I've come to this Toi location a handful of times now and have loved my visit each time. The salon is clean and all of the staff is very friendly. My nail tech is Tom. He does very well and takes his time to make sure my nails look great. Toi has a drink bar as well that offers water, coffee, even champagne if you need that to make your visit that much more enjoyable. I'm happy to have found a reliable nail spot to keep coming back to! read more

Nail Salon Review Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I'm honestly sitting here crying because I have never received service this bad in my 36 years of life. First, during my pedicure, the water was initially cold. The technician emptied it, refilled it, and told me it was hot. It was extremely hot--so hot that I now have blisters forming on both of my feet. This was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. Second, once my pedicure was finished, I noticed she had not applied a top/gloss coat. Third, I specifically asked for black chrome nails. The technician told me she did not want to seal the chrome because "that's not how she does nails." I spoke with the manager, and only then did she buff my nails and completely start them over. Finally, I looked at my finished nails and was shocked. My two hands are completely different colors. One hand is solid black, while my right hand is silver chrome with a black base. This is NOT what I asked for, and the finished result looks completely inconsistent. The technician's name was Cynthia. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nail technician based on my experience today. I came in expecting a simple, relaxing nail appointment and left extremely upset, disappointed, and with painful feet that are now blistering. This was, without a doubt, the worst nail service I have ever experienced. read more

Tom at Toi Spa (Miramar location), has been my go to guy for my dip powder manicures over the last few months. My designs are always neat and well done citing the quality of his work. Located in an outdoor mall on the corner of Flamingo and Miramar Pkwy, I had a great first visit to this location! All staff were friendly, welcoming, and wanted you to feel comfortable from the moment you walked in. They have water and coffee you can have during your services and a BAR, a BAR. Genius idea! The bar is extra but reasonable. I didn't try it out so can't speak to that but maybe next time. Tried the hot oil massage and while I wasn't sure what I was getting into, it was great. I kept smelling myself all day (I went with the jasmine candle)! They had a 90s/early 2000s girl pop playlist creating the vibe on this day. Definitely worth a visit. read more

My husband and I visited Toi Spa Miramar while staying in Miramar for a cruise we were boarding in Miami. We didn't have an appointment and we were so grateful that they took walk ins. From the time we walked in we were greeted with smiles. I took advance of the pedi and mani service while my husband opted for just a pedi. When I say T and Delizmar took their time on us! Toi Spa is in the newer plaza in Miramar at the corner of Miramar Pkwy and Flamingo Rd. This spot is so pretty and clean! I was searching for a new nail spot to try to get my nails done and it was pretty easy to make a schedule when I called in. The receptionist offered some water while I waited and I saw they even had a alcoholic and NA drink menu. It wasn't too busy since I went on a weekday and I was seen right away. I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. After looking through the nail colors, I opted to get cats eye for my mani . They had so many options and my nail tech, Jayden, was so helpful! He was amazing from start to finish. From how perfectly he shaped my nails to to making sure I got the color I wanted, I had a great experience! This location Is huge! The inside is very pretty, spacious, very clean and all the aesthetics you need to feel pampered. From a coffee bar to a wine bar- they have it all. I personally think the prices are a little high for a gel mani and basic pedi, but that's just me lol. Everyone was very friendly and super welcoming. I was not a big fan of how my nails came out, some nails look longer than others and it doesn't really look like gel. Despite this, I really like this place and I would come again and try a different person next time. read more

First time here, got charged extra for "untraditional shape" i asked for almond, most of my nails were shaped slanted/uneven. As shown in the picture, especially on my left hand which sucks cause i have an engagement photoshoot tomorrow. The color of my nails also isn't like the inspo picture i showed. So, I am not going to lie, the first time I came here, I thought it was one of those bougie places that overcharge for pedicures. While they do have a bar and appear to be upscale, it isn't the type of place that I thought it was, which was great, as I am not interested in the frills. The first time I came, I didn't have an appointment but was serviced within about 10 minutes. Alejandra was my pedicure tech that day and I have booked with her ever since! I wanted to treat myself today and had read some good Yelp reboot this spa. I'm here to write another good review. They offer so many different services, all seemed amazing. I went for the organic pedicure. I really enjoyed it, the massage was incredible. Yazmin did a ferric job taking care of my hurting and tired feet. PSA they also have a bar, you can buy drinks while getting pampered. Some items are free if you spend $50+. read more

