The staff here is really kind! The place is beautiful and i like how they are constantly doing specials and deals. They always make sure you are comfortable. I am on my second session of touch ups. The first time everything came out perfect. The second, the hair grew back immediately. I have been getting my laser done in this place for a while and I have seen such amazing results. Lorell is the skin expert that does my laser and she is the best. She is super sweet and makes sure you feel super comfortable. The place is always super clean and it has really pretty decor. The other staff is very sweet and attentive as well. There is usually different promotions depending on the holidays that approach. If you ever want to pay for promotional deal you can by phone. I will say that if there's a good price difference between a year and 6 sessions, then do 6 sessions bc the max you can do in a year is 8 sessions anyway. Also with the year it will expire based on the date so if you ever have to reschedule you might get less than 8 session. Rescheduling is a pain since they're always booked. I don't feel like I got the results I expected bc it was inconsistent. It would work one session, then the next one I'd have more hair than I started with. I was told that I was shaving too much but I was waiting 2 weeks. Eventually I was able to wait up to 3 weeks to shave, maybe 4, but it was almost to the end of my sessions. So basically i found this place due to their great prices and decided to try and remove tattoos that i have been wanting to remove. So i had done 10 treatments on one tattoo with mininal results but still the healing process and everything for it had me concerned and i personally called several times to ask about the laser they were using because it seemed like they had the wrong laser to be doing laser tattoo removal. So i ended up buying more sessions (my mistake) and tried to get other tattoos removed. This ended up being the worst decision ive ever made in my life. I was severely burned. When i say severely i mean i took great care of the would went to a dermatologist and what i was told was they killed my skin the word is "necrosis" and when i had texted the woman who administered the laser treatment all she could tell me was to "apply aquaphor". I have been silent about this for almost 3 years spending thousands on scar treatments. if the company responds to this review whatever they will say will never make up for the poor customer care, administration of lasers, and permanent damage they have caused me. I understand this could be a "side effect" but this is neglecnce and poor practice at its finest. Please find below the photos of a week after treatment May 2018.. and the scar i have had treated and am now left with today. I give this as a warning to anyone else who is looking to temove mistakes of the past in order to feel more confident. Beware of the negligence and I experience of this place. I wanted to wait until I had completed my six laser hair removal sessions to write a review on this spot and after almost nine months, I'm finally finished and still don't really know how I feel about everything. To start, it was rather difficult to schedule my first appointment but once I finally got in there, it was easy to keep and maintain appointments. I always went pretty early in the morning and sometimes wound up waiting over fifteen minutes, but sometimes would be seen right away. It was rather inconsistent. Something else that was inconsistent was the pain. It seemed like between the different rooms, the machines they use were stronger/weaker and so it hurt more/less. They even said on one visit that this was the case which wasn't too encouraging... I like to think I have a pretty sensible pain tolerance but one time I almost left in tears. They have you wait six weeks in between each session. I saw results after my first couple of visits but then things plateaued. The technicians were nice but I wish they would've asked for feedback and discussed a little bit more what kind of results we should expect. I'd say overall communication was limited everywhere, including the girl working the front desk. I chose this spot out of MAJOR convenience as I could go from my living room to the front door in about three minutes walking. I began going there about 2 years ago for a green tattoo the size of a quarter on my stomach I wanted removed. I have done 7 laser treatments over the course of 2 years and did not notice a change in the appearance. I went for a second opinion to another office and learned that only the black ink was removed, so most likely LaserTique Spa's laser doesn't treat green ink. I did one laser treatment with the new office and the tattoo faded 50% with one treatment! Wow! Lasertique took me on as a client, wasted 1.5 years of my time, and took my money knowing they do not treat green tattoos. I wanted to give this place a fair review after being a client of theirs for the past year doing laser hair removal. I was in the market for laser when a coworker recommended them. They are known for having really great prices on Instagram. So I jumped on a package to get my bikini, legs, underarms, and happy trail for a year. Getting an appointment here is the worst. They run so many specials that they have so many clients that it's impossible to book anything within your 6 weeks. Saturday's? Impossible. And if you're lucky enough they may just call and cancel. When they opened up a few months after the pandemic, I was finally able to secure an appointment. They called to confirm me the day before in the morning, and called me again in the evening to cancel me. This was after not getting laser for about 5 months, so I desperately needed it. I was given the excuse because they are "closing" that Saturday. After speaking to the girl and letting her know how disappointing this was and how inconvenient this was, they kept my appointment... but they basically lied to me. If they were closing why