I was sold on a membership under the impression that I would be paying $80 for registration that day and my first payments would be pushed back until May 31st. At that point I would be able to claim another massage and a free facial. At no point did they tell me that they would also be charging my credit card $80 for the membership and charging my gift card $80 for a massage. I walked out paying $80 out of pocket, $80 in a gift card and will be charged again $80 in May. If I would've known this upfront, I would've just taken the regular priced massage and called it a day. I think they need to truly show you on paper what you're paying that day. Feeling deceived. Wish they would've been up front on the cost because my massage was truly phenomenal. I'm forced to go back seeing as I'm getting charged once more in May and I still have an unused gift card. ‍

I booked a Stretch to see if they could now do this type of therapy for me. I was told the therapist speaks English as my Spanish is very bad unfortunately and was very good at it. I Get there and find out she speaks only Spanish Fluently.... this is very difficult because the therapist and the patient definitely need to communicate to each other if stretching too far or if pain is occurring, because you can get hurt that way. But she was a nice person so I tried as best I could to communicate. About 10 minutes in I found that she really lacked experience and the communication level was terrible, so I told her to stop and went to the front desk to discuss the situation. Guess I have to pay the new prices and go back to my local Stretch Zone as I just don't want to experience taking the time off from work and wasting my time again.

I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner.
