She is great at threading eyebrows, as are the ladies who work for her. However, I had to stop coming here due to a couple reasons. Rozina's will take appointments, but don't bother making it. She's always "running behind." I have never been seen at my appointment time. She honestly should be walk-in only. I wouldn't be as annoyed if that were the case. But why take appointments if you can't honor them. I wish this was the only time this happened to me, where I have to wait for my appointment. But it's not. I actually came early and thank goodness I did as the place already had multiple people waiting. Very poor way to handle other people's time. She also will roast you as you sit in your chair. Chastize you for not coming in regularly. It is super uncomfortable. I wish I had the money to come in every week but I don't. So I come when I can afford it. I had to sit through a lecture about coming on a schedule. I understand she has a business and is trying to make me a regular client. (Which I kind of have been for over two years.) I don't even grow hair fast enough to come in regularly. It was just bizarre.

The second time I went, again, it was because the other salon I tried to go to was completely packed. Meanwhile, this salon was empty again. I told the nail lady that I had to be out by a certain time. She was working on my manicure and the nail polish kept splitting when drying. She thought it was because I didn't wash my hands so I washed again and she tried again and it split again (literally looked like pink zebra stripes). This tells me their products were not quality! Red flag. I didn't want to keep wasting time so I had her do my pedicure. There wasn't any more time to try my nails again after the pedi, so I went to checkout. They charged me full price as if a manicure was done! I said that doesn't seem right, since it wasn't my fault the nail polish did that and I told them I would do them the favor and return in a few days for them to finish the job! Days later I returned and, once again (this was the THIRD time) the polish split on my nails. It was ridiculous at that point and a complete waste of MY time. I said just give me something that works and they changed a few things and it finally didn't split but the manicure was not neat at all. There were air bubbles and an uneven application. I had them done on a Friday; I didn't go out or do anything that day and Saturday I was out of the house all day. Come Sunday, only two days later, my nails are already peeling. I do not recommend this salon and will neither return.

In my experience, wax was reused between clients, and the same waxing stick was used throughout the service instead of being replaced. This creates a serious risk of cross-contamination and raises concerns about proper hygiene and client safety.
