it. I also wanted some Diamond FX paint, but they do not carry that brand. It was nice to see the items before buying them. For example the TAP Stencils are really small in real life compared to what they look like online (I bought a bunch of them!) The service was excellent. I was a bit annoyed that they said my 10% off email wouldn't work since it expired a couple days earlier, and literally THAT SAME NIGHT they mailed out another 10% off coupon code with free stencils. So I was bummed since if I waited a day I would have saved about $15 and gotten a stencil. This place it great, I loved the showroom, I ended up buying a bunch of stuff that I did not plan on getting/didn't know existed because I was able to really sample them. This place is great. If you're in the area check it out. I know I will be back. read more

This is a great company if you are looking for quality body paint and face paint supplies. They have wonderful sales and deals all of the time, and a massive selection of face and body art! They even have free tutorials on how to use all different sorts of paint products on their website. The customer service I just received was worth ten stars, they really helped me out in a pinch and I am so grateful. Thank you Silly Farm read more

Silly farm undoubtably has all the best body paint products you can find. I love talking to the associates there, they're all so creative and helpful. However when I brought my husband with me the last time they were not the silly farm staff I grew to love. They were very.... rude... they told him that he was not allowed to walk around... they were treating him as if he was going to steal MAKEUP??? This was very upsetting :/ . They asked me "is he always angry?" When my husband is a very quite and to himself kind of guy. I can respect a woman owned business but.... I believe in equality. Now my husband doesn't want me spending our money there anymore and honestly I don't blame him. But I've got to get it somewhere so... 3 stars. read more

Great customer service!!!! I call, a person picks up right away, and they are just the most helpful people/company I have ever met. They go out of their way to solve whatever problem I have. I was a face painter for kids parties and their products were always quality. I had great results every time and felt confident in the product. read more

Great place! I always order my face painting supplies online from them and pick them up in store to save on shipping. It is great to be able to try out the paints and some other things in their show room. Michelle is super nice and always asks about how I'm doing, both personally and business wise. I love living so close to it to be able to pick up supplies any day of the week if I am running low on something. They often run out of Wolfe black and white but as soon as it is available they send an email informing everyone in their mailing list. They are closed on the weekends however and close pretty early on the weekdays, that's the main reason I gave them only four stars. Also being a local I was once able to be a model and audience member of a FABATV episode, John Place's Monster Paste workshop. It was awesome! I'll be going to this store for a long time. read more

Beyond rude. Ashly is the absolute worst customer service rep I've ever encountered and I've been in customer service for 35 years. I will never order from this company again. They clearly don't care! The time was set at the very beginning of the call when Ashly was going on and on about something that made no sense and and I stopped and and said, wait, that doesn't make any sense and was told, I'm sorry you don't understand. Laughable. Never. Again. read more

I love all the silly farm's products, but out of all the times that I have order 66% of the time my package gets lost, delivered to an other house, or left in the back of the UPS truck. When I do get my order it's literally like 10 weeks. read more

This place is awesome! The staff are the sweetest people eager to help. Great products as well as prices.

I have never left a negative review until now. My package came from silly farm opened with damaged product and a sticker from the post office saying that it arrived to them damaged and open. After multiple attempts at getting help from the company I finally got one reply saying they would be happy to help if I sent pictures of the damaged product and box so I did and now a month later (with even more emails sent waiting for a reply) I have nothing but a damaged product. read more

Wish I could give this place a zero star. Such poor customer service. Workers are so nasty! I'll never shop there agin.