did they have a full day appointments? This put a really bad taste in my mouth and I knew from that moment that I was done with this place after all my sessions, which i successfully completed. Now, the place itself is beautifully kept and very clean. I felt they were doing great in keeping up with the cleanliness between clients. I, myself felt comfortable and safe going in there during the pandemic. Out of the group of girls that work here, there's really Only two that I felt were nice. There were times where I would hear the main girl who usually sits at the front desk talking badly about customers and being very judgmental after they would leave. Hearing this from the waiting area made me uneasy and I felt I needed to make that known. There were times where I felt I was being judged by her because I am not thin, or a "model" which I was told are their "main clients". Onto the laser. Each girl that does the laser is different. Some are more thorough than others but I learned who I liked and tried to stick with them. After a full year, the hair on my body has grown back and continues to do so. After some research I believe their machines might be outdated. I know it's not me because I fall into that perfect candidate category for laser: dark hair and light-medium olive skin. In conclusion, while their prices may seem great, you should take into account their scheduling availability and do your research on the types of laser they use. I personally would look elsewhere for these services, even if I have to pay a little bit more. I was a client here for a year so I can give an honest review of this business. I highly suggest you SAVE YOUR MONEY because this place is honestly the worst ever. I purchased an unlimited laser hair removal package after being referred by my co worker and was traveling all the way from Coral Springs (Broward County) to receive my treatments. As others mentioned, be prepared to sit at least 20 mins before you're even called, I waited over 30 mins once. 2. Also, good luck finding a consistent person to do your service cause there are different or new girls there all time and they all do it differently! Some are more thorough and take their time and others will rush and not do a good job at all. I had one girl who I thought did an excellent job, I liked her a lot! I had her twice and never seen her again. 3. If you've got to make a new or reschedule an appointment, good luck cause they never answer the phone. 4. I won't lie, MOST of the girls are really nice! A few of them are not. As others mentioned, the receptionist is rude and not welcoming whatsoever. My last encounter here I approached the counter to check in as usual, and the receptionist (who has scheduled ALL my appts) proceeds to tell me my sessions have expired. Hmm.. I'm confused as to why on my previous appointment would you schedule me for another appointment when my sessions were expired? This is the same people who were at kendall laser spa. I finished my last 3 treatments here from the Groupon I got. I am still not impressed by their service. Even when making an appointment I still had to wait 20 min really big pet peeve of mine. They even text to confirm appointment AND called to confirm! The girls don't introduce themselves when doing the laser treatment. The last appointment the girl just left the room without even telling me she was done. And I was just laying there in my underwear. She didn't even wipe off the gel. Being stuck to the bed tissue lining is not fun. The place is an upgrade from their old spot. Really updated, modern, and clean. Parking is still a b* probably worse than at the old spot. Coral Gables had terrible parking to begin with. I parked on calabria ave and ponce de leon. Which isn't too far off a walk but I'm not sure if I'm suppose to park there or not. It's also in front of a huge building. I haven't gotten a ticket so I suppose it's ok. Getting here is also a mission there is really no Highway close to it. It's 15 min getting off the 826. Driving in this area not fun anyway. Overall I will not come here again. The results I got from 6 treatments is maybe 50% less. And my leg hairs were not that much. When I did my underarms somewhere else I did 5 treatments 95% less hair. I went to Lasertique for over a year for Brazilian & underarms with 0 results. I simply wrote that off to how light my hair is & decided to get Restalyne fillers in my lips. BAD choice. The doctor did not even use numbing cream, causing excessive amounts of unnecessary pain. He kept insisting the filler included a numbing agent but I didn't feel any numbing effect. I liked the technician and she did good after 4 visits I bought another package for hands and this was a MISTAKE . They shifted to coral gables location and I started going there.. For both legs and arms... They used to take at least 25 mins on legs alone and now hardly 25 mins for both legs and arms?? I didn't get it.. The results started becoming extremely less effective and I see patches on my legs and when I informed the technician they said its normal. Technicians always comes in the room unprepared and ask so what are we doing today legs and I have to remind them I have to do my arms too. This is very strange honestly. I've had my fair share of hair removal procedures, and Lasertique (formerly Kendall Laser Spa) has not disappointed me. When I decided that it was time to look for a more permanent means of hair removal I got an amazing Groupon for 18 months of unlimited lasering at this spa. At the time it was called Kendall Laser Spa and was located in the Kendall Regional Medical Center. Eventually they moved to Coral Gables, and while it is inconvenient for me since I live in Kendizzle, the new location is at least snazzy. What do I like best about this place? THE LASER DOES NOT HURT! I had been to another laser hair removal place that gives you numbing cream and, no lie, a stress ball to squeeze while they zap your bits and pieces. It felt like I