Yudith is the best eyebrow waxed in the gameee!!! She's been restoring my brows & they're getting their shape again 10/10 recommend!!!

As a former employee, I personally witnessed sanitation practices at this location that I found extremely concerning. In my experience, wax was reused between clients, and the same waxing stick was used throughout the service instead of being replaced. This creates a serious risk of cross-contamination and raises concerns about proper hygiene and client safety. I believe these practices should be addressed to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for every client. The waxers don't practice sanitation and trust me they do not care! read more

I love Leidys! She's so thorough and gentle. My daughter and I both go to her and she's amazing!

Yudith is an amazing waxer. Very professional and knowledgeable on the subject. Quick service but left me feeling amazing.

I was nervous and got lucky with an awesome brow girl! Yudith did my brows beautifully! I will definitely return!

Looks like it's time to hit the beach again and my go to place to get rid of that unwanted hair. Been going to the location in West Kendall at the London Square Shopping Center by Costco for year out of convenience so called them at the last minute today Sunday and was surprisingly was able to secure an appointment for 30 minutes later. When I arrived was greeted by very friendly new employee that had made my appointment and immediately wished me a happy birthday saying I had a 15% discount and an extra 5% which made me feel good since even I didn't remember it was my birthday week. I was taken to room by Yuris my waxing specialist or artist as some here refer to them. She was very nice and spent the time talking to me which made my experience of yanking hair off my back with hot wax as comfortable as it could be. comfortable Whole process only took about 30 minutes and I was one more happy customer and on my way. I reviewed this place three years ago and wanted to revise and highly recommend this business that has a very profesional and friendly staff, clean facility and offers as a good value for services. read more

Amazing!!! I love my personal Waxer Indira. She is the best Waxer in all Miami in my personal opinion. I don't feel pain or discomfort when she does my Brazilian wax (front and back) it's like nothing happened. I highly recommended her service to any person. Also the store is clean and the costumer service is sooo good. I would never go to another Waxer that is not Indira!!!!! Love her service!!!!! read more

Great service... the staff is wonderful . Our go to girl is always Yudith. Love her skills and ease!! Does not miss a hair!!

After using many of their Miami locations in 10 years, this is the only one I would go to. Yudith is the number one reason I come back to this location. She is extremely professional and makes sure the client is super happy and she is very thorough. London Square is clean. I don't mind my commute because it is worth it. I want to thank Yudith for all she does! If you're not happy with your location, come here and you will be extremely impressed and satisfied! read more

After moving visited location to use my points for an underarm service since i was going on vacation. I got burned on one of my underarms & now it looks worst that if i shaved. I don't know if the wax was too hot or simply she left it too long (the wax here is not as good as European wax either, i can tell) The waxer was very sweet & knowledgeable, but definitely something went wrong. Its my fault too for not checking in mirror either. Called this morning to let them know & front desk simple said she will put a note in my account of what occurred, semi apologized (saying sometimes it happens... i dunno you need to know how to deal with this better) & will give me 10% off next time (a joke to me). I was shocked being a big franchise I expected a free service even if i never would use it (which i am not going back ever). I was so excited on having bare underarms & now I'm very upset (and very sore, prob cannot even use deodorant for days on top of that) that i have to deal with healing on my relaxing vacation. 2 stars for waxer bedside manner, clean place. read more

This was my first time getting waxed and thank goodness Karen was my waxer. I was really scared coming in after hearing peoples wax stories but she made it so smooth and almost painless. I definitely recommend making an appointment with Karen especially if it's your first time. She's good at conversation so you don't feel awkward and has the hands of an Angel. Yudith is the best! I drive 40 minutes from where I live just to have her as my waxer, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with these services. I love how she does my eyebrows, and she is very gentle and talks to you during the whole process. I have done two full Brazilians with her so far, and she helps me through the pain with breathing techniques and conversation. She's very friendly and takes her time. I should also mention that I'm pregnant and she's very careful with the positions that I'm laying in, with how she proceeds, and she's brought me water bottles when needed, so I very much appreciate that about her. This location is very clean, they utilize very sanitary practices, and the receptionists are always super nice! read more

Uni K Wax - London Square - Waxing Near Me - Miami, Florida

This place is extremely unprofessional and the customer service along with the service given is extremely poor. They ruined my eyebrows EXTREMELY BAD. I went in for an eyebrow wax and since I was a first time client I got an upper wax for free. When I got my eyebrows done, I told the worker who did the eyebrows (Diane) that I was not happy with the result. She then told me to advise the girl in the front who I told her what she did wrong and she told me she could give me a 10% off my next visit. WOW. I told her I would not want to pay for something I was not happy with and she told me okay and that a manager would call me. This woman then has the NERVE to call me and tell me that I need to pay for my upper lip since I did not pay the eyebrows because I was unhappy with the service. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT ??? read more

Uni K Wax - London Square - VERY BAD EYEBROW WAX - Waxing Near Me - Miami, Florida

I received a full Brazilian wax at this location. The esthetician did not do a good job. The techniques and results didn't meet any of my expectations. I basically had to ask her to do HER JOB. I had to tell her to remove the hair that was clearly still very visible, and she still left patches of hair that I had to remove myself afterwards at home. (which i'm literally paying for it to be removed but ok.) This was my first experience with waxing and I regret it. As a first time customer, typically you receive a discount of half off, I was not given one. The esthetician then did not inform me in how to keep up and maintain regular wax appointments. I DO NOT recommend the London Square location! read more

