Till this day I'm still waxing and shaving both areas, since I moved out of Miami and I'm not close to the only place that I did my laser and have lasting results (Lasoderm) I'm stuck to continue shaving and waxing until I find another place. My friend also did laser at Prestige and she had better results than me which tells me it may be because of her tone of skin being the Caucasian type and I'm more olive skin that the machine they use here which is the Candela Yag did not worked for me. I pretty much threw my money off the drain with getting laser here. However, the owner David is super nice and accommodating. I wish my results would have been better after I completed my treatment but they were not.

I decided to do my underarms because I had to shave my underarms every. single day. I also decided to do Brazilian because I prefer being hairless in that area. I am currently on my 6th laser hair removal session for my underarms and the 5th for my Brazilian. I am sooo happy with my results so far. Currently I have no more growth of coarse black hair at all and only patchy thin hair. I don't have to shave until I go to my next appointment. It takes about 8-12 sessions that you do every 4-6 weeks. Is there pain? The underarms are very tolerable, I almost don't pay attention to it even at the highest setting. However, the Brazilian, oh man, you can get sweaty from the session and sometimes you have to ask them to give you a break buuuut I will take the few seconds of pain for not shaving and would still recommend laser to everyone even in this sensitive area. You won't regret it! :)

I'm going to be real here - unwanted facial hair is a royal pain…read more After years of waxing, plucking, and awkwardly wondering if people could see the hair I was so embarrassed by, I decided to try Laser Hair removal. Martha and the team there are top notch! I discovered this place from its glowing reviews, and also its Yelp Deal. A few months ago, I purchased a package of 6 treatments. I'm halfway thru and I see a huge difference. I've been going to my appointments three weeks apart, and between each visit I notice less and less of that unwanted facial hair. The procedure is slightly uncomfortable, but if you have gotten a bikini wax before, you can handle this. Plus, Martha makes sure to make it as quick and effective as possible, so you are in great hands. The space itself is inside a medical complex adjacent to Mercy Hospital. There's ample parking in a garage nearby and its $2. The garage is a slight walk to the complex, but there are friendly people in golf carts that can escort you to the building if you happen to find them on your way out! The office is clean and tranquil, and making appointments is a breeze. I'd definitely recommend to folks looking for affordable and effective hair removal.

Being a girl is tough, y'all!…read more I bought into the whole laser hair removal thing after I realized the amount I was paying each year to wax. While the idea of a lump payment for multiple sessions can be daunting, once it's done, it's done and a great investment in the long run (as long as you like the place). Finding "the spot" to go hairless can be tough. We're in Miami after all and these clinics run rampant. After a not so pleasant experience somewhere else, I decided to give Miami Laser Aesthetics a shot. What a difference equipment and staff can make! To start, everyone working here is really friendly, including Martha herself. Now, I will never tell anyone that this procedure is painless. Maybe I'm weak, but I think it hurts. A lot. Thankfully, Martha knows how to make it a little less painful and is patient. Overall, I've seen dramatic results since starting at Miami Laser Aesthetics, much better than before. I bought an unlimited session package for a year at a great price. Scheduling appointments is easily and for the most part, they run on time. Parking can be kind of a pain as they are located at Mercy Hospital. You pay $2 each time to park in the visitor garage. Besides that, it's a nice office and I'd definitely recommend to friends.

Emilia did her thing and gave me a few products to try and actually told me to come back a few days later to see how my face was- at no extra cost! No place has ever done that!!! She truly takes care of her customers, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and satisfied. Needless to say, I looked great for my brother's wedding- my face was perfect!
