Had a bad attitude because she wanted to leave early and I requested an appointment for 6:30. she explained that she didn't have anyone from the time I called in and made the appointment )5pm) till 6:30. It's not my fault that she sits around without clients! Maybe if she had a different approach and work ethic she'd have more clients. Anyway parking is not really convenient and you need to walk from the garage around to the townhouse and its tricky to find (the first time anyway) I arrived at 6:50 yes, late due to the Venetian causeway being closed for the next several months 395 is a absolute MESS. She wrote me a text message saying that she left for the day. My salon would never do this to a client. We would wait and make sure you are taken care of and leave happy, whatever it takes. A few years ago I attempted a Brazilian wax at a local waxing salon and left less than half way through. It hurt so badly I thought i was dying! I was reluctant to try again, but Roxy's reviews were so good that I decided to give it another shot. Well, I'm really glad I did! I popped a few Advil beforehand and applied some numbing cream I got from Wallgreens and the rest was "smooth" sailing! The Salon was clean and comfortable and Roxy made me feel very relaxed. Let me start by saying I have extremely sensitive skin. I had an awful experience with a Brazilian a few years ago that left me with awful bumps and ingrown's that took forever to go away. About a year ago I came across Roxy on my vacation to Miami. Roxy is the BEST waxer I have ever had! Roxy uses only the best wax and creates a comfortable environment. I was sadden to find out she was gone...but I got word that she was working at this really nice & upscale salon right on the Miami Beach Marina. It was a little hard to find because there was practically no signage outside but once I went in I was surprised to see how beautiful the place is....and off course there she was!
