I have never been able to use the word "painless" and "waxing" in the same sentence...until now. I have very sensitive skin, and all the Tylenol and ibuprofen in the world never helps when I am due for waxing. I chose this spot for all the positive yelp reviews Michaela had. I've been getting waxed for about three years now--every 3 to 4 weeks. I've had soft wax (strips), and hard wax professionally applied. That's a lot of wax. This has been my first ever suagrbeewax experience. This time it was different! After thinking about it, I agree with the team, and it is less painful than the traditional style of wax. Less irritating for sure. Regarding ingrown hairs, I have to agree with Lisette (sugarbee esthetician or waxer). Many of the reasons (not the only reason) people get ingrown hairs is because there is not enough exfoliation happening after the wax session. Cons: This location has difficult parking. Go early. That is it! Pros: Lisette was friendly, gentle yet speedy. I would be coming back for another session soon. I would recommend this team. read more

This was the BEST waxing experience I've ever had. I've had my share of sugar waxing but made the plunge and switched the laser hair removal. Now that I am 8 months pregnant, hair is growing back and fast. I can't get laser during pregnancy so I researched and found Sugaring Bee on Yelp. The reviews don't do them justice. My appt was with Micaela and she has hands from the heavens. She was so gentle with me as my skin is extremely sensitive right now because of the pregnancy. She took her time to cool down the wax as well as pulled in small sections instead of large strips. It honestly was the most painless experience ever. She made me feel so comfortable and her patience was greatly appreciated. I am so glad I found this place. In addition to outstanding service, the prices are great. I kept getting ingrowns no matter how much i exfoliated, used the after care serum etc. I tried sugaring today and I can already feel the difference. I was in need of a wax and the time alloyed was just enough time to book a walk in at sugaring bee. So I was in and out in 15 min. There was no wait, the specialist was very professional, informative, and patient. The facility was clean and quiet. This was my 1st time ever getting a sugaring wax. It wasn't painful at all. Amazing service! I got the ingrown hair treatment and Mikaela not only removed my hairs but also explained to me ways to prevent these in the future. I went for a waxing appointment at 11am and left at 2:45pm. I get my appointments always with Lisette only. Firstly, when I arrived had to wait about 20 mins once she start doing my waxing service and when she done with full Brazilian and underarms. She informs me that the owner has booked my legs with a trainee. No one discussed this with my prior I know exactly what I booked. I have been doing it for over a year. A trainee came in and took over three hours. My legs are both extremely burned after this process which has never happened to me prior. Also, now three people have seen completely naked. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I went to pay the owner was no where to be found. The lack of professionalism that I received is incredible. They do not value your time at all. Also they charged me full price. Completely unacceptable, I will never be going back again. They have ruined my birthday weekend. I missed another important appointment that I had. Please see the pics what I originally booked below. This is a holiday weekend not a time to be training someone. If you cannot accommodate what I booked cancel my appointment out. It's not fair nor professional to free leisure on changing someone appointment and not telling them. Especially a waxing one which is so personal. read more

Sugaring bee wax is the best in Miami! This is the real sugaring, as close as it gets to the traditional middle eastern "caramel" wax, which means that the wax is homemade, has only 3 ingredients, is all natural and the person uses her hand to wax, not paper or plastic. The wax is warm and therefore does the job of dilating the pores. The fact that it's done in the direction of the pore makes ingrowns almost non-existent. Micaela is the best, but the others are also great. Very unassuming location but great workers. read more

Convenience overshadowed by lack of customer service. I've been coming to this business for sugaring since they opened and I'd never had an issue. It seems like the more popular it's gotten their customer service has declined. I'm all for a thriving business but when you dismiss your customers that's where the line must be drawn. I get to my appointment always 5 min early just in case ( Parking traffic ect.) the front desk attendant informs me that owner who is servicing my wax is running about 10 min late with another customer which I told her I didn't mind. 20 min later I get up and ask her if she had an update. She informs me she's still not done. There's another wax lady that says she can take me after she's done In 5 min which I agree too. 10 minutes pass at this point I have been sitting for 30 min waiting for someone to attend to me. The owner finally comes out in a puff no apologies and says if I'm ready to hurry up to the room and get undressed. I Canul tell her I would rather go with the other wax lady which she then responds " absolutely not. You either go in that room get undressed or we can't service you." I explain to her she's 30 min late to my appointment and says well you wanna sit there and complain about it or you want to get waxed? No sense of compassion or understanding coming from her. I grabbed my things and left. I had never been spoken to in a way that made me feel embarrassed and belittled. Especially coming from an owner. I wish them the best but I hope they can understand that customers aren't to be treated in this way no matter how popular or successful your business is. read more

Amazing service, very kind and helps with anxious customers. Was there to help me my first time with them and the way they wax is different than what Ive done before but works best for less pain! Cons- I dont like that the stairs armt available to go up and can only use an elevator... To find parking you need to know first about the parking behind the building and to get to it you need to make a left on 1st street and then find the way to the building by going around one way streets. Also, ive seen am immense growth of ingrowns since with them.. Also sometimes with the wax and going over the same place, it feels like a rope burn on my skin.. Not a very cozy environment when u get there but once in the Wax office it feels at home. It is very cold sometimes but the technician was nice to turn down the air a little and explained that while waxing the customer will sweat etc. They have great prices and bundles to choose from! read more
