Staff is super friendly and welcoming and love the clean environment. HOWEVER, they do the smallest amounts of zaps just to get you to pay for more sessions therefor, sessions aren't very efficient here unless you pay for their 12 sessions. Ive gotten laser treatments on my entire body and I've only ever had to do 6-8 sessions to complete my treatments since I do not have much hair. I've done 8 sessions at this place and still have more than 50% hair... I noticed the lady had missed a spot on my underarm, so I reached out to see if maybe they could re-do the session since clearly the lady made a mistake and they proceeded to try and get me to purchase more sessions when clearly the job wasn't done properly with only 8 zaps... Could be a great place but trying to scam customers into buying more sessions is not my ideal place for good customer-service. read more

I have been getting treatment at this location for exactly a year now and it has definitely brought some ease and confidence into my life that I did not know I could have. For which I am extremely grateful!!! I believe I've been seen by 4 technicians overall - Bridgette who is amazing but she is no longer at this location, I was going to follow her to the Doral location but I just decided to continue at Sunset and be seen by Karina who is extremely knowledgable and passionate about her field and was recommended to me by Bridgette before her departure + it's closer to me. The staff at Sunset is really kind, helpful, and welcoming. I always feel comfortable coming here plus the salon is always clean and sanitary. I do want to mention I have an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's along with PCOS which one of the symptoms for both is excessive hair growth. I originally thought if I just get laser I'll be good to go and I won't have any more issues with this symptom, but as one of the tech's mentioned and while I was in research mode - since my hormones are so "out of whack" I can keep producing excessive hair unless I can sort of get my condition to a minimum and even then I could be receiving laser my whole life which sucks but IS WAY BETTER than waxing and I don't regret my decision. My experience was overall excellent with Semper and I would do more areas in the future once I'm able to. Price was super reasonable and they are always doing offers like BOGO or other huge discounts so look out for that. Parking is simple there are always some spots available to the side street of 57th CT and pay using paybyphone - never had an issue. I know it can be a lot of money for some and I seen other reviews saying after 12 sessions hair is still coming back. This service highly VARIES by the individual receiving treatment and there are so many factors (like aftercare) that might hinder, delay, or affect your procedure. If you are healthy and have no major conditions then this is a no brainer for you but if you do I would still say go for it since I started during my healing process I don't regret my decision and it truly has changed my life + its way easier to maintain the hairs now as the shadows are gone and the thickness of the hair are soooo thin now, it's been overall amazing. Honestly, even though the inside of the place was like a spa and they did a decent laser service when it comes to letting them know that you no longer can have laser treatments is the worst headache you'll ever have. First of all, they have a special when you first become a member, but then try to get you to spend more at the end, even though you technically came in there for free service and I was one of them but unfortunately after a couple months went by, I became pregnant, which we all know in our knowledge we are not able to continue, but they don't seem to have a problem even though that is the first question they ask before signing you up. I have told them that I needed to cancel because I became pregnant. All they said was congratulations and I told them I needed to cancel and they said OK that was it, in the conversation. A few months came and went by. And they were still charging me two months later when I came to ask him why are you still charging me? I haven't been there. They said that being pregnant wasn't an excuse. You either have to have cancer or something sickness related, which I think is crazy, so technically WOMEN!!! if you're pregnant, come on down get all the laser you want because they do not care. They will still charge you and they will charge you an arm and a leg just to cancel as well. They call it a restock fee $$$ which I don't know what their restocking but when I do have a chance to continue my services, it will definitely be somewhere else. Honestly I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews but I just have to let everyone know and warn them that if you're not planning to go all the way, please do not sign up because you'll be getting charged more then you were putting in to begin with. read more

I have been to this place 5 times now for laser hair removal on my underarms. When you first start, you can recommend 3 people for 8 free sessions of a small area which is neat! They usually are pretty busy and schedule multiple appointment at the same time but I have always been seen within 0-15 minutes of my appointment time. If I am running a few minutes late I always give them a call to let them know and they are accommodating. There is street parking close by and a few parking lots a few blocks away. You will need to "PayByPhone Parking" app. After each session they will schedule your next appointment at the front desk within 6-8 weeks. They are very kind and try to be considerate of which days work best for you. read more

The location is nice and so is the front desk it is very clean but lacks customer service by the technician. I paid a member that is about $2,500 just to get insulted and both times I went the tech always had a problem if it wasn't one thing it was something. On the first visit, she told me I wasn't shaving my butt crack correctly and that she would charge me extra the next time. The second time the tech dared to tell me my private part smelled like pee... The fact that I showered and cleansed myself correctly and she dared to tell me that on my second visit, I just felt like she didn't want me there. If I am paying $2500 for a service and every time I go to the visit she has something to complain about and I am not happy at all. Loving this spot so far! Location in south miami is across from sunset place. Parking can be tricky as it's street parking but so far I haven't had issues. Not a fan of a place that double books an appointment. I was scheduled for 9am. Two other clients had the same appointment. I waited until 930 and I still had not been seen. I asked the front desk representatives if this is a normal occurrence to have multiple clients scheduled for the same time. One of the staff nodded yes. The other stated that there were two rooms going at the same time, and they will be with me shortly. It shouldn't be a normal practice to double book an appointment. I found it disrespectful for the scheduler to schedule multiple clients at the same time. It is inconsiderate of my time, especially being a first time client.
