However the only thing that deterred me from giving five stars is I got no explanation on what they were doing during the treatment (my eyes were covered so I couldn't even see). Got dysport here a couple weeks ago. It was clearly administered poorly because now my eyebrows won't move at all, my eyebrows are pushing my eyes down. I don't even really have an eyelid anymore. My eyebrows appear misplaced. The service was a total blunder. My image is partly how I earn my living, so this is a devastating blow at this point in the game. I suggest go to Liquivida instead. I DO NOT recommend this place especially for Botox or dysport. I have had Botox and dysport from my previous plastic surgeons office and never had an issue. The last few times I came here to CLP med spa for dysport and had ZERO results from the injections. Went the first time and noticed zero effect on my wrinkles. ZERO. I was told it could be that I was becoming immune to the injections. So I waited an entire year and tried again with them, ZERO results again! Came back exactly two weeks as they stated, got "touch up" injections which I had to pay extra for. Even with the touch up injections, I had ZERO results! Zero... as if they were injecting water... again I was told I was immune to the neurotoxins and that these things happen. Long story short, I recently went to another spa and was injected dysport. In Less than 24hrs I'm already seeing it work on my wrinkles. I'm floored. I've been taken advantage at CLP med spa and by what I've experienced, they either injected ns or extremely diluted dysport. It's unethical to take advantage of clientele. I highly recommend to AVOID this place. They dilute their dysport and take advantage of your wallet. I had laser hair removal on my entire face (six sessions) considering my hair is stubborn and I'm very pale hair growth on my face is very noticeable. I remember I would shave my upper lip every other day because the hair would grow back so quick. I enjoyed the aesthetician and the microdermabrasion. However, the fillers were not done correctly. I ended up with one side bigger, and 2 bumps on my lips. To make things worse, they overcharged me $25 during the first visit, which they claimed I gave as a tip, but I tipped the people directly with my cash appl. In addition, they cashed my 2 visits Groupon of microdermabrasion without telling me, while I only attended one visit. To make things worse, I had Covid and was in the hospital and they called me to make a follow-up appointment. I told Camila I had Covid and she made the appointment regardless. Then, they charged me another fraudulent $25 for a "No show", although Camila was told I was in the hospital. George Burns, a hair removal repairman technician owns the place, and he sent me an email telling me he would not return my money, and not to come to his office with Covid. He also told me to go ahead and tell anyone I wanted, that he did not care for my threats. So please Be aware of this business, stay away! They should not be doing business in this country! If you have been treated unethically by them, write to me, as I will follow up with the city of Sunset and the hair removal laser community to make sure unethical people lacking work ethics are not allowed to continue making money on the back of honest people. I received a gift purchased at Groupon for 100 units of Dysport at CLP SPA on SW 72 Street. My appointment was made for 10/9. I followed up on Monday 10/12 to request a correction as my left brow was substantially higher than the right brow. I sent a pic and was informed that I had to wait 2 weeks. The PA to be very uncooperative - she insisted that the substance needed time to settle. I've been doing Dysport for quite some time and explained that the correction could be done but she refused saying I had to wait the 2 weeks. I attempted to make the 2 week appointment but the PA was not available until week 3. I cancelled the appointment. Today is 2 weeks since Dysport was injected and the left brow continues to be substantially higher. Be aware that this establishment is NOT doing a good job! Bought my laser for armpits from Groupon for 7 sessions. First impressions area is newly renovated, very clean, smells good, they are in between two places to make their spa bigger. I was there when they were in the smaller spa place and when they moved to the bigger place. So every session I would tell her I don't feel any heat. I really liked the environment because it looked very beautiful inside, it smelled good, had couches in the waiting room, calming music, and even some free water and candies. When I began my appointment with Rosalie Quintana, she made me feel safe and comfortable. She gave me some education about the products I was interested in and showed me the proper hygienic way it should be packaged. She opened a new package in front of me to show me the product had been sealed, as well as the name brand, and also expiration date. She confirms with you what you want and where. She explains what to expect in the future and what you can't do immediately after. She pays attention to detail and has good bedside manner. Now, the procedure I had done was lip filler, and her process is very professional: she adds a little bit, has you check in the mirror, asks if you like it, and then adds more. She constantly asks if you like it, and does just a little at a time. I like this style a lot because I know exactly what I'm getting and I'm not in the dark. After I finished, she showed me some before and after pictures. Last, I paid the price that we agreed on and left. I went in for 1/2 syringe of lip filler yesterday and had an amazing experience! The staff is so professional and moves you along in a timely manner. The staff worked with my lips, applying extra numbing cream due to my sensitivity and even helping create more of a Cupid's bow like I wanted, along with plumping my top lip more to balance out my already larger bottom lip. I cannot say enough about this place. Last Summer I was disfigured by a SPA in NYC and this place gave me my face back. The lady s name who corrected the botched job is Rosie. The SPA in NYC was supposed to fill my nasolabial folds but the injector decided to create two balls between my nose and my lips instead. To give a lifting effect? Who knows why. Being my first filler I waited patiently for the balls to disolve, 9 months later I seeked help since they weren't going anywhere and people were asking me if I had got "punched in the face". Rosie disolved them in 3 sessions, little by little because old filler take time and effort in beign removed. Thanks to her expertise they are now finally gone! Then Rosie filled the nasolabial folds in a proper way this time:) She also did my lips that look absolutely great and natural and then botox for crow feet.
