Here's a cleanerOverpriced service. They charged extra for shaping my nails, even though I didn't change the shape. I have never had to pay separately for that before. The service was also not very neat. The nail technician did not properly file or remove the acrylic underneath my nails, nor clean the natural nail under the acrylic. I paid $110 for a gel manicure with cat-eye effect and a pedicure. On top of that, the technician asked me for a tip. Tipping should not be an obligation. read more

Ocean Nail Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

Tony, the massage therapist here, is reason enough to come to Ocean Nail Spa! I spent a blissful 90 minutes under the care of his talented hands and walked out feeling like all of the stress that had lodged itself into my muscles in big, tight knots had disintegrated. I get regular and very good massages but this was on a completely different level entirely. I can't remember ever feeling so relaxed and soothed. Of course, I do have to mention that my manicure and pedicure afterwards were also lovely. I will definitely be using this spa regularly from now on! read more

Nicole was great I will come back to her any time , I love the way she did my nails, I recommend her 100%!!!

I went in and was clearly taken care of someone who has little to no experience. Uneven shaping of nails. Didn't clean under nails. Think coats of nail polish and during the whole process did not even use the lamp light. Definitely do not recommend read more

Really nice place, friendly staff, and well done manicures. I thought this please was gone be great! However the application of builder gel is not done properly. My nails look bumpy and crooked, no apex was formed . Honestly it ruined the whole whole experience read more

Ocean Nail Spa - Powder dip mani - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

Had a mani pedi here on Saturday. Beyond thrilled with the service and end product! Wendy did an amazing job!!! I brought a friend as a treat and she too could not have been any happier with the service. The technicians were very kind and helpful and honestly very good! No pain or discomfort at any point. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The pedicure was probably the best that I've had. Went with the spa pedicure which came with the massage and cucumber scent (Wendy was spot on -that scent was very refreshing). It was great to destress. I also cannot say enough about the service. I did over hear some rude customers but staff never lost their composure! Will definitely be going back even though it's a bit of a drive for me. read more

I wrote a horrible review when this place was Angela salon but now that this place underwent new management and became Ocean Nail I'm extremely satisfied! I made an appointment for 10 AM and when I arrived was attended to right away. The place is just as beautiful and clean as before but has taken extra safety precautions for COVID such as hanging partitions between the tech and client. Before beginning the appointment Sam tried on both foot and nail color of the option I selected to make sure they matched and that I liked them on. I was so happy that he made the extra step before both colors were applied and it was too late to go back. Sam paid extra attention to detail throughout my appointment and his massages felt amazing! He really did a great job! I'm so happy with Ocean Nail and will definitely make this my go-to nail place! read more

Since I left NY, I had yet found a place that compares to the quality and service I was used to until I found this place on Yelp! I was feeling very Neon today- powder dip on nails and regular pedi by Raymond. Wendy and Raymond were warm and welcoming. Their Nail Salon is clean and has a calming, stress free environment. I appreciated the detailed work Raymond provided me for my cuticles and the variety of colors I was able to choose from* The professionalism he provided me left me appreciative and reassured that each one of my hard earned dollars spent was worth every cent spent for my mani/pedi services. I fully recommend Ocean nails! The service from Candy, Sam and Wendy are top notch. I always get the nail dipping which last over 3 weeks as well as the pedicure. The salon is always clean and does not have that strong nail chemical odor. Trust me you will not be disappointed read more

I found this little gem by coincidence and i have not stopped going since! I absolutely love everything about this nail salon. I absolutely love the hospitality and how my nails look whenever we leave. I started coming with my sisters as a bonding experience and we loved it so much that we then started bringing my mom too (whose extremely picky and critical about her nails) and she loves it. I do my nails with raymond and he is absolutely incredible he knows a lot about nails, is quick and efficient. his work ethic is unmatched. My mom gets her acrylics done by Sam and my sister gets hers done with Candy. Every time we go it feels like family. read more

The quality does not match the price of the nails that are done at ocean nail spa. I paid almost $140 for an acrylic REFILL with design and gel on toes. What type of place charges for the SHAPE of the nail that you want that is absolutely ridiculous. It is extremely UNSANITARY!!! if you go here do not let them cut your cuticle, because you will most likely catch something!!! I wouldn't be surprised if I'd get contact dermatitis or worse, one nail snapped 1! week and a half after I got them done and considering they don't use base coat the gel on all of my nails came off and it was just a bear acrylic horrible looking. I've never in my life had an issue with a nail snapping in half especially with how gentle I am with my hands let alone 1! week and a half after I get them done, then I had to go back and pay $10 to get the nail fixed. I will say they are quick, but l'd rather stay an extra 20 minutes for my nails to actually last more than two weeks. An Asian man did my nails. No thanks I will stay with the Cuban salon girls they do the best job and the nails always last forever. Overall, I wish I can give the salon 0 stars. read more

I found this GEM last minute on my birthday. I called Ocean nail and spoke to the owner Jerry and explained to him that it was my birthday and despite it being last minute, and on a Sunday, Jerry said to just come in. The place was extremely clean, and he greeted me by asking if I wanted a glass of wine, which made me feel so bougie lol! I explained to him that I wanted something simple but a little bit of a spring vibe thrown in there and HE KILLED IT! I love my nails! He was so attentive, the pedicure felt amazing, and he was actually really funny too. I had a great overall experience at Ocean nail with Jerry and I'll definitely be coming back!! read more

