The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. So I really like the fact that they gave their full attention to you and your appointment. I will honestly being going back here for the simple fact that they overall provide a great service. So anyone looking to have their eyebrows slayed, this is the place!

I've been coming here for a few years and Ella has always done a great job on my brows. As others have noted, the wait times can be long but I found that as long as I had an appointment I only waited a few minutes. In June I had an appointment yet was kept waiting about 40 minutes. I messaged the owner and she apologized and had a bunch of excuses as to why Ella was running so behind and couldn't call or text to let me know. Ella didn't apologize but I chalked it up to her being young and that after our chat her mom would explain how to handle situations like this going forward. I didn't really plan to come back but I'm traveling for work and my brows were a mess so I decided to give them another try. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for 6:30, arrived on time and Ella didn't start on my brows until 7:20. And once again not even so much as an "I apologize for the wait" or "thanks for your patience." I've never had a service provider not even acknowledge keeping a paying customer waiting that long in my life and now she has done it to me twice. I won't give them a third opportunity to not even show basic decency or customer service. It's sad that they've lost so many customers, not because they don't do great work, but because they refuse to invest in a system for booking appointments.

It is on the pricier side at $35 for an eyebrow threading, but it is absolutely worth it. I always get mine done with Gisel, and my sister gets hers done with Gaby. They have the most comfortable ergonomic seats ever--I honestly wish I had one at home to relax in! The gal at the front desk is super bubbly and nice, and she always makes the whole check-in experience so welcoming. As for parking, there is a free parking garage right next door; just make sure you don't park in a resident-only spot. In order to make your appointment, you can do so online and they take a half-down deposit and then charge the rest after you are done. Or they also take walk-in's.

Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it.
