Very friendly staff & the place is so clean... they have deal/packages on all kinds of options for you to help make you feel good about yourself. I used to shave daily... now I literally shave once a month when it's time to do laser. Staff are the friendliest & very professional. I now add services like Legacy to firm my butt and thighs & few other services for my face too. They don't add services that I don't t need... I even tried to. I've seen so many improvements and increase in self esteem... did I mention that they are bilingual. Prices are very reasonable too. My recommendation is stop by check them out, ask them the questions you need in person... if you call they don't know what they are working with so best answers are always in person. I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. They mislead people, they dodge accountability, and the machines look like they belong in a museum. Please learn from my experience and avoid getting scammed.

Patience is not my virtue and I'm sure many can relate to the frustration of not having what you paid for, but to keep the Mrs. Happy, I keep my mouth shut and decided to just let it go. The next day, it kicked in and I couldn't move my forehead or make those lines around my eyes. It has now been almost 5 months since I had it done and I can still see the effect and I'm going to continue doing it. Heck, I might even try some laser hair removal one of these days. Even though I am happy with the outcome of the Botox, my review is to applaud Avalon Medical Spa on their customer service. About a week after the appointment, Julia called to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. And just yesterday I received another call. She said she knew I lived out of town and couldn't come in again, but offered to take some time to find a good doctor in my area and send him my treatment records to make sure i received the same results and thank me again for coming in.
