I used to shave daily... now I literally shave once a month when it's time to do laser. Staff are the friendliest & very professional. I now add services like Legacy to firm my butt and thighs & few other services for my face too. They don't add services that I don't t need... I even tried to. I've seen so many improvements and increase in self esteem... did I mention that they are bilingual. Prices are very reasonable too. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. They mislead people, they dodge accountability, and the machines look like they belong in a museum. Please learn from my experience and avoid getting scammed.

Honestly, laser hair removal hurts much more. I didn't see much improvement in my skin at first but hey, it was a freebie so I wasn't gonna complain.