was getting electrocuted in some very intimate places. Not fun! The technicians (with the exception of one excellent girl whose name I unfortunately don't remember) haven't been too chatty, but that's okay with me. I'm not exactly in the mood to talk about the weather or my job while my legs are spread in butterfly position and...well, you get the point. Since moving to their new location the wait times for my appointments have been brief, usually less than 10 minutes. Although I always go in the morning; maybe it's a different experience later in the day. My results have been great, although I have been coming for quite some time. Don't waste your money. Hair falls out patchy then grows back worse. The lasers used here are not effective and technicians are careless. Horrible customer service as well. I went in for the laser hair removal treatments.The areas I had treated where the Brazilian area and full legs. Mind you, my skin is very, very pale and my hairs are dark. They have two lasers to choose from, the Harmony and Soprano. My first session was with the Harmony. It was literally painless and after a little over a week it seemed that some hairs fell off and left me with patchy growth. It appeared to be 10% less hair at most and in very random areas so it looked weird and wasn't as much of a reduction as I hoped since they said the first time would have the most fall out but I was excited and hopeful. I tried the Soprano for my second session. It hurt like hell but was supposed to be more effective. I had very little hair fall out after that session. I had one more treatment with the Soprano where I made sure the technician raised the level and was more careful to cover the areas equally to reduce the patchyness. After these treatments I still had very random areas where it appears that no hair was growing in, making all other areas much more noticeable by the way but that is not the worse part... I started noticing that ALL THE HAIR WAS GROWING BACK. It seemed it just slowed the growth of the hairs that were supposed to "permanently removed." Areas that were not as hairy, are now hairier and just as dark. Now I have a worse problem than I started with. I have contacted them on multiple occasions about this and have received zero response or help. Complete scam. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

Let me start off by saying that the girls who work here are nice and attentive. However, they only have 3 laser hair removal machines, 2 of which are the "newer" ones so they prefer to use those, so on a busy day you could be waiting for a while (1-2 hours past your appointment time). Not all of the girls are as thorough with your treatments and some are definitely better than others because they take their time. You also get a different girl every time unless you request the same one each time. The prices are AMAZING (but they have gone up since I started treatments in July 2018) compared to other laser hair removal places in Miami, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. At first, I was beyond impressed with my results since I saw my hair getting thinner. However, towards the end of my treatments I didn't really see the expected results. I have already completed my 1 year of laser hair removal treatments, which was about 8 treatments since I went every 6 weeks, and I still have hair. This shouldn't have happened since almost everything on the internet says 8 laser treatments should get rid of hair... YES my hair is thinner, but not thin enough so that it's unnoticeable. I DIDN'T expect to be 100% hair free, but I'd say I'm about 50% hair free. My hair is just THINNER and I can go about 1-2 weeks without shaving (for smooth hair free legs/underarms). I paid about $700 for 1 year of underarms, full bikini, and full legs. Comparing this to other prices in Miami, I found it hard to believe but I had hope since I've heard good things about this place. Unfortunately, for me the treatments didn't work as good as expected... I believe this is due to the laser hair removal machine they use. During your treatment they apply a jelly (similar to jelly when getting an ultrasound) on the treatment area and pass a machine over the area. You can see a photo of it on their Instagram. Most laser hair removal places I've visited after completing my sessions here (since I still had hair) explained to me that this laser hair removal machine is extremely out dated so I blame the outdated machine they use for the fact that I still have hair on my legs, underarms, and bikini. They recommended I buy another treatment since I still had hair, but I decided not to. Do I have less hair then when I first started my treatments here? Yes Am I as hair free as they said I would be after 8 treatments? No In my opinion, save your MONEY and TIME and go somewhere else. read more

I've been a client of Lasertique since they were Kendall Laser Spa at the Kendall Regional. I give this place four stars because of the fact that they moved to Coral Gables which is completely out of the way for me but since I was already doing my procedures with them I wasn't going to stop. The parking is a mission here, just like at Kendall Regional, I usually have someone come with me drop me off in the entrance of the spa and drive off to wait until I'm done with the procedure. The girl that does my laser, Fernanda, has been very professional and makes you feel comfortable while giving you breaks as often as you may need them. As far as results go I have seen a major difference in hair growth. I bought 6 sessions in two medium areas first to see how it went and then purchased 12 months of a small and medium area. You're not going to see a difference with only three sessions but you'll definitely start seeing them after the 6th. I've bought the treatments through groupon and the girls have always been friendly and professional. The place is always clean and since they moved to Coral Gables the wait has been a lot better. read more
