I had gone back to shaving for a while, so the pain was expected, but Mikaela was amazing. She explained the entire process, the benefits of sugaring, and how consistency helps hair grow back thinner, making future visits less painful. She applied pressure throughout, which really helped alleviate the discomfort and made me feel genuinely cared for. I felt comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated her technique and professionalism. Definitely looking forward to coming back and being consistent. Thank you!

The other two visits, I booked their first slot in the morning and the estheticians arrived anywhere from 5-20 minutes late. I asked for a discount on the visit where she was 20 minutes late, and they didn't seem too happy to award it at first. Regardless I'll request Nathalie from now on!
