She was attentive, and the experience wasn't as uncomfortable as I expected. I highly recommend her! However, I was put off by one thing: the practice asked me for a tip. I've never been asked to provide a tip in this kind of setting before. It was time for my botox and i had to look for a new place. My usual place moved too far for me. I found CLP on groupon and decided to go there. I told the lady I only wanted to do my crows feet and a very tiny eyebrow lift on the end corner of my brow, which I had previously done once in my usual place. When the lady injected me for my brow lift, she injected me in a totally different place on my face than the previous lady did. I just figured everyone has there way of doing things. 3 to 4 days later I noticed that my crows feet were perfect but instead of my eyebrows going up they started going down. Thats when I decided to call the place to let them know what was happening. They asked me to send them pictures which I did and they made a follow-up appointment. I went back and the lady agreed with me that they did go down a bit and she decided to inject me again to fix it. Once again she injected me on the very top of my forehead. I gave it plenty of time for it to fix but it never did. My ebrows are droopy and now I feel the HEAVINESS ON MY EYELIDS! I called again and they had George call me back. He said that he looked at my case and that there is nothing wrong. He also said that the lady "never injected my forehead ". WTH? He wasn't even there in the room with us. If the lady never wrote it down, it's not my problem. I feel if he would have first asked her instead of just reading notes she would have told him what happened. I am an office manager and I would never treat any of my patients the way he treated me. At least I would have asked for the patient to come back to see how the problem could be fixed. He didn't do any of that. He sent an email to me saying the same stupidity that came out of his mouth when he spoke to me, attached my signed consent form and then attached the "before pictures"they took along with the "after pictures" that I SENT THEM 3 to 4 days later. In other words, he didn't send me the "after pictures " that they took 2 weeks later. When I mentioned to him about my follow-up I went to, he had no clue that I had gone to a follow-up. So how did you "study" my case George? I told him that I didn't want a full refund because I was happy with the crows feet but to refund the $80 dollars I had to pay another place to try and fix it. He told me he wasn't going to do that because his lady has been with him for 4 years and because she NEVER injected my forehead. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?)She may be good but definitely did not know how to lift a brow corner. The attached top picture shows you the before picture they took when they asked me to raise my brows. Notice how my brow goes up in the corner. The bottom picture is a picture that was taken 2 weeks after the follow-up. Im literally trying to lift my brows. They are totally down and will not go up. I made the mistake of buying a Groupon for this place. Just to make your appointment they ask for so much personal information. Then when you get there pages and pages more of personal information and waivers. This is a med spa offering facials. The amount of information required was ridiculous. Even though my service was already paid in full through Groupon when I arrived for my appointment they insisted that I give them my credit card information and driver's license so they could keep it on file in case I ever canceled a future appointment. I explained to them that I would be happy to do that if and when I decide to book an appointment in the future but that I did not feel comfortable providing it now considering all the computer hacks and credit card fraud happening. They refused to see me and their office manager was extremely unprofessional and couldn't care less saying it was in the fine print of the Groupon and telling me I could just give them $25 in cash instead "to keep on file". The fact that they made such a huge deal and were so insistent on getting client credit card information along with my driver's license is a huge red flag. Aside from wasting my time driving there for nothing they lost my appointment slot as it went unused and lost the money on my service all because they were so adamant about getting my credit card information. I live in Brickell and have been overpaying for Botox for years so I got this promotional email so gave it a try and they are located in a professional medical arts building, the office is clean and they offer you water. The only annoying thing is filling out the initial medical paperwork on their small tablet which was hard to use an annoying so I suggest filing out the paperwork at home to save yourself the hassle.. the nurse gave me a botox touch up so let's see the results.... They make you book a follow up exactly 2 weeks later and your only chance to get any follow up which I think is ridiculous because people have lives and schedules that don't revolve around botox... let's see how happy I am with the results because they have a happy hour promotion I will try if I am happy. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Spent $300 on a Groupon to be introduced to a new esthetics spa only to arrive and be turned away because I did not want to take a picture of or write down my debit card number. I said I had no problem having it swiped or on file but taking a picture or writing it is very different. I asked for somebody to consider helping me and I even said I would leave my card at the front desk to charge for any additional services. Now on to the positives: their spa is impeccably clean and always smells peachy. I love their color scheme (soft & cool) and decor (modern); I especially admire their main entrance lamp. I came here a couple months ago in March to get Botox in my forehead. I explained to the practitioner that i wanted to remove ALL lines and movement from my forehead, she recommended 50 units so that's what i got. 3 weeks later is a VERY small difference, i call and explain at first they made it seem like they were going to charge me for the touch up which i fought and then they said it would be free of charge. My follow up was maybe about 5 weeks later. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment but didn't get seen till 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. After 45 minutes the same nurse finally came in and injected me with the botox, on the last poke i could feel that she pushed air from the syringe, into my forehead (basically she pushed the air from the empty syringe into my forehead) which i complained about they said how that isn't normal and apologized but that was it. 3 weeks later i still have ALL my lines, All my mobility, i don't know if these people injected me with water but when i tell you i have never had such a bad experience. i have received botox in the past and o always get the results i want so i know it isn't me. 275$ down the drain!!! i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst friend enemy!! maybe they're laser treatments are good but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GET INJECTABLES HERE!!!! read more

If you buy a package, keep very good track of the number of appointments used. On my previous appointment they informed me I had one session to go. They gave me the next appointment. When I arrived for my last session, that they scheduled, they informed me that I had zero sessions left and would have to buy a new package. This is inexcusable. I wasted my time driving there and additional waiting after arriving punctually, only to deal with the confusion. Not sure if this was an honest mistake by them or whether it was a planned bait and switch to get me to buy a new package as they were trying to sell me on a new package. Either way it cost me significant lost time due to their "minor" mistake. Customer service is not their forte. More training is necessary to realize that a "minor" mistake for them may be a major hassle and time waster to the patient I will also add that they have a high turnover of technicians, so don't get used to the one treating you. I had 3 different ones because the previous ones were no longer employed. I did specifically make arrangements to see the same technician each visit, but was informed twice each no longer worked there when I returned. The treatments themselves had fair, but not great, results. But there is a huge disconnect between the front desk staff and the actual technicians.
