I arrived on time for my brows, but the technician was late taking me back to the room. So late, in fact, that she told me to get off the table before my free bikini wax because, "my next client is here." Typical South Florida BS customer service. She took ME back late and the next client must have been a friend or something. As I mentioned, it's been a while so hopefully staff is learned about customer service since then.

Called to make my first "free" appointment as advertised on the website and confirmed over the…read morephone. Upon check out receptionist said that didn't exist but could give me 50% off. Not wanting to be difficult I said OK, after proceeding to pay midway through transaction, I was told I had to Zelle for payment. After zelling receptionist, then clarified the payment I just sent for Zelle was for tip and not for the service. At this point, I was annoyed and found on their website the advertisement where it shows first wax free. She says OK but can't do anything about the fact that I just tipped 50% of the service. The company should really find themselves someone who is knowledgeable of the promotions offered by the company itself and can focus on one customer at a time upon checkout instead of trying to answer the phone and schedule other appointments while doing so.

Anna was my technician. She was very meticulous; I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for the past couple of decades, and she was more accurate than anyone I have had before. I am looking forward to revisiting them.

My fingers hurt for the first week I had the manicure because of the size, even after I tried to release the pressure by filing the nails. I'm not sure if they know how to do gel x at this salon.

I initially booked an appointment to have a consultation which was free of charge. I showed up and was greeted immediately by name. They knew me from my appointment which was impressive. I then met Ashley. So sweet and thorough. She gave me an estimate on how much my hair was going to be. She asked me what I really wanted for my hair in my dream world. I told her and she told me she would try and make it happen. I returned about two weeks later to finally get it done. WOW WOW WOW. It took many hours to achieve what I wanted but it happened.
