I've been coming here for about 6 months now and I can confidently say I've found my new brow place!! I've tried a few different people for brows and in my opinion they all do an amazing job. I usually also get my upper lip waxed whenever I get my brows threaded but in order to do this you generally need an appointment since there is only one person who does waxing. Been coming here over a year and everyone is very nice! The recently moved to a bigger area right next door to their old spot. There are always 3 or more ladies working. They take walkins, but you can also call ahead and make appointments. They also have a rewards system! Horrible service and dirty facility, looks like they have not cleaned the place in quite some time! Will never come back, was supposed to be scheduled at 2, the lady texted the day before saying 2:45, then I arrived at 2:45 and they canceled me saying it was my fault, despite the faulty communication and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if it were possible. They need to learn better customer service, Nahomi is awful and the front desk is also completely rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I recently moved to south Florida and didn't have a go-to eyebrow place. This might be it. The technician was quick but thorough. I arrived early to my appointment and she still took me early. For only $12 it's great. Aside from the outside appearance of the store I left with beautiful eyebrows. I do wish I could have tipped I didn't realize the machine wasn't going to allow a tip and I did not have cash on me. Overall, I am happy. I started coming to brows and beyond about a year ago when I first moved to Florida and I can't say how pleased I was to find Nahomi and her wonderful staff. The salon is pretty much full service including: threading, waxing, hair, eyelash extensions, tinting, eyebrow embroidery, and makeup. Since it's a lounge also, you're welcome to a glass of wine if you'd like. The salon is literally always busy so it's best to make an appointment. I can't stress this enough. Nahomi's the threading specialist, she also does eyebrow embroidery. Michelle is the waxing and hair specialist, she does threading also. Josie does makeup and also threading. Nadia does the eyelash extensions and threading. They cater to everything you desire and really make a point to listen to how you would like you're services. It's always an honest and festive environment. You'll feel entertained and relaxed and all pretty by the end of your visit. Highly recommended for all of your beauty needs! read more

HORRIBLE. I walked in and waited for 15 minutes while the employees chatted about a 1 year olds Smash Cake session. And then the employee saying that her biggest fear is becoming fat. You are in the beauty industry ... you should want every client who walks in the door to feel beautiful. Any hoots, I didn't think much of it because a Cake Smash session is a big deal and moms should be excited. Plus, I just figured that they may of had scheduled appointments & I was just a walk-in. 5 more minutes pass and one of the employee asks me if I had a preference in who I saw ... i said no, its my first time here. So she asks her colleague "do you want to take her" - in which she hesitated and then said sure. The way the woman was doing my eyebrows was not normal .. i let her continue until I said to myself wait -- i think she is training -- so i asked her and she stuttered & couldn't answer my question ... I wasn't going to pay someone who is training to do my eyebrows. I was so annoyed and pissed off - literally waited months to get my eyebrows done for her to screw up one of my brows. Now I am walking around Hollywood w/ one eyebrow partially done. I'm not even mad at the girl that was doing my eyebrows - I feel like everyone starts somewhere - but isn't that why you go to beauty school? If i wanted to be a training model for someone I would go to Aveda Beauty School. At least someone could of given me a heads up. You guys have a beautiful place & the owner seems pretty young but unprofessional. Here are some tips that I've given to my clients: 1. Every interaction matters. Every. Single. One. 2. Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. 3. You are responsible for the growth of the business. Boiled down to basics, customer service can be properly defined as caring for the emotional well-being of those being served. Emotional well-being is so important because in the final analysis, when a client evaluates whether or not they will want to do business with the spa again, it is their feeling or emotional experience about the spa that will be the determining factor.
