Wow, another disappointment with these Miami nail salons! I decided to try Elite nails because it's close to my Mom's home and it was a short drive. One thing is for certain, there is NOTHING elite about their service, the employees or even the owners. Just plain trash that works there and I advise anyone rewarding thus to find another nail studio. It smells like an ashtray, and dead rats upon arrival, don't know why I decided to stay? Stay away! My old nail salon closed again because of Covid and I was in search of a new nail salon who also does individual lashes. After much research, I decided on Elite. I highly recommend this place, Rosie is excellent!! I was able to make an appointment the same day for my lashes, gel mani and pedi. Rosie did my lashes and she nailed it! 0 complaints for someone who always finds 1 flaw or another. Rosie also did my nails and feet and literally 0 complaints again! The atmosphere is great and the place is very clean! They take your temperature at the door and provide hand Sanitizer I enjoyed myself, the service was excellent. My new nail/lash spot from now on! Still my favorite nail salon in the neighborhood. All the girls have great attitudes, and awesome job. They always try their best to make customers happy: clean, nail designs on point, huge collection of dipping powder, and other nail polish. It is always packed on the weekend, and sometimes busy on weekdays too cuz it happened to me twice as i came on Monday or Wednesday, and still waited a bit long (so you just cannot tell what day they are less busy lol). However, its all worth the wait to me. I mean i do not mind to wait for these people at all since my nails always look perfect, and you got out feeling so pampered. I love this place. I will only do my dip nails here. I have tried other places when I have been in a hurry and the nails chip or it's a poor job at all these other places. This is the only place I trust doing my dip nails. Rosie, Tony, and May are my favorite nail techs, but really, everyone is very qualified here. The prices are also really fair here. There's usually always a wait, but it's because they are so so so good. I have gone on a Saturday 10 minutes before they open and there are people outside the door already waiting... that is how good they are. I don't really know why there are any poor reviews.. there are petty people everywhere I guess The pictures I attached have been taken TWO WEEKS AFTER my service. The only thing showing is my nail near my cuticle because my nails are growing. The nails are still in perfect condition from the first day I left the salon. Started doing acrylics in all the wrong places until a friend recommended this place to me. Tony & Rosie (The Manager's) are my BFF's because without them my nails will look like a hot mess. I do either gel acrylics or regular gel mani and pedicures or eyebrow waxing. Whenever I remove my acrylics MY NAILS ARE STILL STRONG! I've been coming here for 4 years already It's affordable, they always look amazingggg & Tony has the B E S T staff ever. I came with my girlfriend to get her nails done while i went to get my haircut nearby and I can honestly say from the little that I saw it was simply terrible. They charged for the length of the nails in addition to charging a fee for using a card. The staff was pretty rude and tip was only available on the card. They made an "exception" because it was her first time but you've got to admit that's rediculous for an established business. For anyone out there who reads this, i recommend to take a little more time and check out another place. The other negative reviews on Yelp are there for a reason. read more

I visited Elite Nails about a week and a half ago. The prices are cheaper than some other salons but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for. The salon itself is ok, the nail polish selection is ok and the location is ok - it's difficult to find parking on a busy weekend. I do want to praise my specific nail tech - Wayne. He had only been there a week and provided a great gel mani/regular pedi experience. I signed in and waiting for about 30 minutes before I was seen. I may return here just because it was convenient but it is definitely not my top choice for a nice mani/pedi experience. read more