Took myself, my mom and grandma to Tôi Miramar for Mother's Day. It was our first time visiting any of the Tôi locations. I had an express pedicure with Vicky, which was really great. I've had my nails done at different salons in Florida, California and Washington, and I've never had a technician before that was so friendly. Vicky was really personable while still creating a relaxing experience. I also appreciate that she didn't try to upsell or confuse me into buying a different package than I booked, which always happens at other salons. Lily did an express manicure for my grandma, and I'm so thankful she was assigned to do it for her. My grandma requires a lot of patience as she cannot hear well and is a little slow in her communication. Lily was so sweet and gentle with my grandma, and her nails still look great days later. I took off 1 star for the service my mom received. I also booked an express manicure for my mom, and the Tôi website says the difference between the basic and express manicure (which costs more) is that express comes with a hand massage and hot towel wrap. My mom's spent her life working with her hands and she would've appreciated the massage and hot towel wrap. However, I found out after leaving the salon that she didn't receive this part of the service; the service I had paid extra for. She said her technician didn't introduce herself, didn't have a name tag, didn't speak English, didn't make conversation with her, and didn't check-in with her on whether or not she liked her nails. Sometimes when I get my nails done at other salons, the technicians aren't necessarily chatty or speak great English, but they at least get the job done right. I'm disappointed that my mom did not get the full experience I paid/intended for and that some of her nails, in the end, were streaky and rough. It's not what I imagined for my mom on Mother's Day. Overall, I would give Tôi Miramar another try, but I think only with Vicky or Lily next time. read more

First time at this salon and I loved it! Tom did my nails exactly how I wanted, even tho they didn't have the base shade I wanted, he managed to find an identical match. He was so meticulous with everything, which is really difficult to find when trying new nail spas. I got Acrylic extensions w/ gel + French which came to $87 total. My boyfriend got his first pedicure here, as well. He got a basic pedicure for $35 and had no complaints! The ambiance was very nice and the place was just super clean. I got my nails done on Saturday the 20th of Dec. Jasmine was the one doing my pedicure and gel manicure. Was happy when I left and 3 days later my gel manicure began to chip. I live in Naples and was visiting with my daughter and asked her to book an appointment for me. I really like this place and the service there, however, Jasmine was not cordial and didn't seem interested in what my needs were. AmeliaPhuong was amazing this is my first time at this salon I really want to start my healthy nail journey and take better care of my hands , I booked the Russian manicure builder gel and I was so happy with the results, she took her time and gave great recommendations , this is the only area in the broward that offers Russian manicure and delivers ! I also did a gel pedicure I had this terrible callus that's been there for years that I mentioned to her sometimes causes pain she actually was able to remove it and wow I feel amazing she took such great care of me ! I wanted builders gel the nail tech recommended a different gel. So I tried it. My nails didn't even last two weeks without 3 breaking. Also one hand every nail was messed up due to rushed job. This was my first time visiting this salon. I chose it because it had many positive reviews. The location is convenient, the space is very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the service did not meet my expectations. My polish started chipping after only four days. I also noticed on my receipt that I was charged an additional $5 to remove my existing polish -- something that was not disclosed when I was quoted the price for a regular manicure and pedicure. In total, with tip, I spent $75. Unfortunately, for that price and with polish that didn't even last a full week, I don't feel it was worth it, and I will not be returning. read more

After difficult experiences at other salons, it's truly refreshing to be part of one that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and completely satisfied. From the moment you walk in and are warmly welcomed with an offer of a drink, to the attention given throughout your entire visit, they make sure you're taken care of every step of the way. Lilly takes her time with my nails and always makes sure I absolutely love them, which really shows in the quality of her work. They genuinely care that you leave happy with your service. I love this salon and highly recommend it. I actually look forward to my biweekly appointments now. He didn't understand the shape I wanted, underneath my nails are so bad and tried to charge me $5 extra to cut my nails using the acrylic "shaver". Second visit today with Joanna and just as happy as the first! I booked with her again because she's incredibly detail-oriented, gives amazing customer service, and still delivers top-notch quality. You can really tell she cares about her work. The staff (including the owner, Zurina via phone) were very dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The front desk staff were incredibly condescending and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I've honestly never been spoken to like that in a customer service setting. To make matters worse, I had booked my services in advance and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived, the desk staff insisted that I had booked a different service -- even though I had proof of my confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they doubled down and made me feel like it was somehow my fault despite having had confirmation on my phone which I showed to them. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, which is the exact opposite of how you should feel after a salon visit. In fact, I asked them to cancel my services altogether instead of proceeding, solely because of how poorly I was treated. TLDR: I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful experience.
