Let me start by saying OMG!!!! This place is magical!!The staff is super friendly and they are so professional and so talented!!! Brought my daughter for makeup with Joz and hair with Michelle for her sweet 16 photo shoot. She looked stunning!!!! Her hair and make up lasted more than 48 hours!!! That's right!!!! We did photo shoot indoors first day and photo shoot outdoors second day and the hair and makeup lasted and looked flawless! These women are AMAZING!!! The only place I go to to get my brows threaded. I've tried all of the techs there as far as I know, but I only go to Ailimis now. She gets it right every time! I have basically half eyebrows where only the front half of the eyebrow grows and the back half is extremely thin/not-existent. Somehow she knows how to find the arch in that part of my brow and make my eyebrows look just the way I need them to. Other than that the vibe is pretty chill and they're not packed at all when I go. New location is right by my nail spot too so it's perfect when I need both done. read more

I adore my brow artist Didi but the owners here are wildly unprofessional and are often gossiping disgustingly about someone they know personally or a guest who just left. I have a friend who stopped coming as a result of it. The frequency of the space is off and they need some chakra alignment. I hope Didi gets her own space and prospers. When I arrived at the shop they were just tidying up from The day before which is not the best look. They don't even greet or speak to you with any warmth or even words. I am the luckiest woman in the world to have found this one stop beauty salon for all my needs. Michy who is my personal Salon expert she makes me look beautiful every Friday with a beautiful hairstyle and maintains my color on a regular basis. In addition she ensures my eyebrows are always on point. I also solicit Michy for my Brazilian wax on a as needed basis like I said a one stop shop ;). Naemi the owner an eyebrow artist created the beautiful eyebrows I have today and we touch them up as needed. Now they also became the best place for a great facial , it was so relaxing and invigorating and my face felt so supple and clean. It was so awesome I already rescheduled for the next one. Ask for Ailimis for an appointment and don't delay she books up fast. This review is for hair only. My stylist is Michelle aka michey. She is an amazing human and a miracle worker for hair. I am 49 and have gone through A LOT of stress last three years and stress will show its ugly face in your skin, hair and health. On top of that my hair is aging and has always been course. I found Michelle through Instagram after years of not knowing where she went too lol. She was able to not only cover my gray but gave me dark without being dark if that makes sense. She added some low lights and ash blonde. She was able to cut without taking the length. I am very very happy. read more

Horrible experience will not come back. I normally like getting my eyebrows done here but the service today was horrible. I was scheduled for a 12 o'clock appointment and arrived at 12:04. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my appointment when the lady finally took me in. I had another appointment at 1:30 and she said I don't have enough time to do the service. Instead of apologizing she blamed me for arriving 4 minutes late and told me the wait was my fault. This is not a way to treat loyal customers. I won't be coming back to this establishment. You don't pay to get a service done while being treated like crap. read more

Omg. When I say Josie is the best it's an understatement. I want to begin by saying I naturally have dark and thick eyebrows, i thought it was nearly impossible to find someone in broward who could thread my eyebrows without taking to much hair off or changing the shape of them. A friend referred me to Brows and Beyond and she said "go see Josie" I didn't make an appointment because they don't do same day appointments but I did go in early to be one of the first clients to arrive as soon as they opened. I'm really impressed with the outcome of my eyebrows after receiving service from this lounge. That means a lot because I was upset with the shape of my brows for a few months. I couldn't find any techs who understood the look I was going for and it will often look like my eyebrows weren't even touched. I only been here twice in the span of like 2 years, so I do not have a favorite person or a particular tech I prefer. However, all of the ladies seem to be phenomenal and skilled at what they do. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who did my eyebrows, she was so welcoming and understanding.