Really great experience. My manicure wasn't just a manicure it was an experience. Everyone was so nice as soon as I walked in. Raymond is the person who did my nails he paid attention to detail. I am seriously in love with this place! They use new nail file and buffer for everyone! & you can see them take their tools out of the sanitizing thingy (whatever it's called lol) and then after he puts it into more sanitizing liquid. I am beyond impressed and satisfied! I am their new loyal customer lol anddddd they do a hot towel wrap on your hands and an amazing massage! I'm just very happy! read more

I was in town visiting my family over the holidays and was in serious need of a manicure! I looked up nail salons on Yelp and, based on the positive reviews, made a same-day appointment and headed to Ocean Nails (conveniently close to my parents' house). Wendy was my nail tech and she was great! She helped me choose an OPI dip color that wasn't the original one I wanted, but she told me that dip powder colors are sometimes different than the lacquers. I put my faith in her and I am glad I did! My nails turned out perfect - the length, the shape AND the color! Reasonable prices, too! The salon is spotless and they fully adhere to COVID guidelines, which made me feel safe! This is my new, go-to nail salon when I'm in Miami! read more

The moment we walked into Ocean Nail, we were greeted by the nicest woman who very graciously stopped what she was doing to schedule appointments for my daughter, myself and my sister. Our appointment was the next day. Sam took care of me and did an amazing job!! My pedicure was the best I have experienced and the most comfortable chair I have been in at any salon. Further, Sam asked about the nail shape I wanted and worked to get the color that I was looking for. Incredible customer service!! Two weeks in and my nails look just as lovely as the day I walked out the door. For those who have been frustrated and unable to find a really good nail salon with technicians that care about the work that they do, I highly recommend Ocean Nail. read more

My regular nail lady nearby, but she doesn't do feet. I searched for pedis on Yelp and found this place. I called right before going and they were able to take me right away. They usually try to upsell you on the pedis. I agreed once, but frankly it's not worth it. At least for me. Try it for yourself, you might enjoy it. The salon is clean and the pedi chairs are comfy. The service is good as well. Prices are comparable to other similar salons. I will return. read more

This place sucks I got my nails done a few days ago and where do I start. First off, the dude doing them, wouldn't get off his phone. He left to answer a personal phone call for 10 minutes. Secondly he didn't cut my cuticles... wtf. On top of that, he didn't cut my natural nails!? He didn't file them, buff them???? The color was not of my choice... The length of my acrylics were much less than what I told him... I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he said " maybe I can do that " I honestly should have left then! I heard this was a good place and the look I wanted wasn't even hard! Well I learned my lesson. Never trust someone who says " maybe I can " Never continue when things are already going sideways! I wanted to get up and leave on multiple occasions but my mother didn't raise a quitter. Next time I will defiantly just get up! It's been only 6 days and 2 nails have already fallen off!!!!! This place is an utter joke and I'd recommend literally anyone but Ocean Nails. read more

I pretty rarely write reviews but this place is great. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure and both were very enjoyable. Now what makes this salon stand out is the quality of the dip. Mine has lasted 4 weeks while I packed-unpacked after a move and dogsat a high energy dog so you know this is quality. Honestly the only reason I'd go back in to redo it is because the growth of my nails is annoying. I got dip at 2 other area salons and had nails popping off within 2 weeks; Ocean Nail is amazing and the real deal! The only suggestion for improvement is their color selection is pretty small, so hopefully they are looking to expand in the future. read more

Came in because I went to another nail tech and was disappointed by their attitude and just let them do their horrible job and went here to correct it. They did a good job and the coat was even not lumpy. They did charge for filing my nails which I don't agree with, it wasn't as if he spent alot of time doing so but for a coat change and light filing it was $40 a bit expensive for me. I don't feel it should cost that much for such a simple service. They also don't have Apple Pay. I'm happy with my nail coat though. The rating is simply because I dislike the price. Including his tip, that's almost a whole nail service not just a polish change. read more

Very clean place, excellent service and very peaceful ambience. Love it , will come back again.

Does not disappoint. I have heard other state they are pricey but tbh it's not bad for the quality. My nails (dip) do not chip, crack or even come off unless I go back to get them removed. The longest time in between was a month and they were obviously grown out but in good shape. No weird bumps and perfectly shaped nails as we'll I just removed the last set completely and my nails are not thin or weak at all. Thank you Jerry for always taking care of my nails and being so kind! I've also had Wendy and another young gentleman which is just as great. read more

Jerry was the one that helped me and the kindness the whole staff had was just so great - the place is clean and I did not get cut not once ! He was so gentle.... Ocean Nail Spa - $ 35 Gel Acrylic Refill - Nude color # 100 - Nail Salons Near Me - Miami, Florida

Came to Ocean Nail because I liked a review I saw on Candy which stated she was gentle on your toes and I personally had one that was hurting and didn't want to be embarrassed if I cried. She was great and took care of my hurting toe like no one had done so in the past four months. Paid for the extra 5 minute massage and it was good, but not out of this world. That was just to give it a try as my main concern was my hurting toe (ingrown nail due to wrongful previous pedi). She did an amazing job. Was very attentive, the place looked super clean and wasn't as full on a Sunday morning. Strongly recommend and will definitely be coming back for more pedis. May increase the stars to five if the foot massages get better. read more