I've frequented several Uni K Wax centers in the past (one in Gainesville, one on US-1 in Miami, and another by Sunset), and unfortunately, this is probably my least favorite center out of all of them. On the positive end, the shopping center that it's located in is extremely convenient with plenty of parking through all hours of the day. The center is very clean and the waxers very professional. I think they strive very hard to stay on schedule, so the several times that I went there for my appointments, I was in and out in fewer than 15 minutes every time. In fact, when my waxer left the room so that I could get undressed, she was back with semi-heated wax before I'd even finished getting myself out of my second pant leg. The waxers I met here are efficient at what they do, but (maybe it's because it's Miami) one spoke very limited English. We spent the majority of the time in awkward silence, and when it came time for me to leave a tip, I had to ask at the counter for the name of my waxer because she had never even introduced herself to me, only ushered me into one of the rooms. The other waxers that I had seemed like they wanted me out as fast as possible, with one laying surprisingly long strips of wax on me (compared to the shorter ones at other centers). So overall, I like Uni K Wax, but I'm dropping off one star in my rating because the service could have been better. The woman at the counter barely even glanced at me when I first walked in, and my interactions with the waxers were lukewarm at best. I still don't know any of their names, and I doubt they'd learn mine even if I came back another 10 times. Also, they've been slowly raising their prices by a dollar or two in the past months, which is fine thanks to the rewards card that they have going on. (Just make sure you /get/ your points added on, because sometimes they forget to add them on.) read more

This place is terrible. I stopped by for a quick eyebrow wax and let me tell you, IM SO UPSET. the girl in the front WAS EXTREMELYYYY RUDE. there was no one outside and she told me that i had to make an appointment. That's fine, i understand if there were prior appointments, but you don't need to be a rude person about it. Also, i feel like it's ridiculously over-priced for their work. My eyebrows came out mediocre. I definately recommend European Wax Center over this place, the service & price are way better. Hope this helps! read more

I was previously going to the Uni K in west Kendall before it closed. Thankfully I was able to find that Ana had moved to this location. I had been seeing her for so long and was a bit hesitant to go to just anyone for my body waxing. She is absolutely amazing, makes you feel comfortable and talks to you so the time (and pain) aren't even felt. She takes her time making sure everything is to your liking and verifies exactly what you want prior to. I highly recommend going to her! On top of it all, the type of wax used at Uni K is one of the only ones that I don't have adverse reactions to. They also have a point system and it's nice to sometimes be pleasantly surprised with an accumulated $10-$15 to use towards the service. read more

I went three time for the full bikini wax, and the first the girl that did it was great, the last two time the booked me with some one different, and those were the worst experience I ever had, to the point that I decided to stop doing it at all, and search for an alternative method. The last girl was probably 19 years old, didn't know how to do it and did the same about 5 to 6 times, I ended up completely sore, and couldn't use jeans for two days. I have been waxing under arms, lips, full legs and bikini area, for over four years, so is not like a rookie on this. I gave it 2 stars because the receptionist was nice and the place looks pretty good, but is all about who do the wax read more

I've been coming to the London Square location for about a year now and i can honestly say i wouldn't even try another one. Besides the fact that it's right by my house the girls are all super friendly, they make you feel so comfortable. I have no waxer in preference, they all do an amazing job. I used to thread my eyebrows and since i got them waxed with them, i wouldn't have it any other way. I also did my bikini with them for the first time and of course i was so nervous but i was comfortable the moment i walked in with the receptionist til i was being helped in the room. They made conversation with me to help me calm down and they told me when to breathe in and before i knew it, it was over. I go to them every month now for my bikini and they're all like my therapists, we talk all throughout the appointment. A+ for work ethic and job well done every time. read more

Excellent ambience and service. I love the natural wax. My skin looks very soft. The parking and quick service were excellent. Very happy!!

I went to get my underarms touched up and I had done my underarms at another location but that location had no appointments so i went to the town and country one and the lady charged me for a regular underarms instead of a touch up just bc it was at another location. On top of that one of the ladies told me she was going to put a discount for me in her notes because last time i had an appointment she had to leave early and I didn't receive the discount. It was a few dollars but I should've only had to pay for a touch up read more

Honestly, it's a hit or miss here unless you have a favorite. I have been here twice already and the first time I did my eyebrows the lady was great! When I went again she was no longer there & I did my eyebrows with someone else & my experience was not as great as the first time. Will I go back? Probably not. Eyebrows are pricey and again, hit or miss here. read more

I've been going for years to Uni K Wax in London Square. Most of the time I did my waxing with Martha. I'm given them 2 stars because they say walk- ins welcomed. I still call and ask for an appointment with Martha. If you make AN appointment and they tell you a time that's a LIE!!!! I arrived 20mins early and checked in with front desk. Other people walked in 15 Minutes after me and went right in front of my Appt!!! What is the point, I sat for 1 hour and all they say is Sorry we could see you in 1 more hour. Prices are expensive and not worth EVER WAITING 2 hours. I went to same shopping center for $9 dollars less and walked right in to do wax service. read more

Grew up in Miami and then moved to Boston, but every time I'm in town I make a point to get a full bikini wax here. So much better than anything I can find in the north-east! And way cheaper too!
