Every single time I come here, I leave disappointed -- whether it's the quality of the service itself or the overall experience with the specialist. Somehow, that seems to be too much to ask at this location. Honestly, the only reason I've come back multiple times is because I forget just how bad the experience is. I'm generally easygoing and not quick to complain, so I give it another shot thinking maybe it was just an off day -- but it never is. The inconsistency in results, the rushed feeling, and the lack of care are just not what you expect from this brand. And the fact that I'm actually taking the time to write a review says a lot -- I normally wouldn't. I also inquired about the coffee body scrub I saw displayed in the waxing/sugaring room. Gisela kindly explained to me that one should first shower with soap before applying the moisturizing and exfoliating scrub. I am glad she explained that to me since, all these years, I have been using scrub before showering with soap and have been losing the full moisturizing benefits of the scrub. Moreover, Bia, gave me great first time customer discounts on my waxing/sugaring and informed me of a membership program whereby I would pay an initiation fee of $9.99, $45 a month to get a full bikini wax and 10% off of any additional waxing/sugaring services. I found out too that they also offer laser hair removal services as well as hydra facials, microdermabrasion and various natural facial peels. I will definitely be back for more waxing/sugaring services. I came back to have my facial hair waxed. Nicole, a young American girl shaped/tidied my eyebrows and waxed the hair on my upper lip and chin. She carefully and skillfully removed ingrown hairs that could not come out with the wax with assorted tweezers. She recommended that I buy and use a roll-on serum they sell to exfoliate skin and prevent ingrown hairs if used 3 times a week. I did. I just went for the third time to Nature Hair Removal & Skin Care. Gisela gave me a full body wax and I feel like a new woman with smooth and silky skin! Also, following her advice to exfoliate with the coffee body scrub has had great results, I have fewer ingrown hairs, my skin is easier to wax and my skin is also smoother!

Loved their service, staff and ambience in that office. Coral way location is absolutely stellar. They kept their excellence. However, they went on to open another location, which is the South Miami location. I decided to switch locations to their South Miami since it was closer to home. What a mistake. What a disappointment. Most recently, I had to contact the office manager at the South Miami location, her name is Greta. She still has not called me back or emailed me back. You would think that during these unprecedented times, they would be taking precautions and following CDC guidelines with their customers and staff. Not the case in this office. My appointment was at 2:20 PM on September 4th, and it was 3:10 PM and I still wasn't seen. I was still waiting in that waiting room while people kept coming in and out, one after the other, and the technician was still unavailable to see me. Horrible experience. We make appointments for a reason!!!!!! It's understandable having to wait 10, 15 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes, but 50 minutes????? Come on. More exposure for me to have gotten Covid-19!!! Never going back there again. They lost my business of over 5 years. I would however, try their coral way location.
