Since they moved to this location, they have been remodeling/renovating the inside of the spa to look and feel more cozy. The young girl that was there on July 13th 2025 did my brows threading, told her I have thin brows so I like to keep them as thick as possible just need a clean up. Everyone is good at what they do especially Jehan (she's the owner) very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. I never ever leave here unhappy. The vibe is high energy on the weekend because there are a lot of girls that work there that do different things with eyebrows and it's very popular many woman and men from Pembroke Pines and surrounding areas go here. If you want a more calm setting come during the week I recommend Tuesday's are the most calm. They are remodeling right now so everything is coming along beautifully. The prices are comparable to other eyebrow threading salons except you get treated way better here as opposed to any other place I've ever been to. I've been coming here for a while and I truly like how my eyebrows always turns out. HOWEVER, during my recent visit, I had an experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. I came in as a walk-in and was told from the front desk that an employee will be with me once they come back from their break - no issue there. When the staff member did come in, she walks in texting on her phone and calls out my name. No greeting, no introduction, no "please follow me" I quickly assumed to follow her and the rest of the interaction was in the same cold manner. I was told to "lean back" in the chair and "stretch" through-out the service (this was a threading eyebrow service). Also, instead of asking me to turn my head left or right, she would physically move my chin with her finger. I honestly felt like a dog at the groomers -- just commands and physical movements. She did ask if I liked how my eyebrows looked. Which was the only full sentence I got. I do not want to out this employee, I will simply call and ask to not have her again as they did take my phone number but she does represent this business and that's why I feel this review is valid. YAY to good eyebrows!! I've been in FL for six months now and everywhere I went I was getting spermy brows from the early 2000's. I was so sad! My eyebrows aren't super full as it is so I can't afford to have skinny brows! I decided to grow them out after going to the last place and I'm happy I did. I booked an appointment super last minute at iBrow and got the brow threading brow stain upper lip and chain. Upper lip and chin prices were pretty reasonable, and I'm even okay paying $20 for eyebrows if they are done right which they were - I personally don't think the stain (another $20) is worth it since it washed off super quickly. In NYC brows are like $8 the stain maybe another $8 so I was really surprised that I left this place paying over $70 including tip :( I was really happy with my service so now I know for next time - no stain! read more

i got a lash lift and tint that came out so good and lasted a pretty long time. until a month after getting it done I got a style and keloid on my eye lid. I did not put anything on the lashes the whole time they were lifted and all of the sudden a keloid shows up on my eyelid that took months to go away. I think the stuff they use got in my eyelid and made me have a reaction. I will never go back the bump I had on my eyelid was there for months because of this lash lift. read more

Updating my review which I've avoided doing but I want to make sure that I never give this place another chance. The owner Jehan does an amazing job at eyebrows but is irresponsible and inconsiderate of her customers' time. There was a while when every appointment I made would get canceled as I was driving to the salon because she decided she didn't want to come to work or was going to come in late. If you know you're not a morning person or not punctual stop offering 9 am appointments! Things had gotten better after numerous clients complained so I kept coming. Today is the last straw though. As I parked my car at 9:10 I got a call from the front desk girl here saying Jehan wasn't coming in to work and could I come tomorrow! I'm LITERALLY here and NO I can't come tomorrow. My appointment is at 9:10. That's why I made an appointment for TODAY because this is the time that works for my schedule. I have only used one other brow stylist here, Suriyah. They said she was scheduled to arrive at 9:15 and didn't have any clients so she could take me. I'd already decided this was going to be my last time coming here but figured at least I could get my brows done before my trip tomorrow. I waited until 9:30 and she has yet to arrive either so I left. If you value your time, this is not the salon for you. If you want to be treated like a valued customer this is not the salon for you. I've literally been coming here over a decade, since she first was renting a room in one of those salon suite places. I always leave a 20% tip and I'm always on time. Jehan is incredible. She is extremely gentle compared to anyone I have ever been to for threading and did a great job at listening to what I wanted. My husband went the following day to her and he absolutely HATES getting his eyebrows threaded and his turned out amazing and he complemented Jehan also on how gentle she is. It's been a minute since doing a review on here, but felt I had to for this. Having moved here from Chicago two years ago, it's been a challenge trying to find someone for waxing/threading that does a good job at a decent price. I've been coming to IBrow Spa for about a year now, but never left feeling satisfied. I've left with one eyebrow much thicker than the other, or shorter, left over wax on my face/nose, etc. I've tried other places in South FL, but continued to come here hoping for a different outcome based on whoever I was booked with. This time Jehan did my eyebrows and I was really impressed! She took her time, did not rush me, or dismiss my requests. Based on the fact that my brows are thin/light, I asked that she give me a light clean up with a natural look (pretty even in width from front to end). She also used witch hazel to wipe off any excess wax leftover and close off my pores, which she informed of. I'm pretty detail oriented and over all think she did what I asked for. Shayma waxed my nose and she took her time as well, checking to make sure no hairs were left.l and made sure to clean up with Aloe at the end. IMO, your eyebrows are an important part of your beauty routine. The shape of your eyebrows can ultimately enhance your face. I don't trust anyone with waxing my brows but I do trust this place and I trust Anise! She is personable and nice but more importantly listens to how you want your eyebrows done & your areas of concern. iBrow Spa is clean and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help/answer any questions you may have. I, by no means live close, I travel about 30 minutes to get here (sometimes more) but I appreciate the consistency of their work so I keep coming. Hooray for Mei! I had just about given up on getting my eyebrows done. I had been to so many eyebrow waxers and threaders who butchered my eyebrows. Recently I was browsing through Yelp and was impressed by the reviews for iBrow Spa. The owner, Jehan has excellent reviews but she did not have an openings for several weeks. Luckily, several other technicians also had very positive reviews. I was able to get an appointment with Mei the same day I called. The place has a large waiting area with coffee, tea, and water available for customers. Inside are several reclining chairs where the technicians perform their magic. Mei was wonderful. Before she even began to work on my brows, Mei and I had an in depth discussion about the way I wanted my brows to look and how I could get that result. We decided on threading and tinting and I am very pleased with the results. The front desk was friendly. There is a point system where you accumulate points on each visit and can earn free services. iBrow is not the cheapest place for eyebrow threading but it is definitely worth it! read more

They didn't charge me they were very sweet and nice to me. They tried . However, I cannot get my eyebrows back. $I would pay 3 times the price. I spend a whole year trying to grow them out. I gave clear instructions, I told the technician two stories on how I just want them clean and not thin. I cried that's how disappointed I am. My eyes were close as she tried to tint them and my tears rolled out.. I'm not weak, nor superficial. I deal with dying patients every day.. how I feel and look is important. but this was just so hard for me because I have hypothyroidism and they won't grow back. It'll take another year or two. - thin - uneven shape - wrong tint color - uneven color shading - heart break. I am very angry for going there. My mother and aunt swore by this shop and clearly the reviews are amazing and the location is superb... So I booked Jennifer who my mom recommended (but mind you my mom has very thin brows). Jennifer walks in without a word and as I start trying to explain that I'm trying to grow out my brows and that I penciled them where I like them, Jennifer is barely paying attention and removing the pencil and getting started on my left brow without a word or conversation. When I see what was done to my left brow I literally started tearing up and said that was exactly what I did not want. I think it sunk in for her because she did my right brow correctly and asking about specific hairs and then tried fixing everything by filling them in with powder afterwards. If you've ever tried growing out your brows you know how devastating this is. 3 stars because the place really does seem great but careful with the technician and make sure your wishes are crystal clear before any treatment starts. read more
